Our butlers Paola and Moises were of great help and took care of all our requests in a timely manner. They checked in every day and wandered the resort looking for us and making sure everything was good. They arranged for seats at all the shows we wanted to go to. They treated our two Grandsons like Kings and made them feel so special. They also went above and beyond every single day from taking care of all of our dinner reservations perfectly, getting and saving our beach and pool chairs each morning. They made great use of the Whats App group and responded really fast to any questions or needs we had. All the staff were awsome. The nightly entertaiment was quite good and was a great set up to watch the Super Bowl.

We just got back from a girl’s trip vacation. It was a wonderful experience! The hotel staff is incredibly friendly, the resort is super clean, and the food options were abundant! One of our best experiences was with Otto - he is the entertainment coordinator. He remembered us throughout our stay and was hilarious and super friendly. He made hanging out by the beach and pool so much fun! Rulo was so great too!! We really appreciate how everyone went above and beyond- from the bar staff, restaurant waiters and also the amazing spa staff.

From the moment we arrived, they were warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. Paola was so thoughtful and detail-oriented she anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Moises was equally amazing, always ensuring everything ran smoothly and that we felt completely taken care of. Whether it was arranging reservations, checking in on us throughout the day, or adding those extra special touches that made our stay feel personalized, they went above and beyond in every way. What stood out most was how genuine they both are. You can tell they truly care about their guests and take pride in what they do. Their kindness and dedication made our trip extra special, and we are so grateful for them. If you are lucky enough to have Paola and Moises as your butlers, you are in the best hands. They deserve all the recognition and praise 10/10 service!

My husband and I first visited this resort in February 2024 and absolutely loved it. The staff, the culture, and the overall atmosphere were incredible — so much so that we decided to return this year with friends, expecting the same experience. Unfortunately, this visit has been extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we were given a room with a view directly facing AC units and vents. After traveling all the way from New Jersey, this wasn’t what we had hoped for. We called to inquire about changing rooms but were told the resort was fully booked. The next issue was much more concerning — the power went out while we were getting ready for dinner. Around the same time, family and friends back home began contacting us about reports of violence in the area related to a cartel-related incident. While we understand the resort cannot control what happens outside of the property, it was unsettling, and we chose to cancel the excursions we had planned offsite out of caution. Inside the resort, conditions did not improve. The AC in both rooms were not cooling properly and had to be serviced. Then the power went out! Again and again. For the past two days, our building has reportedly been operating on a generator. Only the lights work — outlets do not, meaning we can’t charge our phones. There has been no hot water. Returning to your room after dinner and activities only to take a cold shower is not the vacation experience anyone expects, especially at this price point. Guest services did offer a complimentary massage, which we appreciate as a gesture. However, what we truly need are consistent electricity, functioning AC, and hot water — basic amenities that should be guaranteed. We returned because of how much we loved this resort the first time. This experience, unfortunately, has not lived up to that standard. Based on this stay, I would not recommend returning.

I wanted to give a lower rating for some reasons, and a higher rating for others. We were in the red zone of the hotel; the blue zone looks better, but adults only. The rooms are very damp, and there's no dehumidifier at all, causing a very strong moldy smell (our child developed a severe cough without a sore throat, suggesting a mold allergy). The rooms look old, and even some parts are falling off, but they are cleaned regularly. One night, there was a small fire in one of the rooms, and smoke spread throughout the rooms, but the fire alarm didn't go off. The staff is very pleasant and does their job well. The hotel puts on excellent, modern shows. There are lots of activities for children: bowling, a kids' club, laser tag, climbing, a music club, arcade machines, etc. There are two large swimming pools and a water park. The hotel also doesn't have direct access to the sea, but they have lagoons, which is great for children and for those who don't like waves. The food in the restaurants is good, but you can't reserve a seat in advance; you have to show up and wait in line. If you arrive right before opening, you might be able to get in within 15 minutes; at other times, you might have to wait over an hour. This is incredibly inconvenient when you don't know where or what time you'll be eating dinner. You need to find sun loungers by the pool early in the morning, and there aren't enough of them when you go for breakfast or earlier. Overall, this hotel isn't all good, not is it all bad. If you don't care about the restaurant and rooms, everything else is excellent. You can buy a membership, but there are enough drawbacks to avoid it, even if you really wanted to.
