I recently stayed here for a week on business, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. It has been a long time since I’ve felt so genuinely at home in a hotel. The balance of effortless luxury and warm, intuitive service is rare - every detail felt considered, and my needs were anticipated at every turn without ever feeling intrusive. The General Manager Pam Wilby has so much to be proud of at this property. The team reflects exceptional leadership; they are polished, attentive, and consistently professional, with service delivered so seamlessly it feels natural rather than rehearsed. An outstanding property that sets a very high standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to return!

This hotel truly deserves its seven-star rating, excelling in every aspect beyond what five stars typically offer. From the moment you arrive until your departure in a taxi to the airport, the hospitality experience is exceptional. The staff is meticulous, friendly, and attentive to every detail and desire of the guests. The hotel has recently undergone an impressive interior design upgrade, which is evident in every corner. You’ll find beautiful large olive trees, contemporary artwork, and high-quality furniture, creating the ambiance of a boutique hotel rather than a typical large chain establishment. The hotel's restaurants are tastefully decorated to match their themes (international and Italian) and serve exquisite dishes that are expertly prepared. Located next to the marina, the hotel provides stunning views from the restaurant terrace, especially at night. Our room was spacious, clean, and luxurious. On Valentine's Day, we were delighted to receive a bouquet of fresh, stunning red roses. Overall, it’s a wonderful hotel, and we will definitely return!

The staff truly goes above and beyond to ensure every need is met with warmth and efficiency, making you feel right at home. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I’ve always appreciated the complimentary upgrades, which only enhance the experience. The hotel gym, while compact, is fully equipped to meet all your fitness needs. Breakfast is an absolute highlight, superb in both quality and variety. Though there’s traffic around the area, the exceptional service and overall experience make it more than worth the stay. Every visit to Grosvenor House is a reminder of what hospitality should be. Highly recommend!

The room and attention to details of housekeeping are top notch. Haven’t been able to sleep so well as a frequent traveller - the choice of pillow, the beddings, the turndown service etc all made a huge difference. The housekeeping team is very helpful to keep the room tidy and paying attention to details such as tidying up phone cables. What a great service The hotel itself has some history as you can tell from the room design and floor ceiling height etc. But it’s very well kept and maintained. The room has introduced some Smart Control features, AC is new so you don’t feel like you are staying in a old hotel that need refurbished The staffs at check in are also very helpful, check-in non alcoholic drinks, introducing to room features, bringing our luggages to the room by housekeeping team etc. The services and hospitality are excellent. One thing did kinda make me feel a bit disappointed it’s that since our booking was 2 separate one, when we did check in we thought both deposit were done and secured. But the middle of our stay, a lady called from front house had a fairly pushy and rushing demand for us to secure the deposit of 2nd booking at 8pm by calling our room. The overall tone was not very friendly and kinda rude, and she requested to go to front desk before midnight. While it must be the standard protocol but I’d appreciated her tone to be more professional and friendly for such request. This could have done a better way.

As I was celebrating my birthday during our stay, I was immediately surprised with a room upgrade. On my birthday itself, I was welcomed with a beautifully arranged cake and a bottle of wine in our room – such a thoughtful and wonderful gesture! On Valentine’s Day, every lady received a red rose, a bottle of prosecco, and a sweet treat arrangement – attention to detail at its finest. The rooms are stylish, luxurious, and equipped to the highest standard. The dining options are outstanding, offering a wide variety of high-quality dishes that are absolutely delicious. Another highlight was having access to the Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa Dubai , where we could enjoy the beach with full service. It’s the perfect combination of city luxury and relaxing beach holiday. The entire staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and warm. Rarely have we experienced such genuine hospitality. From the very beginning, you feel welcome and completely at ease. We have seldom stayed in a hotel that delivers this level of service and hospitality.
