If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast (8am to 10.30am), lunch (1pm to 3pm) and dinner (7pm to 9.30pm), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served from 11am to 10pm (except during meal times).

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Kempinski for over a month, and I had to leave a review because of the exceptional staff (truly the most professional/kind/accommodating) who completely made our stay exceptional. Lawrence, Archy, KoKo, Sjörs, Elena, Larry, Andrew, Cisco, Andrii (there were more, and I’m so sorry I forgot your names!)—thank you for always remembering our preferences and orders, and for going the extra mile when our requests may have been a bit out of the ordinary. There were lots of other staff through out the hotel who were wonderful, like the kitchen staff, and the ladies at the front desk. Our room was always spotless (thank you Angelina/Jessica and the other gentlemen!), the grounds were always well kept, and the food was exceptional. I honestly feel so lucky to have gotten the chance to stay here. I really hope we can come back again soon! Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.

The hotel combines beautiful surroundings with genuine five-star service, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout. Every interaction with the team was professional, friendly, and attentive, and it was clear that guest satisfaction is at the heart of everything they do. The service was outstanding from start to finish. A special thank you to Deryk and the entire team, whose flexibility, professionalism, and attention to detail made the planning and execution of our event completely seamless. Nothing was ever too much trouble, whether it was room drops, luggage handling, special requests, or last-minute changes. Every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure our guests felt welcomed and cared for.

We had a wonderful stay at the Kempinski Hotel. The pool area is beautiful, very clean, and surrounded by a stunning garden, making it a perfect place to relax. The breakfast is extensive and offers a great variety of options, including several extras that can be ordered separately. The hotel also has many excellent and beautiful restaurants, making it very convenient to enjoy a great dining experience without having to leave the property. The rooms are spacious and furnished to a high standard. Both the international and local staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. The only minor downside was the water pressure in the shower, which was a little disappointing. Apart from that, everything was truly excellent, and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

A big thank you to Rohun for taking such great care of us around the pool. His friendly and attentive service made our experience even more enjoyable. The food and drinks were excellent, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the fresh fruit, cold wet towels, and even a sunglasses cleaning service with wipes around the pool. That was such a fantastic and unexpected touch! These little details really enhanced our stay and made the experience feel extra special. Highly recommended!

A superb hotel, in a truly beautiful setting, Kempinski sets the standards for exceptional, personal service. We were staying for our honeymoon and we were treated like royalty. I would like to specifically highlight front desk staff member Samuel who was exceptional throughout our stay. His manner was impeccable in particular when we requested our suite be moved to a more private location; Samuel handled it professionally , discreetly and immediately and with no hesitation and genuine concern to make absolutely certain that we were completely happy with our stay and this level of care continued for our entire 10 day stay. I could not fault this hotel, excellent food in all the restaurants, the pool staff were so attentive the rooms were comfortable with every amenity you could expect and their Auurvedic Spa experience was also magical. I could go on. It was the perfect resort for our honeymoon. Thank you Kempinski San Lawrenz for making our stay so special
