The hotel is beautiful and clean, staff is super friendly and there is no poolbed reservations allowed before 10h. Should add this to the flyer though because we went for breakfast and did not know (only 20 min away). The buffet is amazing and varies every day. Even the pool side bar has great quality snacks. With all in service you even get 2 extra restaurant visits incl but you need to reserve them when arriving! Evening entertainment is for a certain age group and as a 30 something I felt very young sometimes. Seaview room is the best view you can have. Great sunset from your own balcony. Overall we had a great holiday as a couple in a great hotel.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are clean, maybe a bit outdated. Extremely comfortable bed!! Nice view to the sea, recommend booking sea view room. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, fresh, not boring at all. Even if you have food allergies, they can help and manage, we tested it. Pools are nice, water is warm. Many restaurants, bars, shops nearby, you can take wonderful walks in the evenings.

Unforgettable stay, outstanding customer service! My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary in H10 Gran Tinerfe hotel and everything was perfect. Amazing ocean view, beautiful sunset, spotless room, delicious food and outstanding customer service. We booked a Privilege room and we don’t regret, the Privilege areas are amazing, it is clearly making the difference. Staff members are very helpful, polite and they are all happy to make your stay unforgettable. Our room was nice decorated by Sandra, many thanks for making our special day, so memorable. We also received a special gift for our anniversary, thank you so much, we really appreciated. Hugo is amazing!!! He perfectly knows how to do his job and he loves to do it. For him is nothing impossible, he is the best in customer service. He made our stay memorable and for sure we will be back to this hotel because of him. We will recomand this flawless hotel to everyone. Many thanks everyone!

Excellent hotel with outstanding service! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome. The reception staff were friendly and professional, the check-in was quick, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a great variety of high-quality food, and the staff throughout the hotel were always smiling and helpful. The pools and surrounding areas were exceptionally clean, and the adults-only concept created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The location is perfect, with a beautiful beach directly behind the hotel and the marina, shops, and restaurants just a short walk away. A big thank you to the entire H10 Gran Tinerfe team for making our holiday so special. We will definitely be back!

My Wife and I have bere the last few years and we love it.. Hotel staff very welcoming, friendly and always happy to help. Our rooms on both visits have been excellent and we are already planning our next visit here. Adult Only Hotel which is nice for us and in the middle of Playa De Las Americas and Costa Adeje so nice walks both ways when you come out of the Hotel. Food has also been very good with a large selection on both Breakfast and Evening Meal times. Would definitely recommend...
