We had an amazing stay at Graceland Khao Lak Beach Resort and left with wonderful memories. The resort is beautiful, exceptionally well maintained, and perfectly located with direct access to a stunning beach. The tropical gardens, peaceful atmosphere, and overall setting make it the perfect place to relax. Our room was spotless, spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The direct access to our private pool was simply incredible and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Everything about the room and facilities exceeded our expectations. The staff truly deserve special recognition. Every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We would especially like to thank Babij and BANK, two waiters from Nepal, who were absolutely wonderful. Their kindness, positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine care made our holiday even more enjoyable. They are a real credit to the resort. The only disappointing experience was at the beach bar with the bartender CHAI. Unfortunately, he did not seem motivated or interested in providing good service. The cocktails were often poorly prepared because the ingredients were not properly mixed, communication was difficult, and he rarely showed the friendliness that every other staff member demonstrated. It genuinely felt like he did not enjoy being there, which stood out because the rest of the team was exceptional. As for the restaurant, the buffet was good but became quite repetitive during our stay. Spicy dishes were not always clearly labelled, which could be improved. I was also expecting to discover more authentic Thai cuisine made with fresh local ingredients. After visiting a local village and enjoying a homemade meal with local people, we experienced the incredible freshness and flavors of traditional Thai food, and the difference was noticeable. This is probably the only area where the resort could improve. Visiting during the low season turned out to be a fantastic decision. The resort was peaceful, and the staff had more time to take care of every guest, making the experience feel even more personal and relaxing. Overall, despite these few constructive remarks, we had a fantastic holiday. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are outstanding, the private pool access is amazing, and the staff are truly exceptional. We highly recommend Graceland Khao Lak Beach Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Thailand, and we would happily return in the future.

Definitely great value for what you pay. We visited at the last week of June and stay for 8 nights. We had 2 deluxe rooms connected. All staff are great as all around Thailand. Love the hotel. Nice swimming pool. Great beach. Having a bowling alley and sport courts on the hotel is huge plus. You can really enjoy this hotel with your family. We have a rented car so travelling around was easy for us. Without a car it would be hard but you can stay in hotel and enjoy. Overall 10/10. Definitely will return back.

The resort is truly superb. It is set within lush, verdant surroundings, and features impeccably clean and pleasantly swimming pools. The beach is absolutely delightful, and the sunbed area benefits from partial shade. The staff are exceptionally courteous and attentive. In close proximity to the resort, there are several small local restaurants offering very reasonably priced cuisine, both along the beach and on the street just outside the property. Fresh fruit is readily available, and there is also a minimarket and currency exchange service nearby. The resort further provides a shuttle service to Khao Lak and the local market.

This place outdoes themselves in all ways. The gracious Thai vibe prevails even in a bigger spot like this. The staff routinely went out of their way to help me navigate veg dishes. I really do like the pool access rooms. And if you get a chance to be there during the two annual 9 week Bikram Yoga trainings? Take the plunge and take classes offered twice daily as drop ins for the public!

Where do we even start? Me and my bestie stayed at Graceland for 10 nights and honestly had a 10/10 experience from start to finish!! 🤩 From the moment we arrived, everything just felt easy. Breakfast every morning was amazing with so much choice, the facilities were spotless, the rooms were really spacious and comfortable, and the beach was just unreal. Its one of those places where you keep looking around thinking “how is this actually real?” But what really makes this hotel special is the staff and the service. We genuinely can’t even put into words how welcoming everyone was. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and every single person we met went out of their way to make things better for us. As two girls in our twenties, we definitely had a bit too much fun with the golf buggies to our room (you had to be there), but the staff were always so happy to drive our lazy selves around and had a laugh with us every time. It honestly made the whole thing feel so personal and fun. A massive shout out has to go to the beach team: Pla, Thep, Mos, Fluk, Tum, and of course our number one favourite ever, Toey!! You guys genuinely made every day on the beach even better. Always smiling, always looking after everyone, and just bringing the best energy. Leaving Graceland was actually a bit emotional. I think we almost shed a tear saying goodbye. It’s rare to find a place that feels this special, but even rarer to find people who make you feel so at home. Just the most unforgettable stay, in the most beautiful place, with the most incredible people ❤️
