We came here with a travel agency at a last minute cost (discounted). For that price it was amazing and we’d love to come back. Everything was clean, very nice atmosphere, enough sun beds. The staff was very helpful and they did extra to make our stay better, we had no complains. THE BEST was the breakfast - a lot to choose from and everything was delicious. I especially miss the fruit, banana pancakes, omelette and drinks. But the Pad see ew was truly amazing, the best one I had in the area (I tried 4 other restaurants). If I could ask for 1 thing, it’d be to add mango and more types of dragon fruit (or more local fruit in general). The room was spacious, with comfortable and huge bed and anti mosquitoes device that actually worked, once we figured out what it is. The only thing was, the bathroom had some mold, but we didn’t have to touch it, and the curtains were dirty. For a full price we’d expect cleaner room (more deep cleaning), but it wasn’t bad at all. Still good. Oh and the fridge was tooooo loud, we had to unplug it. The only thing we didn’t like that much was lunch at the beach/pool. Pad thai tasted completely differently then everywhere else (like a different dish) and the other noodles also didn’t impress us. But we only ate there once and other guests liked it, so it was probably a coincidence. We liked the beach and pool (the “cliff” was great for a view), but I don’t think it would be the best with small kids.

Stayed at Khao Lak Laguna Resort for 3 beautiful nights. From the very second we entered the Team were lovely and welcoming and throughly explained everything we needed to know about the resort. It was my Birthday trip and they made me feel even more amazing than I already felt. Dior was especially amazing as she helped us book our excursions and generally looked after us the entire time. The food is great especially the Noodle Bar at breakfast is fantastic, I ate a bowl of noodles every morning. The Resort is right on the seafront you can be chilling at the pool and be at the beach in less than two minutes. The sunsets are amazing at Laguna hands down the best sunset I have ever seen. I would recommend this resort to anyone wanting to relax unwind and enjoy beautiful horizons and amazing service!!!

The overall hotel is very good. The rooms are very large with everything you could want in a room. The little things that make it special are the robes, flip flops, toiletries, fruit platter on arrival. Breakfast had a good selection however just be vigilant when choosing some things they may have ants in the trays especially the chocolate coissants. Lunch & dunner menu was fabulous large portions so you could share. Mini bar is very reasonable in the room.

Charming Thai-style decoration, lots of greenery, and a peaceful atmosphere. Comfortable bedding and spotlessly clean. We stayed here twice for surfing and island-hopping trips. It’s our favorite place to stay in Khao Lak so far.

A really lovely resort, a fantastic bungalow right on the beach and very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet and the à la carte meals at the beach restaurant were both delicious. The service on the beach was perfect too. We made the most of our short stay in paradise.
