Very good food in the restaurants and attentive to food allergy. Each restaurant served incredible meals. Our favorite was the Noriku and our favorite waiter was Luis. He was so attentive and was our favorite waiter of the week. I appreciated the cleanliness of the grounds/bathrooms and common areas. It’s a family oriented resort so a bit more quiet in the evenings but the do have nightly entertainment. Lounge chairs and areas in sun or shade were easy to find even during March break. There was a nice area of beach 🏝️

This has been the best vacation Service is great, activities are so fun amd exercise classes very organized all the way around. Eliana was great in painting and helping and just all around fun. Pool exercise with her was so energetic. Thank you. Elmer in the Bar was fun and happy and like to go to say hi everyday. Thanks everyone for great experience and clean facility.I also had great experiences with Kevin, Jesus, and Charlie in Doll making.Jesus and Kevin in pool 2, and with the nightlife. Daniel, and Eric. Alfredo at the Vela Northe provides an excellent service and the service is pretty good accross all the hotel. We enjoyed the hotel, the food was good for an all inclusive. Drinks were beyond expectations with good quality alcool such as patron tequila, chivas 12 years old scotch, johnnie walker black label, rhum flora de cana 12 years, etc. Great pool activities and night enterntainment. I would only have 2 improvements points to mention: pools should be deeper and although this is not the hotel’s fault, the beach is not the best.

A relaxing stay with some great service from staff members, especially Enrique our Enclave concierge who helped us book restaurants so we didn't need to worry about it, Andy at Vela Norte for breakfast buffet who was always friendly with our child, Jeremias at La Luce, Yuri at breakfast buffets at Vela Norte, Jamie at Transcom shuttle, and all the staff at Cocomar (Eleazar, Gabriel, Ana Maria) who were always friendly and so attentive to our needs. Even the housekeeping, who picks up the beach towels, we found to be humble and helpful. We booked an Enclave room and enjoyed many of the perks they offered, such as a less crowded pool, Cocomar (which served pretty good Asian inspired food for lunch and drinks), and an air conditioned lounge with some snacks for check in. The beds were so comfortable and even though we were close to the main building, the noise from outside was never heard from our rooms, which we appreciated with a little one. The shuttles were never too loud which may happen in other hotels but the road is smoother here so we never heard anything. Having less of nightlife activities also appealed to us since we were traveling as a family with a young kid. The omelette station at Vela Norte for breakfast is of course the most popular and for a reason, it's great. One of the round breads, I don't know what it's called but it was delicious and moist, and I wish I knew the recipe. The beach can be quite rocky if you enter into the ocean, so water shoes would be recommended, which we brought. There was a decent amount of fish to be seen even walking into the ocean from the beach and also lots of wildlife around the hotel, coatis, iguanas, hermit crabs which made for fun sightseeing for my son. Housekeeping were very detail oriented and also kept the rooms nice and clean, which helped after going to the beach and pools and replenished the amenities we used with a level of detail I've not seen before. The chef that was cooking at Vela Sur on December 1 for lunch buffet, made some of the best grilled meats I've had in a while, the seasoning was just perfect- I did not want to eat any more, and yet I couldn't help but eat some more. The only thing I would say would be that there seems to be some mosquitoes there, so probably bring some bug repellant. Overall, just a wonderful stay and missing the atmosphere and experience at Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya!

Just got back from a glorious week at Hilton Tulum. We travel quite often but have never been treated so well. The staff make the difference. Food was amazing. You don't need to book a la carte , as the buffets are just fine. Its a large resort but the shuttles run 24/7, so it's not a problem. Special mention to the following staff, and I've missed some, Freddie,Angel Paloma, and Salazar. You folks make breakfast an event. Daniel and Sanita foe amazing pool side service. Mariana, Roffallo, Luna and a special mention to Gustavo, who always kept my Lovely Wife's wine glass full. You all make a difference. Marjorie and Darren, Canada
