Worst hotel experience in over 25 years of travel. First, don't go before 4 pm expecting to get in your room early. The reason is simple. Every employee from the cleaning staff is on their phone instead of working. I have never had to step around so many cleaning carts in the middle of the hallway while the housekeeping is staring at their phone. They have 4 elevators (3 working that day)that everytime I got on one there was staff stopping at every floor. I understand people have to work, but I never saw anybody work. Don't try to compare them to Disney property's, the manager there is proud to point out they are "not Disney" I agree disney would try to make a paying customer happy. I have never seen so many people in the lobby waiting on a rom for hours. Also don't forget the almost 80 dollars for parking and resort fees you will pay for this hotel.

Hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. Very kind. And the room was cleaned and stocked with fresh towels daily - absolutely immaculate. Hotel is a little dated in the rooms but overall very comfy, cozy, and the lobby is very pretty. Nice place for a family vacation and good location for Disney springs, Hollywood studios, and Epcot. A little far from the magic kingdom so plan about 45mins with their bus service but overall would absolutely stay here again. Helped make Disney affordable again!

The experience was not what I was hoping for from a 4 star resort. I never write reviews, I simply don’t care enough to but this one needs a review. I was here for a conference and while I named other things I didn’t like, the biggest thing was the power had gone out. Multiple times. I am a type one diabetic, and have medication that needs to be cold at all times. I asked the hotel desk if there was something they, and I could do to keep my medication safe. There wasn’t anything helpful they offered. They offered me to get ice from one of the machines (only a few in the whole hotel that worked) and that it was all they could offer. The conference room was told that we would be accommodated with fans and that it would be fixed immediately. That was a false statement, as their fix was getting a couple box fans for a room that held 240 participants. On the top floor. The staff was nice, and tried their best and the location was perfect. I believe for a hotel that’s over $1200 for the I expected something better.

Love staying here, great location, and have many times this year. Was surprised by a $40 early check in fee. And look if that means you can get your room right when you check in you could at least somewhat understand that junk fee. But you don't. That just puts you in the early room queue, whatever that means. Sounds like this hotel is taking a play from Uber and Lyfts play book where they offer you a faster pickup for a higher price but when you chose just the wait and save, many times you get a pickup within minutes. So be aware when this hotel tries to rip you off with the $40 early check in fee. Just say no. The room is probably ready and available but they just want to get another junk fee from you to go along with that resort fee, the ultimate junk fee, I guess until this one popped up today. Probably start staying at other hotels on my many adventures to Walt Disney World. Shame that their greediness lost a long time guest. And the front desk clerk that tried to selle this rip off was a bit on the ride side for being a customer service agent. Don't fall for their scheme. Their Rip off resort fee is bad enough. Crooks. At least the Drury down the street does not charge a rip off resort fee. Their rate is all inclusive and what it is. Might be about the same price but they don't hide a bunch of junk fees like this joint does.

Prior to arrival I received a notification (at the online check-in) that I could upgrade my room to a king for a charge and get late check out for an additional fee. I chose to opt-in and we arrived early so we requested if possible early check in since we are traveling with a 1 year old baby. The front desk advised me they would work on it. Then 2 hours passed and no update. We reproached front desk and they said no requests were made but they'll give me a room early for $40. Fine. Then we get to the room on the 16th floor and it smells terrible. The hallway smells like mold/ something died. They put some powder down on the carpet to hide the smell but when I say it was bad, it was bad! We get into the room the room is 2 queens .. we called front desk they said the upgrade THEY OFFERED was Denied? Ok ?? Why wouldn't they advise me of this upon arrival. Between that, the pack-n-play that was given was unsafe for use, low budget TV/channel services, the terrible smell, and not being advised of the work being done internally on the hotel store (that we needed more than once with the baby), it was hard to enjoy. Then upon checking out this morning we chose late check out, as I stated, which is 2 pm. We go to breakfast and come back with the baby for a short change and nap before heading to our next destination. Nope, we can't back into my room. Front desk said again didn’t approve their offer (without mention of it upon arrival). While booking I signed up to be a “Wyndham rewards member” - which after this experience I wouldn’t waste my time. Overall wouldn't recommend.
