We recently stayed at **Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City** with our family to celebrate a birthday, and it was a memorable stay. Check-in by Hedra was smooth and welcoming. A special thank you to the Housekeeping team for the beautiful birthday room decoration. We truly appreciate the effort from Dilshan, Ranjana (Assistant Housekeeping Manager), and Director of Housekeeping Mr. Prabhakar for making the surprise so special. At the Executive Lounge, *Dinupa* provided outstanding service while handling many guests alone, yet she remained professional and attentive throughout. Kirtan at the bar was also very friendly. Thanks as well to Giniosa from Engineering for quickly fixing a small AC issue. Our kids loved the Kids Club and enjoyed it a lot. The only area that could improve is breakfast, as the variety and service were a bit limited. Overall, a very pleasant family stay and special thanks again to Mr. Prabhakar and his team for the warm hospitality. ⭐

Due to an emergency, we decided to extend our stay by a few days. Breakfast was a buffet style with Western, Chinese, and Indian dishes, and there were many options that were easy for Japanese people to eat. Lal, a hall staff member, spoke to us a lot and was able to assist us with our poor English. Sneha and Mosta also tried their best to communicate with us, and they always responded with a smile, and we could feel the warmth of the hotel towards its guests. The cleaning staff not only clean, but even when they are not cleaning, they also change towels, collect trash, distribute water, etc.

Between the hustle and bustle of the city you can find rooms in this hotel peace and quiet. First of all breakfast is great. You have a lot of options: Indian, Chinese, Arabic , etc. If you fancy tea, coffee or fruit juice there is a 24×7 Cafe in ground floor. Rooms are clean and will be cleaned whenever you want. This hotel is located near the river, then you can go walking or cycling even in the middle of the nicht which I recommend in autumn because the weather is amazing. There are always people swimming in the poo. There is a restaurant in the last floor in which you can serve delicious foods. At last but not least there are pharmacy and supermarket near this hotel in case of need.

Her warmth, along with the professionalism of the entire team, makes breakfast a joyful part of the stay. Executive floor and design The executive floor is impeccably designed, with elegant, professional décor that reflects a high level of taste and attention to detail. The layout, furnishings, and ambiance all contribute to a feeling of exclusivity and comfort, ideal for both business and leisure travelers.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Hilton Dubai Habtoor City, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I stayed for 6 nights, and from the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, everything was flawless. The cleanliness of the hotel truly stood out. My room was spotless every single day, with housekeeping paying great attention to detail. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and perfectly maintained, which made coming back to the room after a long day such a pleasure. The breakfast food was another highlight of my stay. There was an incredible variety. The quality was consistently excellent, with fresh ingredients, delicious flavors, and plenty of options to suit all tastes. I would especially like to give a huge thank you to Amro, the Food Manager, who truly made our experience exceptional. He genuinely cared about us and made sure everyone received special treatment. His attention, kindness, and professionalism did not go unnoticed, and he went above and beyond to ensure every meal was enjoyable and memorable. What really made this stay unforgettable was the staff overall. Every single person I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and felt welcome, always greeting me with a smile and making the experience feel personal rather than routine. From the atmosphere to the service, comfort, and overall luxury, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. I truly felt relaxed and well taken care of throughout my stay. I would 100% recommend Hilton Dubai Habtoor City to anyone visiting Dubai and would happily stay here again without hesitation.
