Very good food in the restaurants and attentive to food allergy. Each restaurant served incredible meals. Our favorite was the Noriku and our favorite waiter was Luis. He was so attentive and was our favorite waiter of the week. I appreciated the cleanliness of the grounds/bathrooms and common areas. It’s a family oriented resort so a bit more quiet in the evenings but the do have nightly entertainment. Lounge chairs and areas in sun or shade were easy to find even during March break. There was a nice area of beach 🏝️

We just returned from this resort and had a wonderful experience. The staff couldn't be more friendly! Very welcoming and kind. The rooms are spacious and clean with regular housekeeping. I gave the rooms 4 stars mostly because the bathroom lacks privacy due to frosted glass doors and no changing area. This, however, might not bother others. Its great having several food options. The breakfast buffet was yummy. Location was great for pick up and excursions. Also, the grounds are well kept and beautiful. Poolside could use more chairs so get there early. Overall, great experience!

I want to start by addressing the service staff, who were the highlight of the stay. The team worked hard, even when clearly understaffed in certain areas, to deliver a good experience. However, while the individual team members were strong, the resort’s systems and property quality fell short of a premium experience. Dining & Beverage: The culinary experience was underwhelming. The buffet and lunch options lacked the quality expected of the resort rating, and while the reservation-only dinners were a slight improvement, they were still below expectations. Furthermore, the reservation system felt artificially restricted; we were repeatedly told restaurants were fully booked, yet upon being seated, more than half the tables remained empty throughout the evening. Accommodations & Housekeeping: Our room was disappointing from a maintenance perspective. There was a consistent paint smell, which felt like a last-minute attempt to mask underlying issues. The mini-fridge was constantly broken during our stay, only working for a few hours before having to have a staff member come look at it. While likely to do with what seemed to be a staffing issue, housekeeping was consistently coming to the room later in the day (between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM), which was inconvenient when trying to prepare for dinner. Campus Logistics: While the staff is hardworking, the internal logistics were an issue. A prime example of this was the campus shuttle service, which was consistently unreliable. Despite scheduling rides in advance, they were frequently significantly delayed, requiring us to find our own way across the property. This also showed in the evenings, where the pools were left unkept from the day, towels and empty glasses everywhere. Verdict: There is a clear discrepancy between the hard work of the staff and the management of the facilities and dining programs. Until the food quality and property maintenance are addressed, it is difficult to fully recommend this resort

This has been the best vacation Service is great, activities are so fun amd exercise classes very organized all the way around. Eliana was great in painting and helping and just all around fun. Pool exercise with her was so energetic. Thank you. Elmer in the Bar was fun and happy and like to go to say hi everyday. Thanks everyone for great experience and clean facility.I also had great experiences with Kevin, Jesus, and Charlie in Doll making.Jesus and Kevin in pool 2, and with the nightlife. Daniel, and Eric. My wife, sister-in-law, and I traveled here in March of 2025, and we had a phenomenal experience. The weather for the food, the rooms, the quality of service from all the staff, and the overall ambience of the resort were through the roof. My wife and I had our own room, and connected was my sister-in-law's room, and both had their own balcony stunning views of the ocean and resort. Walking around the resort was really easy, and the golf cart to the other buildings came frequently enough that I rarely found myself waiting for a ride. The options at the restaurants were fantastic, and do require booking when having dinner, which was also great. There were some pretty entertaining shows over at the main part of the beach, but each nook and cranny had its own form of entertainment (churro stall, private beds, etc). If you're looking for a resort to stay at during your visit to Mexico, this should be where you're top choice!
