We had a wonderful stay at this resort! The main hosts, Charlie Brown and Yale, were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, energetic, and went out of their way to make sure everyone had a great time. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to enjoy getting to know the guests. There were plenty of activities throughout the day and evening, including water aerobics, karaoke, bingo, and other fun activities that made it easy to meet people and keep everyone entertained. My only real criticism would be the late-night bar access from the pools. The staff were accommodating, but we’ve stayed at other resorts that made this a little more convenient. If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation with fun activities during the day and a more laid-back atmosphere in the evenings, it’s perfect—and honestly, that’s exactly what we were looking for. We also booked a swim-up room, and it ended up being one of our favorite parts of the trip. Since we traveled with a large group, having our own private pool access gave us a peaceful place to unwind and enjoy some quiet time together. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

A Beautiful Anniversary Getaway with Exceptional 5-Star Service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at Haven Riviera Cancun, and overall, our stay was absolutely wonderful! The resort itself is beautiful, and the level of service we received was truly impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable and delivered the kind of exceptional hospitality you would expect from a luxury 5-star resort. I especially want to recognize some incredible team members who made our stay extra special: Colunga, the pool bartender; Carlos, our pool waiter; Jose, the pool cabana attendant; and Jaselys from pool activities. Each of them provided outstanding service, was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Our housekeeper also did a phenomenal job keeping our room spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. The restaurant staff were equally wonderful, consistently providing excellent service. However, there were a couple of disappointments worth mentioning. The biggest disappointment was the beach. Unfortunately, it was practically unusable due to the overwhelming smell and excessive seaweed buildup. Having stayed at other resorts in the Riviera Maya area where efforts are made to remove the seaweed and maintain the beaches for guests, we were disappointed that Haven doesn’t appear to invest in the same level of beach maintenance. When booking a luxury beachfront resort, you naturally expect to enjoy the beach, not be limited to the pools. While the pool areas were beautiful, we would have loved the option to enjoy the ocean as well. Another disappointment was the lack of authentic Mexican cuisine. When visiting Mexico, enjoying traditional Mexican food is part of the experience! Surprisingly, the only way I was able to enjoy tacos was through room service. I would have loved to see more authentic Mexican dishes available throughout the resort’s restaurants. Despite these shortcomings, would we return? Absolutely! And the reason is simple: THE STAFF! Their warmth, professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality truly elevated our entire experience. They made such a lasting impression that the positives far outweighed the disappointments. Haven Riviera Cancun has an incredible team, and with improvements to the beach maintenance and more authentic Mexican dining options, this resort could offer an even more exceptional experience. The resort is beyond amazing. I have enjoyed the stay that my significant other and I have had. Within the resort, there is a section/lobby called The Moon. Within the lobby, there are a lot of events that are held, in which include amazing staff (I.e., Sexy Joy & Charlie Brown). I have a lot of good to say about the resort. My significant other and I went around June, so there was a lot of Sargassum on the beach, however, that did not inhibit our great stay there. Highly recommended Carlos, our great butler, also attended to us amazingly. He is a very presentable young man who makes sure everyone is going great and having a good time at the resort. He stays in touch really well and communicates amazingly. He has helped us during our stay there, in Haven.

Charlie Brown and Maria were fantastic members of the entertainment team! They were both so much fun, always bringing great energy and offering fun activities that kept everyone engaged and entertained. They remembered us from day to day, which made the experience feel even more personal. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made a point to make everyone feel included. They definitely helped make our experience more memorable. We loved seeing them each day!

We came to the Haven Riviera to celebrate our 12th Anniversary and had an extraordinary time. This is our fourth All-Inclusive in Mexico and by far our all-around favorite. Everything from location (close to the airport), to a stunning, mature property, a great gym, beautiful restaurants and amazing food! The sunrise in the beach every morning was a highlight. But the staff truly made our time so memorable. Angel from entertainment was always so warm and energetic. He found us almost every day by the pool with a big smile on his face and invited us to events or partiesl happening that day. He was also an excellent host at the Neon Show. William from Limes was our favorite bar-tender! He made the BEST drinks I’ve ever had and had spot-on recommendations. Julian took care of us every day at the pool and also made great suggestions for new drinks. And our favorite server at Flavours was Enrique. So warm and kind and always on top of it. We loved our time and this is the first time we are considering coming back to a resort because of how incredible it was.
