The Hilton Tulum is a beautiful resort that combines the best of the Riviera Maya: breathtaking Caribbean views, lush tropical jungle, delicious food, and genuinely warm hospitality! The rooms are gorgeous, many offering spectacular views of the Caribbean's famous turquoise-blue waters. But don't underestimate the jungle-view rooms! The surrounding forest is teeming with wildlife, and we were lucky enough to spot coatis, agoutis, and a wonderful variety of tropical birds. One of our favorite memories was simply strolling through the resort under a gentle rain, listening to the birds singing all around us. Absolutely magical! The resort itself is quite large, but getting around is surprisingly easy thanks to the constant circulation of golf carts and charming little shuttle "trains." Everything feels accessible without sacrificing the sense of space and tranquility. And the food? Fantastic! Vela's breakfast and lunch buffets offered an impressive variety of delicious options, and as a sushi lover, I particularly appreciated the generous selection! We also had dinner at AUMA, the steakhouse, and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had hoped to try the Japanese restaurant as well, but another evening commitment got in the way. That's already on our list for our next visit! The resort's amenities are excellent, and while the beach is relatively small, it's a little gem! Protected by wave breakers, the water is calm and inviting, almost like swimming in a beautiful, natural saltwater pool. And here's another pleasant surprise: not a trace of sargassum during our early-October visit! But what truly makes the Hilton Tulum special is its people. The staff throughout the resort were consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. A special shout-out to Ángel, Fredy, Brisa, and Ulises at Vela, who made our experience even more memorable. Thank you! If you're looking for a wonderful place to experience the beauty, flavors, and natural wonders of the Riviera Maya, the Hilton Tulum is definitely worth considering. We left with wonderful memories, and more than a few reasons to come back!

We booked this on a whim and so happy we did. Typically we don't travel to all inclusives but this resent our benchmark and expectations. The resort is very well maintained with consistent upkeep. The staff is outgoing, warm and welcoming and very hard working. The food was pretty solid and the dinner venues a spectacular success. All of them special in their own right with character. A few callouts: Bartenders: Aaron at the pool bar at Vela Sur is amazing. Waiters / Waitresses: Alina (Sea Salt) and Daniel (various pools) are impeccable with their service and hospitality. All of them, too many to name are great. Entertainment team: Ariel, Jesus, Christian, Eric, and Charlie all brought the vibes. Our incense class was relaxing and fun. Sprinkled in with some laughs. A great afternoon spent! Our son loved the pool volleyball (shoutout to Ariel for playing with us) and the bracelet making class. MICHAEL JACKSON show was EPIC. Kids club: the entire team there is so patient and friendly. Our son thoroughly enjoyed it. He event wrote a goodbye note to one of his favorite counselors - Iveth, it was so cute! Daniel, one of the managers I think, always shook our hands and checked in and asked how we were and if any comments. Marcos, the Sommelier, special soul with passion for wine and great recommendations. We treated ourselves to a special bottle. Anyone can nitpick about various things but what you will remember is how they made you feel, not that some little thing was amiss. Well done team!

My wife and I decided that we would take it easier and only stay on the resort. WOW, they had stuff going on all the time during the day and the night time activities and festivities were fun for the whole family. The food was great from Vela and Sea Salt for day eats. Night time is owned by the Steakhouse, absolutely delicious. The Italian and Mexican restaurants were pretty good, too. We didn’t care too much for the Asian restaurant. ***THE PART THAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT…. KIDS CLUB!!!! My kids loved it!. They had activities every hour for them. My wife and I had constant updates. Everyone was happy and relaxing. My daughter says, “Cristal is the best member and she knows a lot of stuff that I loves to talk about also she taught me how to draw better”

Hilton, what an incredible honeymoon experience we had at the Tulum all-inclusive resort! From the endless fun to the delicious food, you didn’t miss a single mark. It was the perfect week following our perfect wedding, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate the beginning of our marriage. I especially want to express my gratitude for the amazing team you have. I will never forget the people who made our week so special. Your team is what truly made the resort feel like home. Everyone was patient, caring, and, above all, genuinely welcoming. They remembered our names, made a point of ensuring we felt celebrated, and went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. They gave us a reason to return every night, stole our hearts with their personalities and hospitality, and truly made our honeymoon unforgettable. Hilton, you have an exceptional team, and I hope you recognize how much of a difference these individuals make in your guests’ experiences. The food, amenities, and activities were all wonderful, but it was the people who made our stay truly unforgettable. Thank you for giving us such beautiful memories as we began this new chapter of our lives. We cannot wait to return!
