This is a beautiful hotel, perfectly located in the St Julian's area filled with great shops and restaurants. The rooms are spotless, stylish, and very tastefully decorated. We stayed on the 7th floor (the hotel has eight floors in total) with a lovely sea view, which really enhanced the experience. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The small touches—like the teddy waiting in the room for my son and the evening check-in from room service to see if we needed anything—really added to the hotel’s 5-star feel. Breakfast offered a good selection and everything was clean and well presented. Fresh eggs, waffles, and pancakes were also available, which was a great bonus. The hotel facilities include both an indoor and outdoor pool, a gym, and a jacuzzi, all of which contributed to a very enjoyable stay. Nothing felt like too much trouble during our visit. The only point of feedback would be the initial €700 deposit, which is significantly higher than anywhere else I’ve stayed. It was quite a shock at check-in, so it’s something worth being aware of. Overall, we had an amazing stay. Visiting in December meant the hotel was pleasantly quiet—just how we like it. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return.

This review is long overdue, but my wife and I stayed at the hotel this Easter with our two teenage boys. For personal reasons, this holiday held special significance for us. We reached out to the hotel in advance, and Graziella handled our request with the kind of personal, attentive service that's rarely seen. The two-bed corner suite was hands down the most spectacular hotel room we've ever stayed in. Every staff interaction was brilliant—from the exceptional service at the pool to the kitchen staff who remembered our seating preferences from the second day onward, making us feel like regulars. A truly impressive experience. Thank you to everyone involved.

We are a family with two kids and stayed here at the beginning of November. Everything was perfect — the staff, the hotel, the facilities, and the outdoor pool. It was also great to swim in the sea, as the water was still warm. We were offered delicious and varied breakfasts. The children really enjoyed the heated outdoor pool. Special thanks to the pool host, Ramesh, who was very kind and helpful to us. We also appreciated the convenient connection to Valletta by bus No. 14, which stops right next to the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. We chose a club room with a sea view. The view is beautiful. The room was large and comfortable with two very nice beds. Breakfast had so much choice and we enjoyed the club lounge food and drinks in the evenings. Staff were delightful and uniformly polite, kind and helpful. The bus stop outside had a no 14 bus that took you along the coast and into the main bus station in Valetta, only a few minutes walk from the main square. Just 2 euros a ride. Amazing value.

We stayed for 4 nights in October. Excellent stay, Spotless hotel, very good service (around the pool and bar). Lama was fantastic as always, I imagine he'll so be the general manager! Looking forward to coming back at some point. Nice perks as a platinum member. Good for kids. The two ladies in kids club were fantastic my son loved it.
