Excellent hotel,hotel clean,accommodation was perfect and beds comfortable.Food was lovely and staff lovely,friendly and helpful. Went away as a group of 7 females aged between 19 and 58 to celebrate a big birthday, all had a great time and would go back again. Without any prompting from the group the birthday girl got a voucher for a cocktail ,not on all inclusive, and staff brought out a cake in the restaurant and sang her happy birthday .A special mention to the guy in the bar nearest reception,Miguel ?, he remembered names and was lovely

The hotel itself is really very cool. The design, atmosphere and overall concept are great, and we genuinely enjoyed our stay as a family. The rooms and common areas were pleasant, and the hotel has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the food was incredibly disappointing and clearly the weakest part of the experience. At breakfast, everything smelled strongly of garlic, which is very unpleasant first thing in the morning. Several items did not seem properly cleaned, the bread rolls were dry, and the overall quality was poor. Dinner was even worse. After the third day, we complained and decided not to participate in the hotel dining anymore, as it was simply not enjoyable. Honestly, I was surprised to see so many guests eating the food without seeming to mind — for us, it was hard to understand. It’s a real shame, because the hotel itself is great. With a serious improvement in food quality and hygiene, this place could be much better.

First time staying at this hotel and can’t fault it. The rooms are lovely, there is so much food you never go hungry. The staff can’t do enough for you. Big thank you to Christian who worked behind the bar. Amazing man a credit to the company. Will definitely visit again.

Really nice hotel. Good for the younger kids. We went as a family of 9. 6 adults, a 1 year old, a 2 year old and an 8 year old. Managed to keep them all entertained. Food was decent and a different theme for dinner each day. Staff were great and room cleaned every day. Only draw back is it's a good walk to Christianos and Americas. Fine going but as it's on a fairly big hill, we returned ny taxis for about 6 euros. Rooms were a really good size and on 2 floors. All inclusive runs until 11pm. Not rowdy, infact nice and quiet.

Just a perfect hotel for a family vacation. The suite of rooms were top notch even a kitchen ( only used kettle for early tea ) as the all inclusive food was 5 star all I can say is wow !! Pool entertainment daily plus night time kiddies entertainment was perfect - staff were super friendly. We are grandparents and although it was a busy vacation we loved every minute of it! Super clean resort too with shops and games room - even a ladies boutique poolside - yes we ladies treated ourselves. Also enjoyed the Spa treatment ! Only complaint was the dragging of the metal chairs in the conservatory but that was the guests fault not the staff ! We ended up just sitting indoors. Free coach transfer to parks and beach too was so handy ! 100% if u have kids book this. 5 stars from us !!
