Beautiful hotel! Absolutely blown away by the quality of the service. Hotel is in a fantastic location whether you're looking for something chill or something wild, its all literally within a 10 minute walk. There was also very little noise for a hotel thats so close to so many restaurants and bars. Incredibly quiet hotel! Food and drink quality was brilliant, as was the service (especially the ladies and gents working on the Drago bar in the daytime, they absolutely smashed it with quality drinks as well as friendly and speedy service.) Only thing to point out was the fact that I did find it the vibe around the hotel to be a bit sleepy at times. For context however, Im 25 and was there by myself and most of the guests were 60+ years old. I wasnt on holiday to party, but on the flip side I wasnt trying to sleep all day either haha. Not at all a complaint against the hotel whatsoever, just something to keep in mind if you're in a younger age bracket and looking to blow off some steam while you are away. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to relax, eat a lot and get some sunshine with beautiful surroundings.

Very good hotel, the room service personnel on floor 9 were excellent, we were in superior sea view room, we found the room quite small with only 1 armchair, not a lot of of cupboard space and very little drawer space. Restaurant very noisy at dinner time and a lot of the food was good but was only warm. If you go all inclusive it is not worth the money unless you drink a lot of alcohol. All the staff were first class and very friendly, would we be back yes if a few thinks could be improved.

It may be unfair on the hotel, but the location -whilst great being on the seafront - is let down because the immediate area feels rather rundown and tired. The mid/north of Costa Adeje is far nicer. The hotel itself is a modernised 1960s building and they have done a good job of making jt feel as fresh and contemporary as they can do. The staff are all brilliant and the best asset, really good service. Food was ok... nothing bad, nothing exceptional. Definitely ok but... ok. The hotel I could recommend but the not the local area. Sorry guys!

This is our 2nd visit to the gran tinerfe, we had another wonderful stay!! Will definitely be returning :) FOOD & DRINKS Plenty of choice including fresh meat, fish, veg… English food night was brill, as was the Chinese. Beach restaurant for a dining service at lunch is always lovely overlooking the sea. Drinks are spot on, good selection of spirits and bottled mixers (no flat coke like some chains). Didn’t do privilege as don’t see the point. We didn’t do the à la cartes this time around so can’t comment, as prefer to eat out a few times too. ROOMS We upgraded again and our room was really spacious, with good views and close to the pool. Modern and cleaned (thanks to our lovely cleaner Jennifer!). LOCATION Close to centre of Las Americas and Adeje, great location if you like walking as can go both ways. Lots of bars/rests around the hotel and up the road, entertainment, close to the waterpark, shops, etc. Note - we stayed in Playa Paraiso last October and regretted it as not much going on outside the hotel, walks not as nice either. TEAM The team are fantastic, every body was so pleasant and friendly, which helped to make our stay perfect. Hotel entertainment was great too. Special thanks to David (bar), Julian (best pool bar guy), Yadary (waitress). Thank you again for a brilliant stay!

I have just returned from a 5 night stay, had a premier sea view room. I have stayed at this hotel twice before, two and three years ago and was very impressed, my recent stay wasn't quite as good, on my first morning I was woken at 7.50am by workmen doing repairs in the adjacent room, I ignored it initially, then early afternoon they started drilling into the wall, this went on for sometime which I recorded as I couldn't believe how loud it was, I spoke to the manager about it and was offered another room, so I packed my suitcase and moved to a different room. My other gripe was at breakfast, I should add that I have a condition called Ulcerative colitis, so have to be careful what I eat including amounts, I had a small bowl of porridge and then made a cheese sandwich to eat in my room a bit later, as I left the restaurant, one of the staff came over and told me I couldn't take the sandwich out and took it from me ( I assume it would have gone straight in the bin) The surrounding area I found this time looked dirty, so many cigarette butt's over the pavements and walkways. On the positive, the hotel is spotlessly clean, and well located. During my stay I viewed another hotel further along the coast into Adeje which was recommended to me, which I will stay at in the future instead of the Gran Tinerfe.
