We had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Malta during the Easter holidays with our family, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth of the staff. Every member of the team went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the Easter activities organized for children. Our kids were absolutely delighted with the variety of fun and creative events prepared for them. It was clear that a lot of thought and effort had gone into making Easter a memorable experience for families, and it made our holiday even more special. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. What impressed us most was the staff’s willingness to accommodate our children’s preferences. Even when some of their favorite foods were not part of the buffet, the team kindly prepared them specially for us. This level of attention and care is rare and greatly appreciated. The hotel facilities, cleanliness, atmosphere, and service were all excellent. We left with wonderful memories and felt truly valued as guests. Thank you to the entire team at InterContinental Malta for making our Easter holiday so enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to families and look forward to returning in the future. 5 stars without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This hotel was perfect location in St.Julians. To get a complimentary upgrade just email them. Also, i asked for a complimentary birthday gift and they provide chocolate and prosecco, so sweet. The rooms are spacious, comfy beds, and nice balcony overlooking the garden. Bathrooms had a shower and tub, nice big mirrors & lighting for makeup. Only complaint is our door didnt close properly and we always had to tug to ensure it closed. There closet had robes & slippers which is a must for me. Breakfast buffet was great, a nice variety with coffee bar, egg ordering station. I went twice for €24/day. Nice decor and 2min walk to Paceville strip for nightlife. The bus stop is around the corner, 5-7min walk. They even have a back door from nightlife street to enter the hotel. Across the street from a mall and plenty food spots.

I had an absolutely incredible stay at the InterContinental Malta and can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Katerina, the Guest Relations Manager, who truly made our experience unforgettable. She went above and beyond to make my birthday extra special by upgrading our room, which was such a thoughtful and generous surprise. It completely elevated our stay and made the celebration even more memorable. The hotel itself is beautiful, the service is outstanding, and the attention to detail really shows. Every member of staff we encountered was professional, friendly, and eager to help. If you’re considering staying here, do it—you won’t be disappointed. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Malta and was truly impressed overall. The hotel is very clean, perfectly located, and offers both large indoor and outdoor swimming pools. There are many restaurants to choose from, the food is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. What stood out the most, however, was the exceptional staff. At one point, the room felt a bit cold for my little daughter, so I kindly asked if they could assist us. They immediately went above and beyond — bringing a radiator, two blankets, and doing everything possible to make us comfortable. I was especially impressed when the Guest Experience Executive personally came to apologize. She was incredibly kind, warm, and always smiling. As a lovely surprise, they also brought my daughter a beautiful toy along with some sweets and chocolates — such a thoughtful gesture, especially since we were not upset at all. We simply asked politely for a bit of help. This experience truly shows how much the hotel cares about its guests. The level of attention, kindness, and professionalism is outstanding, and it made our stay even more special. A special thank you to Mina McBride for her kindness and professionalism — it truly made our stay even more memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would definitely return with great confidence.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at IHG Malta. From the moment we checked in, Monika at the reception kindly arranged an early check-in for us. For the second room, Dmitry offered us a quieter accommodation to ensure a more restful sleep. On the second day, Chris from the concierge team expertly organised our itinerary, allowing us to explore and enjoy our activities without feeling rushed. The dining options were excellent, and the breakfast team—particularly a young lady from Australia—consistently checked in with us to ensure we were comfortable and that nothing was missing. We felt very well cared for and had a wonderful experience. Additionally, Chris organised a thoughtful birthday surprise for our friend, which exceeded all expectations. We sincerely thank everyone for their outstanding hospitality. We will come back for sure.
