From the moment you walk in, you can feel that the guests are the hotel’s top priority. Everyone is incredibly polite — from the reception staff, waiters, and entertainers to the housekeeping team. The rooms are clean and tidy, and cleaned daily. The beachfront pool with a sea view creates an amazing atmosphere, especially at sunset. And best of all — the food. The hotel probably has the best restaurant in the area! The dishes are absolutely delicious, especially the Thai cuisine. A fantastic hotel that I would recommend to everyone! You can truly relax and unwind here.

A beautiful, cozy, and absolutely delicious place that makes you want to come back again and again! The price and quality are perfectly matched! The service and attitude of the staff deserve the highest praise! The beachfront restaurant amazed us with its variety of dishes, all of which were simply incredibly delicious! The live music during dinner was so elegant and captivating that we didn’t just have dinner — we truly relaxed and enjoyed ourselves. The volume was comfortable, and the singer’s voice was mesmerizing 🙏 We even sang along! We came to Khao Lak from Phuket with friends to celebrate a birthday, and the celebration turned out wonderfully! For that, I’m grateful to the entire hotel staff 🙏

Wow — what an amazing place to stay. Absolutely beautiful in every way. From the moment we arrived at the elevated reception overlooking the stunning, immaculately kept gardens, to the warm and attentive staff, everything felt special. We stayed in one of the four garden villas with a private pool, and I’m so glad we decided to treat ourselves. The villa was gorgeous — spacious, stylishly designed, and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was huge, and the whole setting was surrounded by lush tropical gardens. I honestly can’t describe how wonderful the stay was. It’s one of the best places I’ve stayed, and I’ve travelled a lot. The beach is beautiful too. Having walked about 2.5 miles along the shoreline to the right, I can honestly say this stretch is far nicer. The only minor downside for me was the mosquitoes, so perhaps having some repellent in the rooms would be a nice touch. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quieter, more relaxing experience. Not sure I could do two weeks straight but when your life's full on and you need a week of relaxation can't think of anywhere better. They appear to cater really well for small children, in fact the play room looks brilliant. TIP: There’s an ATM at the resort next door on the second floor opposite reception if you need cash — which I’ve found is often more useful around Thailand. The end of a brilliant holiday, leaving on a high.

Just back from a stay at Outrigger Khao Lak and honestly, we had a great time. I’ve been to Thailand a fair few times but this was my first time in Khao Lak and I’d definitely go back. The beach is a standout, really long, clean and quiet, which is exactly what we were after. The hotel itself is really well kept, rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the whole place has a relaxed feel to it. It’s not over the top luxury, but it’s done properly and great value for what you get. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, and we were glad we went B&B. There are loads of great local restaurants within walking distance, so you’re never short of options in the evenings. The kids club and pool staff were brilliant, really friendly and great with the kids, which made a big difference to the overall experience. It is definitely family orientated, but if you go outside of school holidays it’s still a really nice, peaceful place to switch off and relax. Also, keep an eye out for “Ronnie” (The Crow) by the pool, he seems to think he owns the place and will happily keep watch over your sunbed! Overall, a really enjoyable stay and we’d happily return.

Our three-night stay at Outrigger Khao Lak Beach Resort was truly excellent. This is a fantastic family hotel with good amenities and equipment for kids. The entire property is very clean and very well maintained with obvious pride from the whole team. What made it special was the genuine warmth of everyone. Every staff member from recreation to housekeeping and the restaurant team made us feel right at home with their authentic care. The housekeeping team was super attentive quick and thorough every single day keeping everything spotless. Highly recommend this resort for families and we can’t wait to return for another long weekend escape from Phuket!
