Absolutely fantastic. Great room placement - close to reception/dining/main pool. Upper room pool access. This is an extreemly large complex room placement critical. Luxury Escapes package very worthwhile great value. Adherence to there primarily adult clientele very good. Central location big plus, privacy and tranquility still there. Not an on the beach location, however see this as a big plus for the Alderman Sea coast location.

Stayed here for 4 nights in July. The hotel and its many pools is stunning. My room was spotless, very large and very comfortable. The air con worked well and was easy to adjust. My room was on an upper level and had a balcony overlooking one of the pools. It had private steps down to the pool itself. The staff were consistently cheerful and helpful. There is a lengthy happy hour with a very good selection of cocktails (the Pina Colada was outstanding). There is a restaurant on site that provides both breakfast and evening meals. There was a great selection of most items at breakfast including a fun pancake maker. We ate in the restaurant twice and the food was very good both times (the starters are as big as a main course so best to share). The prices are higher for the restaurant than outside the hotel but are value for money. Overall a great experience and to be recommended.

Stayed at the waters Khao Lak for a 10 day break in a swim up room. The resort is clean and tidy close to the beach, restaurants and the local night markets. From our initial checking in, dealing with wait, bar staff and house keeping everyone was friendly and helpful. It was close to nearby tourist attractions, water falls, bamboo rafting and Khao Lak elephant conversation. All resort meals were generous in size and very tasty. The main restaurant offers largely Italian meals but we chose to eat Thai and were well looked after, careful if you ask for spicy. I would highly recommend the waters resort to friends for a Thai holiday getaway.

I stayed in a Deluxe Room from 12–13 September 2026, and I was extremely happy with me and my mom stay and the wonderful service. The room was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location is also very convenient, with a 7-Eleven and plenty of shops nearby. The swimming pool is absolutely stunning — beautiful from every angle and perfect for taking photos! The breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection and everything was delicious. What impressed me the most was the wonderful service from the bellboy, JJ. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always smiling. His service was exceptional, and he even assisted me all the way to our car. Thank you so much, JJ, for taking such great care of us! I would also like to thank all the staff. Everyone was polite, welcoming, attentive, and very quick to assist whenever I needed anything. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I had such a lovely experience and will definitely stay here again! ❤️

We had a fantastic stay and ended up extending our holiday! We originally booked for four nights but loved it so much that we stayed for a full week. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. One of our favourite features was having the sunbeds directly in front of our room, making it so easy to relax by the pool. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly throughout our stay, always happy to help with a smile. Breakfast offered a great variety with plenty of options to suit everyone's taste, and everything was fresh and delicious. The location was perfect too, just a short walk to the beach, bars, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area without needing transport. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, convenient, and enjoyable holiday.
