Fantastic stay at H10 Costa Adeje Palace! A special thank you to Yamaris at reception, who was so friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain everything to us on arrival. The hotel was extremely clean, our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided daily. The buffet food was amazing, with plenty of choice and different options each day. The facilities were excellent, and we loved the different music and entertainment throughout the hotel. All the staff were friendly, professional, and worked incredibly hard. We had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back. Thank you, everyone!

This hotel was beyond our expectation, especially for the price. Everything is grand, modern. Really relaxing and beautiful. The decor is wonderful and very balanced. The facilities like the pools are wonderful. We had breakfast here and there were many options with great quality. The staff are incredibly helpful and polite. There was live music in the evening, beautiful views, I couldn’t fault it at all. We are usually further down the island where I believe there’s much more to do in regards to immediate shops, restaurants, and bars, so location wise it wasn’t as close, but that’s not a negative, what you’ve got in the hotel itself balanced it out.

We loved our stay at Costa Adeje Palace! We had the Privilege Class and it’s totally worth it if you want some more privacy and tranquility. The rooftop pool is the best and only accessible during the day wirh the privilege class. The team working on the rooftop was THE BEST! Especially one man who always made water wirh vanilla, you’re the best! Also the reception, the check-in and checkout were super easy. We could leave our luggage when we arrived as the room was not yet done. The only thing is the water pressure in the room… takes a little bit longer to wash the hair.

The food quality was rather poor, though there was a wide variety, so you could find something to eat. The staff seemed a bit glum. The pools were great, and the room-access chip system was a nice touch. The hotel is sprawling and strangely designed—stairs and corridors everywhere, and no signs for the restrooms. Gym! Dramatic, no woter, no towells, dirty floor, no mats, dumbbells are missing—generally terrible equipment. Everything is supposedly fine, yet it falls short of the standards of a 4-star hotel (like those in Turkey, for example).
