The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are beautiful, the facilities are lovely. The food is very good at each of the restaurants (although we like Sunan, the asian restaurant least). The service at the restaurants is excellent (thank you to Michelle at Maxal, Adrian and we don't recall the name of the other server but he was phenomenal at La Luce). We actually are fighting over which restaurant to go back to for our last night. The entertainment is good, but not well attended (I especially liked the Michael Jackson "This is it" show). If you're expecting a beach and the ocean, this isn't the place....but it makes up for that with everything else. Gorgeous infinity pools that feel like they're at the beach. Overall a great place to spend your next vacation.

Everything has been really great! The service is phenomenal and feels very personalized. The staff is extremely attentive and provides great suggestions for entertainment options and dining. Raymundo kept my glass full! Abraham, Medina and Deiser were great as well. Highly recommended and I will be back. Went to La Luce for dinner. The Italian food is amazing and they have a great wine menu. Mauricio was our server and provided excellent service.

We had our dinner today at Maxel restaurant, the food was great , we specially liked the sea food varieties, the grouper fish was amazing and the shrimp with Mexican spices was delicious. Thanks for Ignacio our server he was amazing always has a nice smile happy to answer any question about the food and provided us with nice details on which area in Mexico that cooks with this method and style , thanks Ignacio for making our dinner very enjoyable. On the next day we had our dinner at Auma restaurant, the food was great and portion was generous, our waiter Rudy was helpful and understood our restrictions since we don't drink, he gave us honest advise for all ingredients thanks Rudy for making our dinner experience great, we definitely will come back. Our next dinner was at La Luce restaurant La Luce did not disappoint! We were first received by Montserrat, who was absolutely lovely, helpful, and had a wonderful attitude getting us seated. The food was great, especially the tomato bisque and the delicious La Luce pizza. The rest of the staff is just as amazing, but a special shoutout goes to our waiter, Guadalupe. He was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and happy to help with any questions we had. Don't miss going to La Luce for a great night at Hilton Cancun

So far, our experience has been nothing short of amazing! 🌴☀️ From the incredible Italian restaurant to the delicious Mexican restaurant, every meal has exceeded our expectations. A special shoutout to Max at the Italian restaurant and Jeho at the Mexican restaurant—both provided outstanding service and made our dining experiences even more memorable. They were friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. The food, atmosphere, and hospitality have all been top-notch. We can’t wait to enjoy the rest of our stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Service in the restaurants, concierge, booking activities, everything has been amazing! David at concierge was great, Julian at the bell hop so helpful and friendly, Raymundo, Alex, Carlos, Yeral were extremely accommodating at the buffet, Elvis at the steak house was awesome. Such great, helpful people. It is the policies that are decided for the hotel that I don’t like and the people working here are doing their best to help but it makes it hard. In a lot of ways this doesn’t feel like an all inclusive restaurant. I can’t bring a hamburger to my daughter in the room who wasn’tt feeling well? Most of the restaurants are closed or can’t get into yet are empty? It takes us having to ask all these wonderful people to try and find a reservation why??? It’s too hard to be able to eat at this hotel and for an all inclusive that makes no sense.
