We had a great stay and would absolutely stay here again. From the moment we pulled up, the hotel looked clean, modern, and well-maintained. We were greeted upon arrival, and the front desk staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in quick and easy. The lobby is beautiful and creates a great first impression. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and there was plenty of room to spread out our belongings. The bathroom had limited sink space, but it wasn't an issue because there was plenty of other space in the room for toiletries and personal items. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to Universal, and all the details and schedules were provided during check-in, which made transportation simple and convenient. Every employee we interacted with throughout our stay was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. My only minor critique would be that the shower pressure was a little low, but it still worked perfectly fine. On the plus side, I absolutely loved the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the room. Overall, this was an excellent stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, convenient, and staffed by wonderful people. I would definitely recommend it to others and would not hesitate to stay here again.

I would have given this hotel a higher rating based on the service I received from Kenya. She was outstanding and willing to assist my family and I with accommodations. I requested a wheelchair accessible room however the room wasn't. Kenya located an accessible room however it didn't have the two bedrooms I requested. She also found a room across the hall for my daughter and granddaughter. Unfortunately we stayed in the two bedroom suite that was accessible just so we could be together for this vacation.

This Courtyard by Marriott has clearly just undergone a full remodel, and it shows everywhere. From the moment I checked in, the experience was top-tier. I was thanked for my Titanium Elite status and pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a spacious 2-bed suite, along with a 4pm late checkout, which was greatly appreciated. The room felt completely brand new: new carpet, modern furniture, fresh drawers, and extremely comfortable beds and pillows. The layout was roomy and well thought out, making it easy to relax or get work done. Everything was spotless and had that “new hotel” feel. Housekeeping was excellent. The room was refreshed daily with clean towels and fresh sheets, which isn’t always guaranteed anymore, so that really stood out. Location is another huge plus. The hotel is walking distance to Universal, and they also offer free shuttle service, making it incredibly convenient whether you’re visiting the parks or just nearby attractions. Overall, this was an outstanding stay modern, clean, comfortable, and well-run. Between the upgrade, service, and location, this hotel easily earns 5 stars, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be back.

The front desk customer service was awesome my family was taken care by Quiana Williams super professional & friendly. She definitely put a smile on my face by just checking us in. We are the Ortiz family. After getting our rooms my husband ( Jorge Ortiz ) & I. Went down to the bar for a drink & I really enjoyed the atmosphere & the Paloma drink was delicious made by Jovan (bartender) extremely nice. Made our night with awesome drinks & making the ambience stress free. Definitely come & see these 2 folks. We were very satisfied with our weekend stay.

Let me start off by saying that I read the reviews the day before I checked in. I saw all the negative 1 star reviews and decided to call to see if I could change to another Holiday inn. I was informed that they aren't Holiday inn anymore, but Courtyard Marriott so I wasn't able to change the location. I ended up keeping the reservation and figured I would share my experience. I was pleasantly surprised that the construction everyone was complaining about was done. The entrance looks really nice. Staff was nice and helped me when I needed it. The room, pool, and arcade were clean and really no complaints from my end. I also liked the shuttle rides to universal, but do know that you need to reserve your shuttle spot with the vacation planner by the lobby. What could use some work? The bar/food that they offer. They are very overpriced and it really wasn't that great. Let's talk fees. There is a parking fee $33 (with taxes) per night. $20 per night refundable deposit. No continental breakfast. Overall it was a nice stay and would stay here again.
