Dear Madam/Sir, Please, kindly accept our most special gratitude for welcoming and comforting us in your exotic extraordinary hotel. My sister and I had unforgettable time enjoying the comfortable and spacious cozy room with a picturesque view to the serene pool. We especially thank Dina, Emanuel and Eleanor who extended a cordial outstanding Front Office service. Pietro's enthusiasm in welcoming will remain memorable. Yet, Avnish's delicate way of treating will always impress. We won't forget the smily dedicated faces of the devoted interns Clementine, Vanessa, Denise and Krassi from the restaurant either. Cordial gratitude goes to Sandeep from housekeeping who impresses with exceptional professionalism and warm appearance. We would love to visit you again in future and would gladly recommend your service and amenities to all of our friends and relatives. Wishing you success ahead, Kind regards, Desimira Kalika and Desislava Stoyanova

Kempinski is the best hotel in Gozo I must say! The hotel is beautiful and very well kept. A special thank you to Elenor for the warm welcome and for showing us around the hotel so well. The food, drinks and service were amazing during our stay. Our favourite place was the Gazebo where we had very tasty food and great service. A big thank you to Rohan for helping with our booking and for always checking on us by the pool. Special thanks also to Vanessa and Selma for being so kind and friendly with our kids and making them feel very special. Unfortunately we did not get to try Istorja but we will soon. We also loved hug of sun at Baldakin bar. Breakfast was also excellent with many choices. We usually came during the busy time because we do not wake up very early but the team still gave us great service. Thank you Aranchy for your kindness and professionalism. We are already planning our next stay. See you again very soon!

This was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel in itself is very welcoming. The fact that they took the time to leave us a surprise in the room given that they knew it was a, mini-honeymoon for us was just perfect. It is not just because of luxury. It's being in a very quiet environment where you can disconnect from everything for a few days. The staff is wonderful and attentive to the guests needs. The pool is amazing and one can appreciate that there is a separate pool for children. The rooms are perfect - clean and with all amenities. Something more which I really appreciated were the lifts with the Maltese language. I think that deserves a big thumbs up. Breakfast and service were perfect. The restaurant options were good as well. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family to relax and enjoy some quiet time. The hotel is beautiful, the service is good, and overall we had a pleasant stay. However, there are a few things I would like to point out. The main reason we came was to relax, but unfortunately there was a lot of noise during our stay. When I asked the staff, they explained that there was a wedding taking place. While I understand that events happen, the loud music was very disturbing and did not create the peaceful atmosphere you would expect from a relaxing holiday. In addition, at times there were children jumping into the pool and making a lot of noise, which also affected the calm environment. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of food and very good service. I don’t remember the name of the gentleman on the breakfast team who made our mornings especially enjoyable, but he kindly offered us Prosecco, which was a lovely surprise, and also arranged a matcha latte for us even though it had not been available the previous day. His attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile were greatly appreciated. Nathanael and Clemence, the French members of the breakfast team, were also very kind and friendly throughout our stay and always made us feel welcome, which we really appreciated. The pool area was lovely. The staff were very friendly and provided refreshing towels and fruit throughout the day, which was a nice touch. One thing that disappointed me was the cabana reservation system. Two cabanas had “Reserved” signs on them. When I asked if I could use one, I was told they were reserved and that I would need to pay €25 to reserve a cabana myself. However, I stayed by the pool all day and nobody ever came to use one of the reserved cabanas. This did not seem fair and could have been handled better. Another issue was the lack of facilities and amenities at certain times of the day. On several occasions, there were no pool towels available when guests needed them, which was surprising for a 5-star hotel. Small details like this can make a big difference to the overall guest experience and should be managed more consistently. In the evenings, my family and I wanted to sit outside and enjoy the stars, but the staff removed all the sunbeds and cushions. We were told this was because of bird droppings. As a result, there was nowhere comfortable for guests to sit and relax outdoors, and we ended up using our own towels on the ground. For a 5-star hotel, I would have expected better arrangements. There was also no evening entertainment available. I would also like to mention Sunichta from the spa, who was very helpful and made our spa experience even better. I know this review contains several complaints, but these issues made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy our stay. That said, there were many positive aspects. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping our room clean and organised. The food in all the restaurants was delicious, and the staff took our food intolerances seriously, which we appreciated. The spa facilities were also very nice. Overall, it was not a bad stay, and we enjoyed many parts of the hotel. With a few improvements, it could provide a much better experience for guests looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

I had a truly wonderful stay at the Kempinski Gozo. The hotel is absolutely sublime, with a relaxing and elegant atmosphere that makes you feel at peace from the very first moment. Every member of staff was professional, attentive, and highly competent throughout my stay. The food was excellent, the pool area felt almost surreal in its beauty, and the spa was exceptionally well equipped with every comfort you could need. I also had a massage experience that was genuinely excellent. Unfortunately, shortly afterwards I experienced a muscle contraction/inflammation issue, which was something unexpected and personal to my physical condition, despite the therapists being incredibly skilled and professional during the treatment. The massage itself was wonderful, and at no point did I feel anything other than expert care and professionalism. What truly impressed me was the exceptional level of care shown afterwards. Mr. Renjith, the Spa Manager, personally called me, followed up by email, and remained in contact with me even after my departure to ensure I was recovering well. He also kindly authorised a refund for the treatment, which I deeply appreciated. His professionalism, empathy, and dedication to guest care are truly outstanding. The therapists were equally wonderful, and the professionalism of the entire team is simply unmatched. Although my stay was brief, the experience was unique and memorable. I will definitely return.
