⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Grecotel Casa Adele. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our holiday unforgettable. We mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary, and they surprised us with champagne and a beautiful cake delivered to our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration even more special. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating to our family. Traveling with two young children can sometimes be challenging, but the staff was always patient, kind, and eager to help with anything we needed. Our room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and provided plenty of room for our family to relax and enjoy our stay. The entire property is stunning, and it was the perfect place to unwind while exploring the beautiful island of Crete. Thank you to everyone at Grecotel Casa Adele for making us feel so welcome. Your genuine hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference. We would recommend this hotel without hesitation and hope to return again someday.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel from June 6th to June 13th, and we were extremely satisfied with our experience. The staff were polite, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and featured a separate bedroom, which made it very comfortable. It also included a small kitchenette equipped with all the necessary utensils, a kettle, and a refrigerator. A huge advantage for us was having two air conditioners in the room, which made our stay especially comfortable. Housekeeping was provided daily and maintained a high standard of cleanliness. The hotel grounds were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with three swimming pools available for guests. Breakfast was tasty, although fairly standard and not particularly varied. Dinner, however, was outstanding. There was an excellent selection of dishes, including fish, chicken, lamb, veal, pork, pizza, plenty of vegetables and fruits, a variety of cheeses, and delicious desserts. A heartfelt thank you to the entire hotel staff for making our stay so enjoyable. We would be happy to return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have just returned from our first family holiday with our 7-month-old daughter, and we can highly recommend Grecotel Casa Adele. The biggest highlight was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. We even received a complimentary upgrade to a maisonette, and our luggage was carried for us on both arrival and departure. We were especially impressed by how kind and caring everyone was towards our daughter. Whenever we needed to warm up her food or had any questions, the team was always happy to help. The breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty food. The resort is beautifully maintained and feels like a small village, with several pools and a lovely bar where you can relax. The air conditioning in our room worked perfectly, which made our stay very comfortable during the warm summer days. The location is also perfect. the beach is only a few minutes’ walk away, and there are restaurants, shops and the old town of Rethymno close by. A big thank you to the entire team for making our first holiday as a family such a wonderful experience. Casa Adele is where we received more than we ever expected. We stayed here as a family of four (two adults and two children aged 4 and 8), and this was one of the most memorable hotel experiences we've ever had. Having travelled to around 30 countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels, we can honestly say that the greatest strength of Casa Adele is its people. We arrived at 2 a.m. after a long journey, yet everything had been perfectly prepared for us. Because the hotel knew about our late arrival, we found sandwiches, fruit and water waiting in our room. During our stay we celebrated our daughter's 4th birthday, the restaurant staff surprised her with a cake while everyone sang Happy Birthday. These are memories our family will never forget. Our White Studio room was spotless, beautifully designed and exactly as shown in the photos. The hotel grounds are peaceful, green and feel like a charming Greek village. The beach is just a short walk away, with complimentary sunbeds and umbrellas. The sea is beautiful, although water shoes are helpful because of the pebbles. The Kids Club is one of the best we've ever seen. Our children loved the creative activities with natural materials, high-quality art supplies, clay modelling and painting. It was wonderful to see Grecotel investing in creativity rather than simply providing toys. Watching bananas grow on the trees and later tasting them was a unique experience for our children. A heartfelt thank you to Miss Georgia, who inspired every child with her warmth and creativity; Mrs. Anna, Head Bartender, for her kindness and wonderful smile; the Restaurant Manager for outstanding service; Stathis I. Theodorakis and Resident Manager Antonios Stathakis for their genuine hospitality and exceptional care. Casa Adele fully deserves its excellent reputation. More than beautiful rooms or facilities, what makes this place truly special is the sincere kindness of everyone who works here. Thank you for giving our family memories we will cherish for many years. We hope to return.

Overall we had a great experience for the check in and a great room for a family of 4. The food was also really tasty and varied with different menus offered at on a daily basis. However it lacked some holiday atmosphere with absolutely no entertainment for kids in the evening and no music! Music, the essence of holidays! A bit austere for a family! Also there is no dress code some people were coming with their bathing suit for the breakfast!
