Great stay. Best food we have had. Only issue was checked out at 12md and not getting picked up till 6pm and not offered any food. Staff, in general, were lovely. Particularly, cleaning staff. Maribel did our room most days and was spotless. Great choice of which pool to sit at too and plenty of entertainment. Would recommend.

Fantastic hotel with great pool areas and amazing sea views. We had a problem with the air con in our room when we arrived, but the staff on reception were a big help. They moved us to a room with the same view the next day as the air con couldn't be immediately fixed. (We opted for that rather than the upgrade bungalow they offered for that night as we preferred the sea view higher up.) We used the bar a couple of times and the drinks were reasonably priced. This is our second stay and we’ll definitely be back!

This is our 2nd visit to the gran tinerfe, we had another wonderful stay!! Will definitely be returning :) FOOD & DRINKS Plenty of choice including fresh meat, fish, veg… English food night was brill, as was the Chinese. Beach restaurant for a dining service at lunch is always lovely overlooking the sea. Drinks are spot on, good selection of spirits and bottled mixers (no flat coke like some chains). Didn’t do privilege as don’t see the point. We didn’t do the à la cartes this time around so can’t comment, as prefer to eat out a few times too. ROOMS We upgraded again and our room was really spacious, with good views and close to the pool. Modern and cleaned (thanks to our lovely cleaner Jennifer!). LOCATION Close to centre of Las Americas and Adeje, great location if you like walking as can go both ways. Lots of bars/rests around the hotel and up the road, entertainment, close to the waterpark, shops, etc. Note - we stayed in Playa Paraiso last October and regretted it as not much going on outside the hotel, walks not as nice either. TEAM The team are fantastic, every body was so pleasant and friendly, which helped to make our stay perfect. Hotel entertainment was great too. Special thanks to David (bar), Julian (best pool bar guy), Yadary (waitress). Thank you again for a brilliant stay!

Unforgettable stay, outstanding customer service! My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary in H10 Gran Tinerfe hotel and everything was perfect. Amazing ocean view, beautiful sunset, spotless room, delicious food and outstanding customer service. We booked a Privilege room and we don’t regret, the Privilege areas are amazing, it is clearly making the difference. Staff members are very helpful, polite and they are all happy to make your stay unforgettable. Our room was nice decorated by Sandra, many thanks for making our special day, so memorable. We also received a special gift for our anniversary, thank you so much, we really appreciated. Hugo is amazing!!! He perfectly knows how to do his job and he loves to do it. For him is nothing impossible, he is the best in customer service. He made our stay memorable and for sure we will be back to this hotel because of him. We will recomand this flawless hotel to everyone. Many thanks everyone!

Had an excellent stay at the H10 Gran Tinerfe and will 100% return. This is in a great location, has amazing staff, is spotlessly clean and just a lovely, classy place to stay. There is a rear entrance which takes you straight out onto the promenade and the beach, and inside the hotel are 3 big pools, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, a pool bar and a really lovely coffee shop. Our room was lovely, and kept clean by the really hard-working housekeeping staff. The food here is also great, and eating out on the terrace is highly recommended, as you can watch sunrise at breakfast and sunset at your evening meal which is really stunning. Overall the hotel and the wonderful staff made this holiday really special and I would highly recommend.
