I had an amazing stay at this hotel with my 7-year-old! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, especially Leah, who made our stay very comfortable and welcoming. The rooms were spotless, the hotel was super clean, and the ocean view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. My son loved the spacious room and the kid-friendly atmosphere. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of tasty options that we both enjoyed every morning. Highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a relaxing stay with excellent service, beautiful views, and a welcoming environment for kids. Thank you Team Westin and especially to Leah :).. Stayed 8 nights here in Feb. The service was excellent, everyone friendly and happy to help. Our room was lovely, although in the new block so a bit of a walk round. The air in the rooms was quite dry and it was difficult to get the right balance with the aircon. Used the indoor and outdoor pool during the stay. They say heated but could do with being a bit warmer. The inside whirlpool was quite cold and the jets quite aggressive! Had the breakfast one morning. Pricey but an amazing choice. Plenty of cold and hot options. You definitely wouldn’t get bored if you had it everyday! The location is pretty convenient. Bus stop outside to get to Valletta and plenty of restaurants and things close by. The chocolate cake from the lounge was delicious.

What a wonderful place. From the moment of our arrival, we felt very welcome, and the staff took good care of us. They were so friendly to us as a family, caring about our kids, and giving us the best time. The location is perfect, located in the heart of St. Julian's, a 5-minute walk to the famous Mercury Tower and Portomaso. We will definitely come back. Such a nice hotel in Malta. I can fully recommend the place.

Excellent hotel with heated swimming pools. Good breakfast buffet with omelette station. Child friendly. Fee payable for kids club. The executive lounge access was great for hot drinks and small snacks. The managers are amazing and very helpful to ensure you have a good stay. Shops and shopping are local - just a short walk away. I would recommend and come back this hotel.

The hotel is exposed to immense crowds of tourists and travelers. You can feel it on the building and on the rooms. The lobby is pretty but the rest of the facility needs some attention. The staff was fantastic! Welcoming and attentive, helpful and kind. Top level service! Thank you! Breakfast is fulfilling.
