Mar, Janet, Fer and Mary Jane were awesome and kept me entertained the entire time! I stayed in the serenity partial ocean view swim up and it was the perfect room! Great sun every day, beautiful room and right by the serenity pool and the beach. I had Humberto for a butler and he 100% went above and beyond! The food was great, drinks were great and the resort is a perfect for relaxation and fun! It was never too crowded and plenty of options for activities or quiet. Definitely checked the reviews every week for months but this resort definitely exceeded my expectations!

We just visited to celebrate multiple monumental birthdays in our family and really enjoyed this resort. The location was perfect as it is quite close to the airport and makes transfers to and from the airport quite easy and short. The rooms were very nice. We had a junior partial ocean view, and it did not disappoint. The jacuzzi on the patio was awesome and created a great ambiance for nighttime. The service was phenomenal. At the pool bar Pedro made sure everyone was well taken care of and worked so hard to ensure we had a great time. He was very nice and created a comfortable atmosphere. Emmanuel was the server that came to and from us while we were in the cabana and he ensured we had cold water and all the drinks we could handle. Arturo was also super helpful in helping our family also celebrate the anniversary of my brother and sister-in-law. He created amazing, personalized artwork with special words to celebrate their special day. We also enjoyed the entertainment. Arturo was a great MC for bingo, and my family really enjoyed the variety of the entertainment and especially liked the casino night. The lobby bar also had amazing music, and our favorite was the sister duo who had amazing voices. My only complaint would be that while there are gluten free options in the restaurants which were very good the buffet and snacks did not really lend to accommodating celiac patrons. There is a high risk of cross contamination.

It was our fist time in Mexico, and we chose to stay here based on reviews and proximity to the airport (as we didn't want to spend hours on a bus or van to get to a resort). We absolutely LOVED it. We did have a couple of issues with our room (our TV reset itself, and our Do Not Disturb light did not work - but were promptly fixed by staff). The grounds and room were well kept and VERY clean. The food was great. The pools were awesome - we tried both the "quiet" pool and the "party" pool, and actually preferred the party one for the music. The nightly entertainment was a blast in Moons Cabaret!!! We loved going there!! But most of all, the staff here were AMAZING!! Event coordinator and hostess Mar was a delight to be around. She always gave us a huge smile when she saw us on the grounds and would come up to us for a little chat. And, I cannot forget our pool waiter Jose Luis! He looked after us all week poolside, and helped us discover many drinks that we could try - as we had some in our group who didn't drink alcohol and we also had a Type 1 Diabetic with us who couldn't do the sugary drinks. Jose Luis is a STELLAR gentleman. I would definitely recommend Haven Riviera!!!

My wife and I recently stayed at Haven Riviera Cancun for our honeymoon, and overall it was a truly wonderful experience. The resort is beautiful and the grounds, pools, and common areas are very well maintained. The room/suite we had was comfortable, nicely decorated, and met all our needs. What really stood out was the concierges, they were extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They always seemed ready to assist with whatever we needed, which made our trip much smoother and more enjoyable. Their welcoming attitude really added to the romantic and relaxed vibe of our honeymoon. The food was also a highlight for us. Breakfasts at the buffet offered a good variety, from fresh fruit and juice to hot items — it was a great way to start the day. Lunches and dinners delivered a mix of options, from buffet-style meals to à-la-carte restaurants. We especially enjoyed some of the dinners, and the quality of dishes exceeded our expectations for an all-inclusive resort. That said — given the Mexican cultural context and the common practice of tipping — there were moments when we felt a subtle difference by the regular employees in treatment depending on whether a tip was given or not. That was the only less positive aspect of our stay. But beyond that, everything was excellent: the resort is beautiful and relaxing, the ambiance was perfect for a getaway, and we left very satisfied. I would certainly recommend Haven Riviera Cancun for couples looking for a relaxing, romantic vacation (especially honeymooners). Rating: 5/5 — Highly recommended.

Cindy, Janet, Mary Jane and Fer - we did the Movie Trivia with them twice during our stay and it is so much fun! They are hilarious and the games are very interactive! We also did the Guacomole cooking class, Mayan Bracelets class and attended the Giant Jenga tournament with Mar! She is also extremely funny and a great teacher! Our favorite servers/bartenders were Adrian (so attentive, personable/funny and always had a freah drink for us withoit us even having to order), Ricardo and Moses were also fantastic! Sandra the front desk manager was very kind and attentive to a concern we had and rectified it immediately.
