I am currently staying at this hotel and so far the experience has been absolutely amazing. Every member of staff we have encountered has been welcoming, friendly and attentive, and they have all gone above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The service has been excellent, the food has been delicious, and the entertainment has been brilliant. There is such a lovely atmosphere throughout the hotel, and it is clear how much effort the team puts into making sure guests have a memorable experience. A very special thank you to Christian, Eric, Danny and Eliana for being so kind, helpful and attentive. You have all made our stay even more special and your hard work certainly has not gone unnoticed. Thank you so much to the whole team. We are having a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Hilton Tulum is a beautiful, modern and very well-designed resort. The property feels new, the Casitas are comfortable, and there are some genuinely nice touches to the all-inclusive concept. I particularly liked the coffee bar, which is open throughout the day and also offers ice cream and a selection of snacks. I also appreciate that dinner is focused on à la carte restaurants rather than a buffet, which makes the experience feel more elevated. However, considering the price of the resort, I expected the all-inclusive experience to be at a higher level. Getting reservations at some of the restaurants can be quite difficult, and the quality is not always consistent. For example, I found the Japanese restaurant disappointing and not at the standard I would expect from a resort in this price category. The biggest weakness for me was lunch. The buffet was probably the least enjoyable part of the dining experience, both in terms of food quality and service. The selection and preparation felt surprisingly basic, and even the included wine was extremely poor and almost tasteless. This was particularly disappointing in Mexico, where even simple local food can be incredibly good. I was also surprised by the quality of the bedding. The sheets felt very synthetic and low quality, and despite having the air conditioning on during the night, they were not particularly breathable and I found myself sweating. This was especially disappointing because I normally associate Hilton with comfortable, high-quality bedding, so this felt below the standard I would expect from the brand. Another point to consider is the size of the resort. It is huge, so getting from the Casitas to the lobby and restaurant area requires using the shared shuttle service. The shuttles are scheduled roughly every 10 minutes, which I understand given the size of the property and the number of guests. However, they can sometimes be too full to accommodate everyone waiting, meaning you have to wait for the next one. In practice, this can turn a short journey into a 20-minute wait. A more flexible golf-cart service that could be requested when needed would feel much more in line with the level of luxury the resort is aiming for. Overall, Hilton Tulum is a very nice and impressive property, but the all-inclusive offering and some of the details don't quite match the expectations created by the price point. With better lunch quality, improved restaurant consistency, higher-quality bedding and a more efficient transportation system, the experience could be significantly better.

The hotel is wonderful, my highest recommendations. My vacation with my kids at the Hilton Tulum hotel went incredibly well with the best memories. Very tasty and varied food, clean, beautiful and comfortable, and also the biggest thanks to the wonderful staff, the service is at the highest level!!! The staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful❤️Thank you so much❤️ The animation team is very friendly and welcoming. All activities are so cool. Christian is such a nice and cheerful guy, Daniela, Marina and Jesus are so sweet guys. Thanks for fun and great memories.

My wife and I decided that we would take it easier and only stay on the resort. WOW, they had stuff going on all the time during the day and the night time activities and festivities were fun for the whole family. The food was great from Vela and Sea Salt for day eats. Night time is owned by the Steakhouse, absolutely delicious. The Italian and Mexican restaurants were pretty good, too. We didn’t care too much for the Asian restaurant. ***THE PART THAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT…. KIDS CLUB!!!! My kids loved it!. They had activities every hour for them. My wife and I had constant updates. Everyone was happy and relaxing. My daughter says, “Cristal is the best member and she knows a lot of stuff that I loves to talk about also she taught me how to draw better”

What a great place to have a well deserved break, it’s been a busy year so far for us. Food, particularly the steak restaurant (we went 3 times!) was brilliant, traditional Mexican food in the buffet and 1/2 dozen specialty restaurants serving different menus. The staff were amazing, friendly, polite and very professional. We were looked after really well in all the restaurants and the breakfast/lunch buffet. All the hotel staff, from the drivers taking us to the main hotel, those working tirelessly to keep the resort clean and functioning to the restaurant managers were so keen for us to have a great experience - and we did. The rooms were really spacious and serviced every day. Fridge was topped up each morning with soft drinks and beer along with a few snacks. Great view of the sea too. Booking trips was easy via a small office in reception, great for hotel pick ups instead of waiting in the heat for a taxi on the main road. We saw so much that we may not have if we had gone with an outside organisation, small groups was the key to great days out with professional guides. Tipping is always a grey area for us Brits so we got plenty of 20 pesos notes and made sure we discreetly passed a couple of £ in pesos to all the staff throughout the day - it was not expected by them but made us feel better as the service was outstanding. Also left a few £ one the bed for the housekeeping folks with a note saying thank you. Sad to be leaving after 7 great days and nights but now refreshed - thank you to all!
