Absolutely fantastic. Great room placement - close to reception/dining/main pool. Upper room pool access. This is an extreemly large complex room placement critical. Luxury Escapes package very worthwhile great value. Adherence to there primarily adult clientele very good. Central location big plus, privacy and tranquility still there. Not an on the beach location, however see this as a big plus for the Alderman Sea coast location.

Our stay at The Waters was perfect from start to finish. The hotel is close to bars, restaurants, and the beach. The room was clean and well laid out, with direct access to the pool. The pool and grounds were clean and well managed. Breakfast at Amici restaurant was good with a decent and eclectic choice of food. All staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. We'd happily stay there again.

Stayed at the waters Khao Lak for a 10 day break in a swim up room. The resort is clean and tidy close to the beach, restaurants and the local night markets. From our initial checking in, dealing with wait, bar staff and house keeping everyone was friendly and helpful. It was close to nearby tourist attractions, water falls, bamboo rafting and Khao Lak elephant conversation. All resort meals were generous in size and very tasty. The main restaurant offers largely Italian meals but we chose to eat Thai and were well looked after, careful if you ask for spicy. I would highly recommend the waters resort to friends for a Thai holiday getaway.

From arrival to checkout, the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, their warmth immediately put us at ease. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the grounds, gardens and the pools. Our room was large, spacious, clean and well equipped with clean towels, bedding, water and a functioning air-conditioning unit that helped to keep us comfortable. The restaurant was excellent with a wide and varied selection of tasty foods. The hotel situation is close to everything, just a few minute walk to the beach, the night market, shops, bars and restaurants, and if you like the Thai Boxing, the arena is within easy walking distance too. The staff work exceptionally hard to ensure your stay is memorable for the right reasons and we can't praise them enough. We highly recommend The Waters and hope to return again next year.

We stayed here for 23 nights in a pool access room (1821)in June absolutely fantastic. We loved everything about this resort. All the staff were so friendly and very helpful. There is always a driver (JJ &Pun) waiting to take you back to your room on the golf buggy. The restaurant and bar staff (Beem,Kook,Joe,Altas9,Jose) love these people. It is close to restaurants just out front gate and turn right.Plenty of currency exchange places close by. Walking distance to Baing Nang market.Pims 2 Manicure and massage just out side front gate.We will definitely be back again . Karen & Chris room 1821 5/6 to28/6
