I recently stayed here for a week on business, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. It has been a long time since I’ve felt so genuinely at home in a hotel. The balance of effortless luxury and warm, intuitive service is rare - every detail felt considered, and my needs were anticipated at every turn without ever feeling intrusive. The General Manager Pam Wilby has so much to be proud of at this property. The team reflects exceptional leadership; they are polished, attentive, and consistently professional, with service delivered so seamlessly it feels natural rather than rehearsed. An outstanding property that sets a very high standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to return!

This review is more like sharing my true love to the hotel and hotel staff than a google review. From the first time i visited this hotel, i was 18 years old. It was 2018. Since than up to now. This is my absolutely non negotiable number one hotel in the world! Rooms, apartments, bars, restaurants, services, spa, staff even beach, which this hotel have access to as well. Every single point about this hotel makes me have goosebumps as i write this review. I am in love with every staff member in the hotel, with this great team which makes me want to visit it every day just to have coffee inside these walls. Believe me, i have stayed in so many places, but this place is next level. Plus recently this hotel got interior renovations, which just improved it and made it better. Endless love for the place🙏🏻❤️

The service is consistently exceptional, the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, and the choice of restaurants is outstanding. One of the hotel’s hidden gems is the pool area, where thoughtful touches like complimentary water, mocktails, and lollipops make the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend booking an executive room. The Executive Lounge is one of the best I’ve experienced, with different areas to suit various tastes and excellent quality food and refreshments throughout the day. A fantastic hotel that continues to set the standard for hospitality in Dubai. Highly recommended.

Exceptional Family Stay at Grosvenor House Dubai – Luxury at Its Finest We recently stayed for 5 nights at Grosvenor House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Dubai and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel truly lives up to its reputation as a luxury 5-star property. Everything, from the elegant surroundings to the exceptional service, was of the highest standard. The moment you enter the reception, you feel refreshed and welcomed, with beautiful fresh flowers throughout the lobby creating a warm and luxurious atmosphere. A special thank you to Sultan at the front desk, who was incredibly friendly and professional. Throughout our stay, every member of staff was outstanding — from housekeeping and butler service to the lounge team. The level of attention to detail and genuine hospitality was impressive. We would especially like to recognise Kristin, Monico and Sayathan in the lounge. They were absolutely wonderful in looking after our family. Our children particularly loved the shuttle service to the beautiful beach, which was always convenient and well organised. The kids’ club was also a huge hit and kept them entertained throughout the stay. Overall, we are extremely happy with our stay will definitely return!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
