The lobby was beautiful, and the musicians were wonderful very elegant and always smiling. The reception was welcoming, and our room was beautiful and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the in-room dining; the food was tasty and nicely prepared. Breakfast was good, and we really liked the restaurant’s unique decor, especially the beautiful statues that gave it a special touch. The spa was definitely one of the highlights of our stay we absolutely loved it! The pools were also lovely and peaceful. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience and the elegant atmosphere of the hotel.

My stay at this property was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional, the food was delicious, and every staff member was warm, pleasant, and welcoming. I truly felt like family—this hotel felt like home, and I honestly did not want to leave. A very special thank-you to Isaac, who made my experience even more memorable. He was incredibly attentive, kind, and thoughtful. He made me feel like I was his cousin and ensured that I was comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. As the owner of a travel company that brings hundreds of guests around the world, I stayed at this hotel for the first time as a site visit. After this experience, I can confidently say that I will be back—and next time, I will be bringing guests with me. I loved everything about my stay

Absolutely fantastic stay at Al Habtoor Palace dying Harvard Business School conference! Magnificent hotel decor and elegant rooms, genuine and attentive service, and hospitality. Breakfast… I was looking forward to it every morning - So delicious and many healthy options. Restaurant manager and entire staff are very extensive and accommodating. Homemade power protein balls and granola - I definitely want the recipe! Silk Spa… During my seven day stay I booked three different services. One of the most beautiful spas and profession therapists. Justine massage was great. Gym… Another great reason to wake up every morning! First time in my life, I worked out in the gym with gold plated ceiling. State of the art equipment and trendy jazzy music. Can’t wait to come back!

Al Habtoor Palace has always been one of my favorite hotels in Dubai, and I have stayed here many times. I keep coming back because the staff are usually extremely friendly and professional, from valet parking to reception. Unfortunately, this visit was completely spoiled by the duty manager, Mr. Ambi. I had clearly informed reception that my booking was for 24 hours and that I would be checking out at 2:00 AM. This was acknowledged without any issue. Based on that, I went to rest, especially as I was feeling unwell and completely exhausted. Mr. Ambi then called me, and the way he handled the conversation was very disappointing. His tone was rude, he continuously spoke over me, and every time I tried to explain that I had already spoken with reception and received confirmation, his response was, “I am the duty manager here,” said in a very dismissive and authoritative way, almost as if that should end the conversation. I wasn’t trying to argue. I was simply trying to explain what had already been agreed, but he would not even give me the chance to speak. I had to ask him several times to please stop interrupting and listen. That attitude was what bothered me the most. Being a duty manager should mean handling situations professionally and listening to guests, not using the position to shut down a conversation. What makes this especially disappointing is that this behavior is completely different from the standard I have always experienced at Al Habtoor Palace. Everyone else has consistently been welcoming and professional. I rarely leave negative reviews or mention an employee by name, but I genuinely believe management should be aware of this experience. One person’s attitude should not ruin the experience of a returning guest at a hotel of this level. I still really like Al Habtoor Palace, but my experience with Mr. Ambi was extremely disappointing and completely below the standard I have come to expect from this hotel.

A wonderful stay at Al Habtoor Palace in the Diplomatic Suite. From the moment we arrived, we were met with exceptional hospitality and attentive service. A special thank you to the incredible Concierge and Valet teams for always going above and beyond, and especially to Dorothy, whose warm and welcoming smile greeted us every morning at breakfast and made us feel truly at home. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and the entire team went out of their way to accommodate our every need. It was a memorable stay, and we will certainly be back soon.
