Having just completed another stay at Hilton Malta, I can honestly say this remains one of the very best Hilton properties anywhere in the portfolio. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel genuinely valued. As a Diamond member, recognition was exceptional, but what really stood out was the personal touch from Amie, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. We were fortunate to receive a fantastic room upgrade, which made an already memorable trip even better. The hotel itself is superb – immaculate facilities, beautiful pool areas, excellent food and drink options, and a location that is perfect for exploring St Julian’s and the wider island. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and seemed genuinely committed to ensuring guests had a great experience. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. If I had to find a “complaint”, it would be that I quickly discovered you can order drinks directly from your sun lounger by the pool! Needless to say, it didn’t take me long to become very comfortable with that particular service. What continues to set this hotel apart is the combination of outstanding facilities and genuinely warm hospitality. It’s rare to find a property that consistently delivers at such a high standard, but Hilton Malta does exactly that. A huge thank you to Amie and the wider team for another fantastic stay. We left relaxed, refreshed, and already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended and undoubtedly one of Hilton’s finest hotels. 🍸☀️🇲🇹

Great vacation experience at the Hilton Malta. The room (King Size) overseeing the pool and sea was modern, clean and spacious with coffee making, and all the other amenities you need. Food was delicious with plenty of variety everynight and most mornings we took the opportunity to eat outside in the warm weather. Staff were excellent and very attentive, gracious and friendly. The hotel is well located ‘set apart’ from the main St Julian’s and George’s Bay nightlife. Instead has the marina adjacent to the hotel which caters for the likes of Sunseekers luxury boats Malta base. Highly recommend.

Wow wow wow! Booked this hotel for my husbands 40th birthday trip. Upgraded to an executive room and we’re lucky enough to have the exec lounge 37steps from our room. Fantastic location, on the sightseeing bus route, good for taxis and walks around the marina. Couldn’t fault this hotel in any way, exceptional breakfast options. Brilliant bar and lounge. Thoroughly enjoyed our 7days here!

Our stay at the Hilton Malta was absolutely faultless from start to finish. Every member of the team was so polite and courteous, and the customer service is honestly some of the best we've experienced, anywhere! Nothing was ever too much trouble and everyone wanted to provide the best experience that they could, pair this with what I go on to mention, as well as the Hilton Live Chat on WhatsApp to provide and I challenge anyone not to give this property 5 stars! On the live chat front, this might be a service we receive due to our loyalty and not something everyone gets however, if you do, Jodieanne, Winifred, Francesca, Lorena and Luke were all personable making brilliant recommendations, whilst being super speedy with responses usually in less than 10 minutes. Outstanding!!! Our room was modern, spacious and beautiful, offering an exceptional view that made our mornings even more special. Each evening between 5 - 6pm we'd have a knock on the door usually from a gent called Prince checking into see if anything else was required, this was a fabulous touch. We absolutely loved the Merkanti beach club, and want to give huge thanks to Valentina, Kris, and Radu for taking such great care of us. They were all so hard working, very personable and never stopped smiling. The executive lounge was a real highlight, likely the best we've ever experienced across all the Hilton properties we've visited. They offered breakfast, afternoon tea, and happy hour, which all featured an incredible selection of food and drink, all while enjoying stunning views across the property and out towards the sea. Also, go and see Suresh at the Vista lobby bar, if you enjoy a nice cocktail, he made me some of the best rum sours I've had! Finally, the concierge team was brilliant at organising our airport transfers as well as a brilliant day trip to Gozo (We'd highly recommend). Either Mark or Sandro were on hand almost all of the time so if you had any questions, needed advise or wanted to organise something, speak to one of these rockstars! They were excellent! There was so many members of staff who stood out for being brilliant we tried to mentioned them all but this became increasing difficult the longer we stayed, as everyone was excellent!

Recently stayed half board for five nights with access to the executive lounge. Our stay was exceptional. While the accommodation itself is lovely, the real highlight of this place is the staff. Everyone I interacted with was so warm and friendly. I have coeliac disease, and must give a special thanks to all the staff in the Executive Lounge and the chefs in Oceana restaurant who showed such consideration and patience regarding my needs. I do however have a couple suggestions for the hotel. Firstly, the paper provided to guests when initially checking in that has information about the hotel and their stay needs updating and more details added. There is a lot of missing information that would be useful like hours of the pool / beach club, or even what's included in the half board stay (for example, we were never told that we were entitled to €20 per person per night at the other restaurants Neba & The Blue Elephant). I would also be useful to have included what events or entertainment is on that week. Finally, I would also recommend providing a better hairdryer in the rooms. Thanks again for a lovely stay.
