We had a very pleasant stay at Al Habtoor Palace. The service throughout was excellent, and a special mention goes to Jackie, our butler, who was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, professional, and even played along with our jokes, clearly someone with a great sense of humour The hotel itself is very well looked after. While parts of the interior feel a little dated, it still has a classy, elegant charm and is maintained to a high standard. The overall atmosphere is calm, luxurious, and comfortable. From start to finish, the service was top-notch, and we genuinely felt well looked after. Definitely a place we’d be happy to return to again.

We had a truly wonderful stay here. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Seeing how tired we were after a long flight, the team kindly prepared our room early for us, which meant so much. The honeymoon cake thoughtfully prepared by the butler was a beautiful surprise. We would also like to sincerely thank the housekeeping team, as well as the staff who greeted us at the door every morning and served breakfast — everyone was professional, warm, and attentive.
