A beautiful oceanfront hotel with spacious rooms and very comfortable feather pillows. The beach is protected by a breakwater, making swimming very comfortable and safe. Breakfasts are delicious, all the food is fresh, and there's a children's play area with activities for children. A PlayStation is available, as is a slide in the pool and board games. The hospitality of the people in Bali is a big plus; they are wonderful and very kind. Special thanks to Nana, Rusmini, Champ, Shintya, and Diah for their help and kindness. We leave with the thought that we will definitely return to this wonderful place. #309

A bittersweet experience - the room was amazing, the breakfast is outstanding, all the facilities are very good and the staff was very professional and nice (you can tell they have been well trained). However - we paid for a five days ocean sea view room and due to the almost non-stop noisy works right besides the hotel (even over the weekends and up to 9pm!) we couldn't enjoy the balcony at all. The hotel is also popular for weddings and corporate events hence expect noise in the evening.

Hi there, thank you for the wonderful hospitality. The room and service were excellent, everything felt well, maintained and thoughtfully arranged. I’d also like to highlight the accessibility. There are plenty of taxis available around the resort, so transportation is never a problem. If you prefer using a motorcycle service, you can simply take a short walk to the main entrance and easily get a Grab or Gojek from there. Overall, it was a great stay, and I truly appreciate the comfort and warmth from all the staff. I would definitely love to come back!

I had such a wonderful experience staying at Hilton Bali! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional. Shout out to Front Office team Farsha, Sari, vira, Risma u guys are amazing. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade to cliff tower facing the ocean view, which made my stay even more special. The upgraded room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a very comfortable bed. The view from the balcony was lovely with beautiful ocean view, and the bathroom amenities were top-notch. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet — so many great choices and everything tasted fresh. And also get surprised from FB staff for my birthday. Thank you also for warm services from ibu sumerti, Mei, Prapta and Murtini, was amazing dinner i ever had with delicious wagyu beef and seafood (two thumbs up 👍 👍) The hotel’s location is perfect, has a private beach with beautiful lagoon pool making may stay more enjoyable. What truly stood out, though, was the level of hospitality — everyone went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Thank you, Hilton Bali, for such a memorable stay. I’ll definitely come back again soon!

A pleasant Stay at Hilton Bali Resort We stayed at Hilton Bali Resort for 4 days and 3 nights. We made reservation through hilton honors though there was a minor error during the reservation process,the Hilton Bali Reservation handling the situation pretty well. We have been upgraded from our original booking, and our pre stay requested has been noted very well. Overall we have a relaxing and pleasant stay at this resort, the room was nice, it is cliff tower room with sea view tho on few degree to the right you have the view and bitof noise from on going construction project by neighbouring hotel, but it wasnt so much disturbing. The pool ,the beach are nice,pool temperature bit warm arround 33 degree. The whole resort area are nice and enjoyable to wandering arround for a photo option,they even provided infos about the photo spot. The restaurants are good,our favorite are Paon restaurant, the food,the staff deserve a 5 stars. The restaurant for breakfast however,despite the variety of menu and taste, seems like they are overwhelm with amount of guest at peak hour as some utensil were dirty and being still being set up. The front office staff are not so friendly as we expected from Hilton, probably also overwhelmed with the lot of guest ,tho our Guest Relation susanti that from day one taking care of us through whats up deserve a stars for her service. Well,overall it was a pleasant stay with minor inconvenience. we would love to stay again there. P.s : watch out for the monkey - a plus point to stay in hilton you can see the monkey arround the hotel 😁.
