Our butlers Paola and Moises were of great help and took care of all our requests in a timely manner. They checked in every day and wandered the resort looking for us and making sure everything was good. They arranged for seats at all the shows we wanted to go to. They treated our two Grandsons like Kings and made them feel so special. They also went above and beyond every single day from taking care of all of our dinner reservations perfectly, getting and saving our beach and pool chairs each morning. They made great use of the Whats App group and responded really fast to any questions or needs we had. All the staff were awsome. The nightly entertaiment was quite good and was a great set up to watch the Super Bowl.

From the moment we arrived, they were warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. Paola was so thoughtful and detail-oriented she anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Moises was equally amazing, always ensuring everything ran smoothly and that we felt completely taken care of. Whether it was arranging reservations, checking in on us throughout the day, or adding those extra special touches that made our stay feel personalized, they went above and beyond in every way. What stood out most was how genuine they both are. You can tell they truly care about their guests and take pride in what they do. Their kindness and dedication made our trip extra special, and we are so grateful for them. If you are lucky enough to have Paola and Moises as your butlers, you are in the best hands. We had a wonderful time at the Hard Rock Riviera with my family! They have plenty to keep children entertained, my children (4 and 6) loved vibe city and asked to go back to the children’s club, where they made fun crafts and played games. The pools and water slides were great, and the beach was perfect for my young children. The staff were wonderful. Everyone was so kind and attentive. I have Celiac and need to eat gluten free - every meal the staff asked if I would like specially prepared, safe meals, and they were wonderful. They confirmed ingredients, were knowledgeable, the staff remembered my dietary needs without me mentioning them, and even made us reservations to ensure we had excellent service for my dietary requirements. The staff at the Market were particularly wonderful, thank you so much for the great experience and wonderful meals. Overall a fun and enjoyable week, there was something for everyone in our family, and we all had a great time.

We just got back from a girl’s trip vacation. It was a wonderful experience! The hotel staff is incredibly friendly, the resort is super clean, and the food options were abundant! One of our best experiences was with Otto - he is the entertainment coordinator. He remembered us throughout our stay and was hilarious and super friendly. He made hanging out by the beach and pool so much fun! Rulo was so great too!! We really appreciate how everyone went above and beyond- from the bar staff, restaurant waiters and also the amazing spa staff.

This hotel has an amazing staff everywhere you turn. The team at the Roxity kids club do an incredible job entertaining the kids with daytime and evening events, fun for us parents too. Our 4 and 7 years olds had an insane time with dance partys to magic shows to pinata smashing. Awesome shows like Neon Humans and Fire show at night too. Tons of activities that kept us busy all week. Lots of sprawling fun connected pools and extremely well maintained beach protected inside. Kids loved snorkeling in the schools of fish which was another fantastic experience. Great food at every option with a perfectly kept establishment. The double room family suite we were in was overly spacious and and again impecable. Super friendly and attentive staff, I'd recommend to anyone!
