An unforgettable trip for my partners 30th birthday! The hotel itself is absolutely amazing and so so modern. Every single staff member we met was nothing short of helpful ☺️. They went above and beyond for us during our stay!! Fantastic and clean pool area, rooms cleaning every day to a 5* standard! We will definitely be back. It was our first time staying at this hotel but definitely won’t be our last. Thank you ☺️

Great stay recently as a regular visitor to this lovely hotel. Particularly impressed by the reception staff and service with a special mention for Sophia. There is little to fault at this resort style adults only hotel. For us there are only two areas that could and should be improved upon : smoking areas should be clearly defined and observed for the health of non-smokers; The Roast al a carte restaurant is a wasted opportunity as the food offering is too similar to the buffet.

The rooms look nice, spacious, and bright. We stayed in the Platinum area with a sea view. The breakfast was very poor — the food simply wasn’t good. We tried both the regular and the Platinum restaurants; the only difference was that the Platinum one had even less food. I tried water from a machine labeled “fresh water,” but it tasted like swamp water. I was shocked and thought it wasn’t drinkable, so I asked a waiter about it, but she said she didn’t speak English. I do not recommend this hotel. There was a bad smell in the bathroom — they use too much chlorine, and the entire hotel smells of it. The hotel is very complicated — there are many elevators that don’t work properly, and getting to your room feels like walking through a maze. On top of that, there are no real benefits to the Platinum area. They even said you need to reserve a spot just to have breakfast. We went only once and preferred to eat in the regular area instead. I recommend Iberostar Selection Sábila *****instead (you won’t regret it,You have a lot of benefits.And the food is beyond expectations.)

Lovely hotel right next to the beech, no kids. Food and drinks are very nice, only downside is sometimes the restaurant staff are too keen to clean up after each course, we had our table cleared and reset while we were getting desert from the buffet! 😳 (it happened to others also). Other than that all the staff are lovely and the hotel is extremely nice. Great booking system for sunbeds etc.

We stayed here August 2025 as a party of 6 over three rooms. Amazing hotel and location the views are brilliant. Rooms very large and big shower all towels replaced daily. WiFi all round the hotel. Place is spotless Booking system on hotel app for sunbeds which is a game changer all beds held till 12pm , this is a no kids hotel wow again a game changer so relaxing !! All pool towels supplied. 💯 we will be back next year fantastic hotel
