Lifeline Truck and Trailer Repair
Property is nice but the rooms are gross and outdated. I stayed in room 740 and put my parents in 737. Both rooms are dirty. Mold in bathroom , dirty toilets, dirty walls, nasty carpets. Even though this hotel is not high priced i still expect clean with some quality. I have stayed in mini hotels that are half the price, that hold themselves to higher standards within the rooms. We travel at least once a month as a family and stay all over the world and I can say this hotel this was one if the worse we have stayed at. The door to our room doesn’t even lock. Again, I will say the property seems to be nice, but the rooms are extremely outdated and dirty.. you can see the quality and care put into these rooms. I cant imagine how dirty the kitchen and the other facilities are. Im not looking for a refund or even a discount, i hope management and or the ownership take a hard look at the quality and cleanliness. We will not be back

We absolutely loved our time here and wish we could have stayed much longer. The property is gorgeous. The room was great. We had a beautiful view from our balcony. The hotel was gorgeous inside and the front desk staff was fantastic. The location is seriously unbeatable. You drive under the Walt Disney World sign to get there. There are shuttles to all the theme parks at multiple times throughout the day. There are yard games everywhere like cricket (I think) shuffleboard, pickleball, a playground, mini-golf! The walk around the lake is beautiful. There are ducks, fish, and turtles to see. There are things going on everywhere- every building has a pool you can access when you stay. Some have lazy rivers and hot tubs. One is super themed out with a pirate ship. The whole place is just really awesome. It’s also really romantic if you’re there with your person. Highly recommend!

I wanted to recognize the manager and customer service staff for reservation department for the exceptional customer service they provided. From the very beginning, they were incredibly professional, accommodating, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to come across someone who goes out of their way to make guests feel valued before they even arrive. Their communication, attention to detail, and willingness to help truly stood out and made a lasting impression on me. Based on my experience so far, I can already tell this hotel takes great care of its guests, and the manager I belive his name is Jeff? is a huge part of that. Thank you again for making the experience such a positive one — it is sincerely appreciated.

Do not stay here. This place should be shut down. They do not understand customer service and cleanliness is low on their list of priorities. Outside of hotel looks impressive and high end but it all is down hill from there. Hallway and room carpets are old and smell like mildew. Lamp shades were all stained. Phone didn’t work in room and TV kept on going on. Car was scratched with chipped paint while valet’ed and manager rolled his eyes at my husband. The last day realized my briefcase bag with laptop that was leaning against wall was sitting on carpet that was soaken wet and A\C was leaking. Customer service all around very poor!! Would never recommend this place!

Great location close to everything. Very nice place to stay. Great restaurants coffee place. Nice pool very clean rooms. Quiet the staff was great. We definitely come back. The photo was out on the patio restaurant, watching the fireworks and the moon and the planets were just beautiful
