Very nice place for a family holiday, had a great time in the pool and the bar especially. Food in buffet was very nice and had very diverse options. Waterpark was very fun and all the slides had their own unique experience. Very gppd area for shopping and tourism. Staff were very friendly and always happy to help. Will defintely be returning and would recommend to all. 5 stars.

Me and my family booked our holiday here for the easter holiday period. Despite the weather not being in our favour (absolutely not the hotels fault). We wanted to make the most of our stay. This however was difficult at this hotel. Accommodation - photos dont represent how small the rooms feel, water in our shower was also luke warm. No options for TV other than news channels. We were also put in one of the furthest away rooms from the main hotel areas, with a very unpleasant view as we left our rooms (linked below) strange considering how empty the hotel was. Beds are very comfy and spacious however. Food - below average compared to other all inclusive meals we have had. Food is very plain in general and a lot of it didn't have labels which would have helped navigating it. The pizza was very tasty though! Very well done with lots of options and is available throughout the day a big positive! Drink - If you like beer, there is a satisfactory option that you can pour yourself. There is also options for cider and soft drinks. Any other drinks are borderline unfit for consumption - cocktails were downright unpleasant and me and my partner could only stomach 1 sip. A similar situation with the apple juice - which the lovely bar lady had to dilute for him, save his teeth dissolving that instant. Building works. What was definitely a highlight in the worst way possible was the construction project occurring during our stay. Everywhere you looked - buzzsaws, workers, red tape. The main waterpark attraction of the hotel was actual closed during this period, and as you can guess - the hotel failed to mention that we would be better wearing hard hats instead of caps during our stay at their construction project and didnt infom us before our arrival this would be the case. The worst of it occured when we attempted to nap during the afternoon of our first (and last) day, and the workers decided to start chopping wood with a power saw right outside our door. Needless to say the sound was insane, not really the vibe id expect at a ‘5-star’ hotel. Staff Staff that were not electrical or builders were very kind and accommodating, clearly empathetic to the weather situation, and trying to give the best service possible. Attractions - With our options at the hotel limited by the weather - we wanted to try out the arcade in the bar. Just as me and my son were finding some fun with the shooting arcade games, the electrician thought this would be a good time to shut down all electricity in the arcade, losing our game (4euros). There was no acknowledgement or apology or refund of my euros of course.

The hotel is “ok”. If you are looking for a decent 3 star equivalent, then you will come away satisfied. If, however, you are expecting a five star resort (which it is based on its accreditation) you will be disappointed. With a few tweaks around the edges, it could move to a 4 star equivalent experience. On the positive side: the food is somewhere between ok and good. There is a lot of it and it is largely served for most of the day. The location is great. It’s about 500m walk from the beach (which is lovely). The entertainment in the evenings has also been well received. Employees at the resort are very friendly and courteous. The pools are great and there are lots of them. Small tweaks to improve: The pool and slide opening hours are restrictive. It would take little additional effort to extend their opening hours. The vegetarian options are extremely limited unless you want to eat pasta and salad for each meal. Larger irritations: Having to move your luggage to a luggage room and then being required to pay 2 euros per box to store it (which can only fit one suitcase) is exceptionally annoying and not very “five star”. This is a small thing, but it speaks to the lack of interest in the guest experience. It’s not the best way for your guest to leave and really can’t generate any meaningful income. The gym opening hours are bizarre. You can only go between 10-6. The gym is also very small. There are nowhere near enough seats in the dining facilities. In the middle of summer it’s probably fine as people sit outside. In spring, it results in long queues (our first two days were more than 30 minutes). Likewise, given the pools shut at 6, there is little to do after eating. The bar should be a good destination but it provides such a small amount of seating that we gave up each night. It’s a real shame. They need two or three equivalent size destinations. There are some very strange all inclusive rules also. For example, if you don’t drink alcohol, you have to pay for alcohol free beer. But you can drink as much alcohol beer as you like. The soft drinks and juices have the descriptor (warning?) that they are “taste of…”. I.e. “taste of orange… taste of pineapple”. If you closed your eyes, sand papered your tongue - to make it extra sensitive - and could get past the smack of aspartame you might, just might, agree that it had a “taste of…”. It was pretty foul stuff and not what you want your kids drinking. Finally, the rooms have no chairs in them. Not one. So… you have to wait to sit down for dinner… you can’t sit in the bar because there’s no space and you can’t sit in your room. In short, the resort is “ok”and the kids really loved it.

Very nice clean rooms perfect for us, rooms came straight out onto a small pool, and worked very well for our family - 6 adults and 6 children. Food was very nice, good selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Drinks on the other hand were not really very nice unless you paid extra for them. A few things could be made better in our opinion, there was no where to hang towels after shower, only one mirror in the rooms, which is in the bathroom, could do with another, top up of tea, coffee sugar and milk could be more often as well as the “mini bar” as 4 bottles of water in 2 days is not enough. The bottles of “pop” also in the mini bar are really not very nice. 2 TVS but only 1 remote control and 2 air conditioner units and only 1 control, made it difficult over night to turn on or off air conditioning and TVS! Things that were lovely and perfect: The rooms were very clean and perfectly placed around the pool. The beds were so comfortable and pillows were like clouds. The shower was powerful and plenty of hot water. The wardrobe and cupboards were plentiful, 2 TVS in our rooms were a good option. Air conditioner worked very well! Pools were lovely and clean, slides were great, we all thoroughly enjoyed them! Ice cream options were amazing and always plentiful, the gyros and pizza were very tasty . Restaurant food was lovely many different options available and the desserts were to die for! All staff were happy, pleasant and very helpful especially the overnight porter! Overall a very pleasant happy holiday!

We visited this hotel in August 2025 - we thought the staff were mostly lovely and the room was fine. The lady who cleaned our room was amazing and very friendly with our kids. However, the food really let this hotel down - it was incredibly repetitive and it looked like they put some of the dishes out for every meal throughout the day (ie the salad). We actually left the a la carte restaurant before even finishing our food as it was so disappointing. The lunch and snack stations were pretty good (pizza, gyros and ice creams) but we're only open at specific times. I wouldn't return here again and I wouldn't recommend it. It definitely wasn't worth the price we paid.
