Amazing hotel with the absolute best staff, they make your stay even better. Stayed at many hotels but this is by far the best. Exceptionally clean from top to bottom and they're cleaning constantly. Nothing is too much trouble from the lovely people looking after you in your room to the amazing staff in the bar and restaurant. Was a joy coming back to the hotel and having food or drinks on the Atrio Patio in the evening. Loved watching the footy with guests and staff alike. Area is brilliant too, left to Spinola Bay or right thro the streets to Sliema. 20 minute walk takes you straight to the Ferry Terminal. Buses to everywhere right outside the hotel. Pool Deck on level 12 for 16 years and above was brilliant except for the few selfish people who put towels out early morning then disappear till later in the day. It's made even worse as there aren't that many sunloungers, only 34ish I think. Would 100% recommend this hotel.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an exceptional stay at the Malta Marriott Hotel & Spa. The highlight of our stay was definitely the M Club Lounge, which is by far one of the best lounge experiences we have ever had in the world. The staff in the M lounge were outstanding and extremely professional. Breakfast was relaxing, with delicious Eggs Benedict and excellent iced coffee. During evening happy hours, the team went above and beyond. One staff member was incredibly attentive, regularly checking on us, bringing fresh drinks, and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the evening. They were so attentive the to personalised Needs and likes. The food selection changed nightly and was always fresh and delicious. Housekeeping was excellent and always cleaned our room promptly and thoroughly. The turndown service made each evening feel extra special, with fresh towels, a tidy room, and thoughtful attention to detail. A special thank you to the concierge team, who were incredibly kind and helpful. They recommended a fantastic tour and provided excellent advice on using the local bus network. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to returning in the future.

We stayed at the Malta Marriott Hotel for 6 nights as a family and had such a lovely experience from start to finish. We had two rooms and both were beautiful, spacious and spotless. The whole hotel felt luxurious but still really warm and welcoming. What stood out most was the staff — everyone was so attentive, friendly and genuinely lovely throughout our stay. A special mention to Jubayer, who helped with our luggage when we arrived and left. He was always so smiley, kind and helpful, and really made us feel welcome. The spa, gym and pool were all fantastic, and the breakfast every morning was excellent with so much choice. Everything about the stay felt really well done and relaxing. We were also celebrating our parents’ anniversary while we were there and asked if the hotel might be able to do something special. When the rooms were cleaned that day, they had left a bottle of Prosecco, some cake and a lovely card for them, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made the day feel special. Couldn’t recommend the Malta Marriott enough — such a wonderful stay and we would absolutely return.

There are so many hotels in Malta, it can be very hard to make a choice! I was a little unsure if I had made the right choice initially choosing a hotel in Balutta Bay however I think it was a fantastic choice and this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Facilities Gym- the gym was pretty good for a hotel Gym, has all the machines and free weights. Not much space if you just want to do like a CrossFit workout but it’s fine for a hotel Gym. It did get quite busy at times because the gym is used by members of the public as well as just hotel guests Spa - we didn’t actually use the spa but we walked through it and had a look. It looked absolutely stunning actually, lovely indoor pool with a really serene atmosphere. Pools- there are two pools the rooftop pool which is on the top floor level 12 and the cala lido which across the road from the hotel, but you access it via the gym and a lift. I believe this is only for hotel guests so don’t be put off by the fact that it is across the road. Loads of pool towels do not bother bringing your own. We actually preferred this pool because it was much bigger with loads of sunbeds and parasols so you could be in shade or sun if you wanted. You also got service directly to your Sunlounger. The pool was a lovely temperature. This was definitely one of my fave pools. We did go and look at the upstairs pool once but there wasn’t as many parasols in the shade and people tended to get up and shotgun those beds quicker whereas downstairs you could get a bed whatever time of the day you went (this was in June). If you go during summer holidays then the roof top pool may be more adult only vibes than the main pool. I wouldn’t say this is a family/kiddy hotel but there were some families with children it’s not adult only Staff- the staff are absolutely incredible and an absolute credit to the hotel. All of the staff in every department were extremely friendly- the guy on the omelette station , staff at breakfast and the staff that greet you in reception and take your luggage. We asked if we could have a two hour later check out on departure and they agreed this complementary which was really appreciated The calibre of the hotel cleaning in the room was also fantastic probably the best I’ve ever seen. The first day the cleaners did come very late around 4:30 pm which was not ideal for us as usually we like to have a nap around this time so we requested cleaning between 12 and 2 and it was honoured every day from there onwards. Overall this hotel is fantastic, we loved it and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Excellent location, service and amenities. Great views of the bay, close to Valetta airport, easily accessible via Uber/Bolt or even public transportation. There's a cute beach across the hotel if you want sea water or use the pools available at the hotel- indoor and outdoor as well. One of the best breakfast buffet bars I've seen, plenty of options for everyone with different dietary restrictions. Staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the bar on the 13th floor. Definitely recommend this hotel when visiting the island.
