Me and my partner just got back from here and it was our best holiday ever. First of all the hotel is beautiful, amazing rooms and locations like the infinity pool and the balcony views and the spa. The staff are absolutely fantastic, shout out to Marcos who made our trip even better by being so kind and welcoming with us, the bar staff was also very nice to us as they recommended new and different drinks. The booking system with the buffet i think is superb, doesn’t get overcrowded and there’s always food there for you. The main buffet was good food every day for every meal, always something new every day for evening meals too. We went to the Italian and American restaurants as we couldn’t get booked in to the Japanese but they were brilliant, we both really loved our food there and the staff and seating area is lovely. Mikes coffee was also super nice and relaxing. The pools were amazing, even though the main one was shut for 2 days when we got there, it was still good after it opened and the infinity pool is beautiful. Also there’s a kids pool which means kids aren’t all over the place which was very nice and there is also bars at both pools so easy access to drinks. We went to the spa and we both really enjoyed our experience especially since they give out discounts some days and we was able to use that, highly recommend. Overall our experience was 10/10 and i couldn’t speak any more highly of this place. We most definitely will be coming back.

Good family resort, but quality dropped in one year. Edit to respond to resort’s answer: indeed the hotel supplies pool towels once upon arrival, but they don’t get exchanged during the stay, so once we return to the room after the day at the pool and the tower is dirty, the only way to replace it is to wait 10:30 next day and miss an hour of pool - last year we could do it at any pool guard on duty from the moment when pool opened. Also not allowing us to check-out at 13:00 instead of 12:00, pretending that you need 3 hours to clean the room is a stretch. The lady at the reception just went “no, it’s a policy sir”. Another point is the badge stopping to work 1 day too early locking us outside of the parking and the room. To add, bed mattresses start to get old, it’s about time to replace it. Regarding food, anything fresh is great, but processed things like burgers or nuggets are just cheap meat - you can feel you chew tendons and other things… It’s our second time here since we really loved it in October ‘25. Resort is great, but there is a visible decline in food quality and variety, and flexibility is not what you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. Breakfast options are identical every day, and there are fewer themes for lunches - 3-4 dishes vary every day, but the rest is the same. We also found lunch food re-served at dinner. Italian and American restaurants are very average, while Privilège and Japanese are good. Delaying checkout by 1hr was impossible, and now towels can only be exchanged in only one spot and only from 10:30am, while pools open earlier. Also I am sure that children pool was warmer last year. We may still come back, but we’ll watch for reviews to show improvements first.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and were extremely satisfied with everything. The food was absolutely delicious, always fresh, varied, and of very good quality. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel offers excellent facilities for children, including fun activities and wonderful shows for kids every evening, which made the experience even more special for families. The view was breathtaking, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and beautiful. The reception team was exceptionally friendly and professional, making us feel truly valued as guests from the very first moment. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The level of care and attention towards guests was truly outstanding. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return anytime!

Lovely location and views. Staff are very welcoming and friendly, some have fabulous bilingual skills. We are on the privilege half board service. The restaurant is lovely and staff lovely too, main issue is that the drinks included at the bar with our package are not included in the restaurant and the menu doesn’t contain many gluten/lactose free options. Pools not too busy in a morning although all the sun beds do fill by around 10am. We’ve returned here 4 times and will likely be back for a relaxing holiday

We went to the Sakura restaurant on 13th of July and went through an amazing experience. We were expecting to just have a casual dinner, but waiter and chef transitioned it into unbelievable experience! Waiter Carlos was caring, he promptly was serving drinks and tidying up our tables. Chef himself was such a joy of the evening! Instead of just having a dinner we had a whole show with tasty ongoing food. Everything was efficient and just in time for us to get hungry again. Food looked appealing and the taste was unmatched and delicious. Looking forward to come back! :)
