We came for a long weekend holiday and to celebrate my birthday. The highlight of this resort is definitely how friendly the staff are and they do a pretty good job keeping the drinks in your hand. Overall the quality of drinks was nice! We enjoyed the hibachi and Mediterranean restaurants most for food and even the buffet was amazing for breakfast and lunch. Really the only things that could’ve been better were the room humidity (wife thought the sheets always felt wet) and the sargassum on beach made it unswimmable. This is a perfect resort for a long weekend to a weeks time. You definitely will forget about the world while you’re here!

We recently stayed at Haven Riviera Cancun, and it was an incredible experience, largely thanks to Gabriela Diego. From the moment we arrived, she took complete care of us and managed absolutely everything we needed with a smile. Gabriela handled all of our restaurant reservations flawlessly and walked us through the entire resort so we knew exactly where everything was. We loved that she kept us updated every single day by sending us the daily activity schedules, ensuring we never missed out on the fun. Beyond our wonderful experience with Gabriela, we want to mention that the entire staff at the resort was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. A special shout-out goes to our bartender at the mixology bar (I unfortunately forgot his name!). He crafted the absolute best cocktails of our entire trip and made our evenings so memorable with his talent. Gabriela's attention to detail, paired with the exceptional service from the rest of the team, made our trip completely stress-free. If you visit Haven, you are in great hands! Thank you to everyone for making our stay perfect!

The resort is beyond amazing. I have enjoyed the stay that my significant other and I have had. Within the resort, there is a section/lobby called The Moon. Within the lobby, there are a lot of events that are held, in which include amazing staff (I.e., Sexy Joy & Charlie Brown). I have a lot of good to say about the resort. My significant other and I went around June, so there was a lot of Sargassum on the beach, however, that did not inhibit our great stay there. Highly recommended Carlos, our great butler, also attended to us amazingly. He is a very presentable young man who makes sure everyone is going great and having a good time at the resort. He stays in touch really well and communicates amazingly. He has helped us during our stay there, in Haven.

We came to the Haven Riviera to celebrate our 12th Anniversary and had an extraordinary time. This is our fourth All-Inclusive in Mexico and by far our all-around favorite. Everything from location (close to the airport), to a stunning, mature property, a great gym, beautiful restaurants and amazing food! The sunrise in the beach every morning was a highlight. But the staff truly made our time so memorable. Angel from entertainment was always so warm and energetic. He found us almost every day by the pool with a big smile on his face and invited us to events or partiesl happening that day. He was also an excellent host at the Neon Show. William from Limes was our favorite bar-tender! He made the BEST drinks I’ve ever had and had spot-on recommendations. Julian took care of us every day at the pool and also made great suggestions for new drinks. And our favorite server at Flavours was Enrique. So warm and kind and always on top of it. We loved our time and this is the first time we are considering coming back to a resort because of how incredible it was.

Amazing trip for a couple on vacation! I would highly recommend the Serenity Club as meal options can be a little limited without it. 3 different pools each with a different vibe and plenty of options for more fun and upbeat activities as well as relaxing ones. The spa is amazing, the food was great, and the extra paid experiences were so worth it! We did the Tequila and Mezcal/Chocolate pairing, Gin Masterclass, Romantic Beach Dinner, and Chef's Table and loved it all. Denisee, our butler, was amazing during our time! Additionally, we had some great experiences with Jorge and Maria as bartenders.
