Excellent hotel and a great experience overall! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The location is also perfect, just a short drive from the Disney parks, which made everything very convenient. Comfortable, welcoming, and well located. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Ive stayed here over 10 years ago and had fond memories. I wanted to go on a trip with my mother for her to visit friends. Was not disappointed in revisiting. First employee I meet is Gabe in valet. Great kid, cant say enough about the entire team. He takes care of car and luggage. Nana at the front desk was great as well. There is a very welcoming vibe amongst all of the employees here. Ate dinner at the seafood restaurant and was very happy, especially the blueberry cheesecake. Once again service was top notch, hostess was a character and my mother lived her. Id return based on level of service alone. Didn't get the chance to check out the other places to eat. Room was nice. Only nit picking was the paint job looked a bit sloppy and the baty tub could have drained better. Otherwise facilities and amenities overall were great. If you have young kids there is plenty for them to do. View of the fireworks from Disney and universal was also a plus. I dont particularly care for the orlando area the visits have always been family related. My mom and I enjoyed our stay so much we are considering making it a yearly tradition.

A resort is measured by how it responds when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, Bonnet Creek failed that test. I came to Bonnet Creek for a convention and, before the incident, was enjoying my stay. Around 9:00 p.m., while I was taking a bath in my ninth-floor room, the fire alarms sounded and guests were instructed to evacuate. I immediately got dressed, grabbed my purse and keys, and walked down nine flights of stairs. We gathered in the lobby and waited for information. For approximately two hours, we received very little reliable information, and what we were told was inconsistent. What was especially disturbing was watching families become frightened and uncertain about what was happening. Some children were so scared that they no longer felt safe returning to their rooms, and some families ultimately left the resort that night. When I was finally able to check on my room, I discovered that it had been affected by flooding. There was water covering the carpet outside my door, and my feet were immediately soaked. My laptop bag and duffel bag were also soaked, including my work laptop and other personal belongings. I documented the damage and completed an incident report as instructed by security. But the emergency itself was not the worst part. The response was. I was repeatedly given conflicting instructions about where I would sleep. I waited in line for a room, was pulled out of line to retrieve my belongings, was told there were no rooms available, and then watched other guests around me receive rooms. Eventually, around 1:30 a.m., I was handed a piece of paper and told to go to the Swan Resort. I drove to the Swan in the middle of the night, only to be told that the paperwork Bonnet Creek had given me would not be honored and that I needed to go to the Dolphin. I drove to the Dolphin, waited another 30 minutes, and finally reached my room at 2:18 a.m. After showering and trying to settle my nerves, I finally got into bed around 3:09 a.m. I returned to Bonnet Creek at approximately 8:30 a.m. and was eventually given another room around 10:00 a.m. By then, I was exhausted and physically affected by the stress of the night. I had traveled to this resort for a convention, yet I lost most of the following day because of what had happened. What I will remember most is not the resort's beautiful grounds or amenities. I will remember standing in a lobby in the middle of the night with other guests who didn't know what was happening, watching frightened families decide they no longer felt safe, trying to protect my work equipment from water damage, being sent from one resort to another, and receiving conflicting information from the people who were supposed to be helping us. Emergencies happen. That is not my complaint. My complaint is that when the emergency happened, I did not feel informed, supported, or cared for. If you are considering staying here, I encourage you to look beyond the pools, grounds, and amenities and consider something just as important: How confident would you feel that the resort could take care of you and your family if something went seriously wrong? After this experience, that is the question I am left asking myself.

We arrived late Saturday night after having a horrible check-in experience at the Hilton, and honestly, we thought our entire trip was ruined. Thankfully, Wyndham Grand took us in last minute, and from the moment we arrived, the experience completely changed. We were greeted by Bebe at the front desk, who was incredibly kind and welcoming, and Caesar, the bartender, who went above and beyond by making sure we had something to eat even though the bar was getting ready to close. That first night really made a difference after the experience we had just come from. Since then, we decided to upgrade our room, and we’ve continued to be met with kindness and helpfulness from most of the staff. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and make the resort a great place to relax. There was some construction and renovation happening during our stay, which was a little disappointing, but we didn’t let it take away from our vacation. We also tried the seafood restaurant after waiting a few days since it’s closed Sunday through Tuesday. Our waitress, Jill, was very nice, although unfortunately the food came out lukewarm and the hostess took quite a while to seat us. On the other hand, we really enjoyed the sushi bar, and the gentleman working there was fantastic — unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name. Overall, my wife and I are very happy with our stay. After such a rough start to our trip, Wyndham Grand really turned things around for us. The staff, beautiful property, and overall experience made us feel welcomed, and we would definitely come back again!

While visiting for possible membership to this resort we experienced a serene atmosphere. The presidential suite has a fully equipped kitchen, a formal dining area, a nice living room, two bathrooms and several bedrooms, which we found comfortable for a large family on vacation. Cons: The Executive Deluxe Suite was not available at the time.
