The hotel is located on the outskirts of Playa de Las Americas, but this suited us just fine as we were with our 9 year old granddaughters. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with staff continually cleaning and clearing up after what we, the guests left lying around. Sorry! The food was lovely and there was plenty of choice for children and adults alike. The salad bars were fabulous. The pools were heated and there were 5 in total to suit all ages. Our girls never left the pool all day. There were ample sunbeds and you don’t need to get up early to get them, unless you perhaps want a poolside bed. The suites were super clean and the bathroom appeared to have been refreshed recently. Air conditioning units and balcony’s in each floor, with 2 TVs and a great choice of channels if you wanted to catch up with some home TV. The absolute STARS of the whole experience were the staff. They were amazing, so helpful, so friendly and truly made the holiday. Nothing was ever an issue and if any of you are reading this, I want you to know how fabulous you are and how important you are to the visitor experience. I think a family based hotel really brings different challenges to how it is staffed, and ALL the staff were just so tolerant of little ones whether they were over excited or upset, this really helps us parents, grandparents, etc. THANK YOU 🙏 We’ll see you again with our girls in a couple of years.

Excellent hotel! I had a wonderful stay. The entertainment team is amazing always friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic. The activities are fun, the evening shows are entertaining, and the decorations they create themselves are beautiful. You can really tell they put their heart into making every guest’s holiday special. A big thank you to the whole team. I would be happy to come back!

Isabelle our cleaner is an outstanding lady. She was so helpful, giving tips for our sons sunburn. She kept the room lovely everyday and was so sweet in laying my pjs on the bed (I folded them and put them on a shelf on the nightstand) . It was such a cute gesture. The rest of the staff were also lovely. Especially Cristian at the bar. He recommended a new cocktail to try that was lovely. Really recommend this hotel. 🫶🏻

This was my first one-week all-inclusive stay at the Gran Oasis Resort, and it was undoubtedly exceptional. The rooms are of high quality—comfortable and spacious—making it a great choice for families. The food is varied, with a wide selection that changes daily, and everything we tasted was delicious. And most importantly, the service was spectacular: the housekeeping staff, waiters, restaurant team, receptionists, the shop attendant, the pool attendant, the entertainment team—everyone was incredibly friendly, smiling, and eager to help. We will definitely be back.

Had the best Holiday! Staff were lovely, Marina the Lifeguard was amazing, she really took an interest in the children and got to know them all, my 5 year old boy looked forward to seeing her each day at the splash pool. The pools were amazing and always clean and warm. The room was beautiful. The resort was so clean and we saw numerous staff cleaning all areas multiple times a day. The food was nice and a good selection and amount available. The arcade was great fun and my son was in there each night. The entertainment was really good the kids disco each night was so much fun and the shows were better than I expected and varied each night. There’s lots of seating areas which we used each day just for a relaxing drink. We will be coming back next year.
