Hard Rock Rivera Maya is fabulous. Everyone was super friendly, whether it was sunny and 85 or a monsoon..Not one person didn't make me feel special. We had a such a great time..The resort is the perfect size, there are just enough restaurants to have a variety of meals for a seven night stay. Faro is a great buffet spot for lunch, room service was quick and delicious. The pool was refreshing and the Pina Coloadas were fantastic. The private dinner was a great way to end an amazing vacation. The hotel staff went out of their way to find the Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Brewers games. Can't wait to get back!

We loved the hard rock and Playa de Carmen, Mexico. It was our first trip to this particular Hard Rock location. A nice mix of family and couples made For a very relaxing two weeks. Are Butler’s Luis and Diego are the glue that made everything come together. They’re exceptional service and thoroughness made this one of our best vacations ever. Restaurants and room service were awesome. Private dinners on the beach, members only shows, and the tacos were all top shelf. A quick trip to Fifth Avenue for a nice quick lunch and a little shopping was a delight. I can hardly wait until we come back and bring the entire family with us.

We had one of the best vacation experiences, as this hotel truly lived up to our expectations. We always received excellent service from the staff whenever we needed assistance resolving an issue or simply required services across the various areas—including the restaurants, pool, courtyards (Red and Blue), café, and bar, We would like to highlight the service provided by Ms. Angela (waitress in the Blue and Red Patio). We experienced some issues with transportation and a tour we took to Isla Mujeres, but fortunately, the general manager handled the situation, providing us with quick and effective solutions: We were moved to a different room to compensate for these incidents, and we were much more comfortable. Overall, we were satisfied with the daily attention we received; the staff would call or write to us to ensure we were getting the best possible care. Thank you very much!
