Green Garden is a wonderful resort. We were all inclusive and a party of 9 from 5-61 years of age. The food was good to very good, the dining room was spacious and there were always somewhere to sit (even a party of 9) The chairs were heavy and tricky to move about. The waiting staff were attentive . A HUGE special shout out to MANUELA whose wonderful ,friendly manner made the experience all the better. It felt personal but professional from her. Always a smile and a quick chat. Just what we wanted as guests. Lots of friendly staff but Manuela's personally shone through. Thank you so much, Manuela. The pool is great and there seemed to be sufficient sunbeds. A singer entertained on Tuesday with a variety of songs which was super. However Thursday's dreadful ( in my opinion) DJ list spoiled Thursday morning. The continuous thumping tracks were too loud and intrusive. Kids club kept our youngest entertained in the mornings and the in-house entertainment was ok. The suites we had were fantastic. Clean, spacious and well- equipped The grounds are stunning. Very clean and that added to the feeling of peace and beauty. I cannot praise this wonderful hotel enough. We are already planning our return. Thank you to everyone involved with Green Garden. You are doing a great job.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Staff, food, hygiene and more. This for us is a definite go back to place. The restaurant was perfect with just the right amount of choice. Always somewhere to sit and enjoy a nice meal or drink whether inside or outside. Same by the pool, never a problem any time of the day to get a sunbed. The free coach to the front at 11am every day is also a massive bonus. Again I cannot rate this hotel high enough.

We’ve stayed at Green Garden Eco Resort before, and once again the thing that really makes this place special is the staff. Quite simply, they are fantastic. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, welcoming and genuinely seemed to care that people were having a good holiday. It never feels forced or like they’re simply doing a job — there’s a warmth to the place that is very difficult to manufacture, and the staff are a huge part of why Green Garden has such a great atmosphere. What we also love about Green Garden is that it manages to feel much more personal than a typical large all-inclusive resort. It’s big enough to have plenty going on, but small enough that you start recognising the same faces around the resort and the staff recognise you too. The apartment-style accommodation works brilliantly for us, the pool area is excellent, there are activities during the day and entertainment in the evenings, but it still feels relaxed rather than hectic. The all-inclusive offering is good, but for us the biggest compliment we can give Green Garden is that we actually enjoy spending time at the resort itself. You don’t feel like you need to escape it every day to enjoy your holiday. There are probably bigger, newer and more luxurious hotels in Tenerife, but Green Garden has something that is much harder to replicate: personality. And that comes overwhelmingly from the people who work there. A genuinely lovely resort, made exceptional by an exceptional team. We would happily return again.

We loved staying here as a family. We stayed in a 2 bedroomed swim up pool. The room was stunning and so clean! The staff were absolutely fantastic with all of us! The food was on the whole really good, some of the nights werent to our taste but thats a personal choice. Lots of food to chose from. My only criticism is that the kids section (pasta etc) didnt have lids on so was often cold. We shall be back!

Would highly recommend this hotel. Smaller than the type of resort I usually holiday in but much prefer the personal feel of the Green Garden Eco resort. The grounds are green and welcoming and loved the vibe of the resort. Service from Katy at the restaurant and Thibaut at reception were great. Food was wonderful and the chef catered for our vegetarian party enthusiastically. We stayed in a 2 bed villa with a pool and the villa was much bigger than we expected (which may have something to do with the fact that we had a corner room 001). Super close to Siam waterpark and free hotel shuttle to the beach was handy.
