Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort

My family stayed at this resort for a week and we will definitely be going back! Firstly, the food is 10/10 which is very hard to find when going to all inclusives but this one set the bar so high. My favorite restaurant was the Mediterranean one (shoutout to Anjel, amazing waiter and such a kind person) it’s a must try but the buffets are just as delicious. We spent all day at the pool everyday and were greatly entertained by Emilio, Max, Roberto, Ivan, Eliana, Marina, and Dani. I was at Casa 2 and these were the team members I interacted with the most. They were great at aquarobics every afternoon including dance lessons and games all day by the pool. They were incredibly welcoming and took the time to get to know everyone and took great care of us! This team plays a major role in my families decision to revisit sometime! Another factor by the pool is the food access to Seasalt which is pool service and has an amazing menu. The waiters, bartenders, and chefs are great at being quick and efficient while also making sure our experience is top tier. The housekeeping staff is amazing as well. They clean fast and do it very well! There are also staff who come by once in a while to stack the fridge and give snacks and they actually let you choose what you want which is so considerate!

The room looked great. Housekeeping kept the bed perfect each day. The floors stayed spotless. The complimentary mini fridge was refilled daily. Snacks and coffee were always stocked. I ordered room service seven times during my stay. Every meal tasted good. When I scheduled in advance, it arrived within five minutes of the chosen time. When I ordered on the spot, it reached my door within ninety minutes. One order was at 2 am and arrived at 3:26 am. The staff helped me with everything from day one. Stephanie was very helpful and always greeted me with a big smile. On the last night we were there we went to the Noriku restaurant and the waiter, Luis & Manuel had us smiling and laughing every time he spoke. And the food was so good I ordered more and just skipped dessert, but the rest of my family raved over the dessert too. My stay had one serious moment. A guest became aggressive toward his girlfriend while drunk. Security responded fast. I saw about ten staff members patrolling the area within minutes. I told them what I witnessed. They told me he is under close watch and will be banned if he tries anything again. They also confirmed the victim was safe. Their response was quick, direct, and focused on protecting everyone. A strong stay overall with staff who take service and safety seriously.

We had such an amazing time this past week at Hilton Tulum. All the staff were amazing, but have to shout out Daniel at the SeaSalt bar. He was always fast to grab refills before we even asked. He checked on us constantly (even when I was sick all day one of the days) and brought us a few “goodbye” drinks on our final night at the beach, which was beautiful by the way! Many other resorts I’ve stayed at in this area don’t have a beach that compares to this one. All the food was amazing, our favorites were Hibachi and the steakhouse. Lobby cafe had excellent quick coffee and pastries/snacks. Would 100% return again, thank you to the staff for an excellent experience!

Our stay at the Hilton All-Inclusive Resort in Tulum was wonderful from start to finish. We were greeted my our wonderful concierge, Gerardo, who helped us get our dinner reservations set for the week. He checked in everyday day with us as well. The service overall was great too. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, attentive, and welcoming. The room itself was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. They have many daily activities such as kayaking, volleyball, and plenty of space by the water and pools to just relax. My son had a birthday during our stay there and they were kind enough to deliver balloons, a sign and a piece of cake to our room for him! Overall a truly great experience!

I just stayed at this resort and have mixed review. First, the resort is located far from any attractions other than the resort itself. It's difficult to get out and explore without paying outrageous taxi fees, and they do not accept ride-share services. So if you are planning to come here, you will either have to stay on the property or pay a lot for tours or taxis to go anywhere. The resort itself is not super picturesque. The beach is actually quite unattractive, with large concrete wave breakers in the water that look terrible in photos. Additionally, the beach has a lot of sharp rocks and coral, and the bay is very shallow—knee-deep to waist-deep at most—so swimming in the ocean is limited. This resort doesn’t represent Tulum, which is known for its white sand and blue water. The resort includes the main lobby building, where all the restaurants and gift shops are located, and six casas—hotel buildings with guest rooms situated along the coast. It’s a huge property. The farthest building is Casa 6, where the kids’ playground and splash pad are located. It literally takes about 15 minutes to get to the lobby from Casa 6, which is quite annoying and takes a lot of time out of the day. Although inconvenient for us, it was actually quite adventurous for our 5-year-old daughter because you need to take a golf cart each time you want to move around the property. The food was one star. I got food poisoning after eating lunch at the lunch buffet. They served unfresh seafood, and I was sick for four days afterward. Thankfully, it was at the end of the trip. The breakfast buffet was nice, and the restaurants were decent, especially the steakhouse. I would not recommend the Asian restaurant, as they don’t really offer any real fish with their sushi—it’s either imitation crab or shrimp, which was a bummer. The nice aspects of the trip were the great pools, nice rooms, and beautiful tropical landscaping. The overall experience, however, was quite bad, and we won’t be coming back or recommending this resort to friends. Thankfully, we left the resort and explored the surrounding areas a little, including snorkeling in a beautiful lagoon, which was magical. I think the area is definitely a paradise, but I do not recommend staying at Hilton Tulum.
