My husband and I stayed at the hotel from June 6th to June 13th, and we were extremely satisfied with our experience. The staff were polite, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and featured a separate bedroom, which made it very comfortable. It also included a small kitchenette equipped with all the necessary utensils, a kettle, and a refrigerator. A huge advantage for us was having two air conditioners in the room, which made our stay especially comfortable. Housekeeping was provided daily and maintained a high standard of cleanliness. The hotel grounds were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with three swimming pools available for guests. Breakfast was tasty, although fairly standard and not particularly varied. Dinner, however, was outstanding. There was an excellent selection of dishes, including fish, chicken, lamb, veal, pork, pizza, plenty of vegetables and fruits, a variety of cheeses, and delicious desserts. A heartfelt thank you to the entire hotel staff for making our stay so enjoyable. We would be happy to return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is located between the Cretan Highway and the main road into Rethymno, so it’s quite noisy 24/7. It’s close to a number of nice tavernas, but the main town of Rethymno is a 15 minute taxi ride away. The hotel itself is well kept and clean. The staff are friendly and approachable. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped, but the layout means that many rooms will not benefit from much sun and this can be a bit oppressive. The hotel charges for some basics (e.g. coffee in the rooms, use of the sauna) which I have not found in other hotels. Finally, although the food was nice, the choice was fairly restricted and leaned towards catering for the kids more than the adults.

Exceptional Stay in Rethymno! We had a fantastic stay at Grecotel Casa Adele in Rethymno. The highlight of the hotel is undoubtedly the management and staff—they truly go above and beyond to make sure you are happy, and any issue is resolved instantly with a genuine smile. Rooms & Breakfast * Spacious Rooms: Plenty of space to relax, and the air conditioning blows ice cold, which was fantastic after a day in the sun. * Excellent Breakfast: Served with incredible professionalism, offering a super tasty spread with a huge variety of options to choose from. Location & Beach * Beach Access: A convenient 2-minute walk to the beach. Tip: Bring sturdy beach shoes, as the shoreline is quite stony. * Getting to Old Town: Highly convenient location for sightseeing. You can catch the #20 bus right outside the hotel into Old Town. You can buy tickets for €1.60 at the supermarket at the end of the road. Pools & Amenities * Pool Variety: The resort features several pools to choose from. Keep in mind that some are fairly deep, so keep a close eye on younger children. * Kid-Friendly Touch: The hotel supplies plenty of inflatables, which kept the kids entertained for hours. Highly recommended for a hassle-free, wonderful Greek holiday!

A wonderful hotel offering excellent value for money. It has a warm and friendly family atmosphere, and everything is exceptionally well managed. If even the smallest issue arises, the staff resolve it quickly, efficiently, and with genuine friendliness. The breakfast is varied and of excellent quality. The service is outstanding—always warm, attentive, and delivered with a smile. In fact, it surpasses the service I have experienced at many far more expensive luxury hotels.

First impressions were amazing such helpful and friendly staff beautiful reception and bar area. However hotel was surrounded by other properties and from our room we could hear dogs barking, loud music and neighbours in residential properties arguing. Our room was a great layout but dated. Would be a great idea to keep one of the pools adult only not the place to visit to relax. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and the food was amazing thought the area small and crowded.
