We had a wonderful stay and felt genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived. The whole team went above and beyond to ensure our family was comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. Special thanks to Emily, the chefs and the whole team working at The Market Restaurant. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference. The service was exceptional in every aspect, always delivered with a warm smile and a willingness to help. The hotel was welcoming, comfortable, and created a relaxing atmosphere. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. An Impeccable, VIP Experience from Start to Finish! From the very minute we arrived via our private driver to the moment we were picked up at the end of our stay, our experience at the Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City was nothing short of flawless. We truly felt like valued VIP guests throughout our entire time here. The arrival experience set a fantastic tone for the trip. The welcome was warm, luggage handling was seamless, and the front desk checked us in with genuine smiles, endless patience, and a thorough explanation of all the resort’s services. Our room was immaculately maintained and spotlessly clean. Housekeeping was incredibly attentive, ensuring all our supplies were constantly replenished with plenty of fresh, plush towels. They perfectly timed their service to clean our room while we were away enjoying breakfast, meaning we always returned to a beautifully made space. Speaking of breakfast, the variety was outstanding, but it was the exceptional staff that truly stood out. They were incredibly welcoming, frequently setting up our preferred table by the window so we could enjoy the lovely views. They consistently went out of their way to provide those special extra touches, from ensuring our coffee and fresh orange juice were always ready, to a generous goodbye gesture on our final day when the chef personally brought custom omelets directly to our table—a non-standard, beautiful touch that we deeply appreciated. The outdoor experience was just as impressive. The pool and bar staff were remarkably friendly and attentive, immediately setting up our loungers with towels and proactively providing separate drying towels. We were kindly granted access to the exquisite Silk Spa inside the interconnected Al Habtoor Palace Hotel, and we spent our evenings enjoying the fine dining options. Our dining experience at the Sidra Lounge was absolutely amazing. Not only were the multi-course meals top-class, but the service and genuine friendliness of the staff perfectly matched the high quality of the food. They looked after us far beyond what was expected, treating us to a wonderful different surprise every single night. They truly made us feel right at home. We also thoroughly enjoyed our time spent at The Club Lounge. Furthermore, the top-tier concierge team was a massive help, seamlessly assisting us with our return flight amendments and effortlessly arranging our departure pickup. While it is too difficult to mention every staff member individually, we mean it when we say that every single person we encountered was amazing. The management should be incredibly proud of the way this hotel is being run; the service culture here is world-class. In fact, there was only one disappointment during our entire stay—and that was that we had to leave! We left feeling deeply valued and are already looking forward to our return.

The service is nice, the staff are kind. Room cleaning are so good, Reception staff are nice the staff member Myo is very friendly and helpful. The other staff Mia, ann, hedra and loka also amazing. I dont need to ask they ar always checking on u.. Haider from concierg fantastic.

My experience at Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City was made much better thanks to Rosanne, the Guest Relations Officer. She is a truly wonderful and professional person—extremely helpful, always smiling, and very welcoming. She kindly upgraded our room to a beautiful one with a stunning Burj Khalifa view, which we absolutely loved. We were also given a late check-out, which we really appreciated. What stood out most was her kindness and constant willingness to help—not only with us, but also with her colleagues, showing great teamwork and a strong sense of hospitality. We really appreciated her kindness and excellent service!

And included in our stay was the La Perle show, which was fantastic and awesome!! A special mention goes to Ms. Kyawt, who handled both our check-in and check-out with remarkable professionalism and grace. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and hassle-free, making us feel genuinely welcomed and valued as guests. It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality, and she truly represents the high standards of the hotel. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we look forward to returning again.
