We had the most fabulous time in Gozo! They could not have been more accommodating of my family. Typically we expect a pack and play, but we were provided a pack and play, changing table, nappy bin, baby bath, high chair in each restaurant, and baby dinning ware for my one year old! The housekeeping service was phenomenal, cleaning and refreshing the room several times a day. The location was perfect to walk to several restaurants and access local public transportation. The island of Gozo was beautiful and much quieter compared to busy Malta—perfect spot for a family vacation. We loved the indoor/outdoor pools and playground on site. The spa was very relaxing and nice adults could return to the facilities throughout their stay. Breakfast service was fantastic and set us up for a great day! The service at the gastropub was slower at times, but we were also eating at off hours due to the baby. Overall could not recommend more, especially as a two mom family!

I had a truly wonderful stay at the Kempinski Gozo. The hotel is absolutely sublime, with a relaxing and elegant atmosphere that makes you feel at peace from the very first moment. Every member of staff was professional, attentive, and highly competent throughout my stay. The food was excellent, the pool area felt almost surreal in its beauty, and the spa was exceptionally well equipped with every comfort you could need. I also had a massage experience that was genuinely excellent. Unfortunately, shortly afterwards I experienced a muscle contraction/inflammation issue, which was something unexpected and personal to my physical condition, despite the therapists being incredibly skilled and professional during the treatment. The massage itself was wonderful, and at no point did I feel anything other than expert care and professionalism. What truly impressed me was the exceptional level of care shown afterwards. Mr. Renjith, the Spa Manager, personally called me, followed up by email, and remained in contact with me even after my departure to ensure I was recovering well. He also kindly authorised a refund for the treatment, which I deeply appreciated. His professionalism, empathy, and dedication to guest care are truly outstanding. The therapists were equally wonderful, and the professionalism of the entire team is simply unmatched. Although my stay was brief, the experience was unique and memorable. I will definitely return.

A lovely pet tolerant hotel . We had an absolutely lovely stay . The breakfast buffet is something that could rival any Michelin winners. The staff is beyond attentive & professional. Our residence was spacious and truly felt like a home away from home . I wish dogs sitting or allowing dogs in rooms in crates while staying on the property was an option , it would have allowed us to frequent the spas & restaurants . The dog bowels and treats were a really nice gesture . We are grateful for such 5 star amazing accommodations.

Perfect experience from start to finish! Everything was outstanding, from check-in to farewell. The staff is extremely guest-focused, attentive, and consistently polite-simply flawless service! They not only fulfilled our wishes but often anticipated them, always offering suggestions with a smile. A big thank-you as well to the housekeeping: spotless cleanliness, thoughtful touches in the room, and impressive reliability. You can feel both heart and professionalism in every detail. Another highlight was the food-starting with the delicious, varied breakfast: alongside fresh fruit and freshly cooked meals, warm traditional dishes. The excellence continued in the on-site restaurants: top quality, beautifully presented, full of flavor-with something for everyone, including vegetarian highlights and local classics. You truly don't need to leave the hotel. We also loved the warm, caring massage in the spa: professional, empathetic, and incredibly relaxing-just what we needed for a relaxing day.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. As we visited during winter, we really enjoyed using the indoor pool and jacuzzi, and the sauna was absolutely fantastic. The service was impeccable, truly 10/10 and we especially appreciated the complimentary mulled wine available throughout our stay. Another thoughtful touch was the provision of drinking tap water, which meant we didn’t need to buy bottled water at all. We were extremely pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend staying here.
