Had a great experience at Restaurant Laluce. The staff was amazing, accommodating, and attentive throughout the evening. The ambiance was excellent and made for a very enjoyable dinner. A special thank you to our server, Mauricib, who went out of his way to make sure I could take some leftover food for my wife. Our baby was crying, so she wasn’t able to stay and enjoy dinner with us, and his kindness and understanding were truly appreciated. Excellent service, great atmosphere, and delicious food. We’ll definitely be back! 🍝🍷👏

We had an incredible dinner at Auma during our stay at the Hilton Cancún All-Inclusive Resort. The food was absolutely outstanding! Every dish was flavorful, beautifully presented, and exceeded our expectations. What made the evening even more memorable was our server, Elvis. He was incredibly kind, outgoing, and attentive throughout the entire meal. His warm personality and exceptional service made an already amazing dining experience even better. Elvis truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and we left looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend Auma for both the exceptional food and the outstanding service!

We have had a wonderful time here. This was our first experience in Mexico and at an all inclusive resort and it was great! This resort is clean, trendy and the staff and food are excellent. Everyone is friendly and helpful! A few of our favorite people were: David at Maxal, Joseph & Benny at the taqueria bar, Nancy at the pool!! She works so hard! Dossier at Vela who was always happy to see us! Rocio M in the lobby was great and attentive to us while we waited inside for some cool air and cafe , Jose at Sunan (southeast Asia restaurant) this was our FAVE restaurant so good!! Also the staff at La Luce were all fabulous, our server recommended a perfect remedy for my heart burn & it worked like a charm (a Suero). The shows here at night are wonderful and the music always fits the perfect vibes. This resort is very family friendly ! Kids club and pools/splash pad and picky eater friendly! There is an adults side pool but it was def not as fun as the other side & as long as you don’t mind a few kiddos having fun around you , you will enjoy it too! We were celebrating my birthday here and the staff was so good about helping me celebrate even leaving cake in our room while we were out for me to come back to and enjoy ! I will say we were not as impressed with Auma(the steakhouse) , the service and the food were not that great and we were sad. The Lobby bartenders can be a bit dismissive as well but just sit down and wait for Rocio she’s much more friendly anyways. These were our only cons!

Our family had a great time at the resort. Our boys’ favorite part was, of course, the splash pad and pool. We went with a group of friends who brought their kids of similar age so they never got bored even though we stayed there for 5 nights. Pool is also about four feet so I felt pretty safe letting kids loose. My favorite part as a parent was easy access to great food. I especially appreciated the service at La Luce. Our waiter, Guadalupe, made dinner very pleasant and memorable. More than just receiving order and bringing food, he made us feel welcome and he was great with the kids.

Everything has been really great! The service is phenomenal and feels very personalized. The staff is extremely attentive and provides great suggestions for entertainment options and dining. Raymundo kept my glass full! Abraham, Medina and Deiser were great as well. Highly recommended and I will be back. Went to La Luce for dinner. The Italian food is amazing and they have a great wine menu. Mauricio was our server and provided excellent service.
