We were a family of 5 traveled from the Uk we had a 3 bedroom apartment. Rooms are big and spacious. The facilities are fantastic the main pool is incredible the staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Ryan is the best…. Top bar man!! The cafe was great tasty food and affordable! My only issue was 2 tv’s in our apartment didn’t work. Did ask maintenance to look at them and they did replace them, but they didn’t Work either. The Jacuzzi bath also didn’t Work, but we weren’t really bothered as we used the showers. We definitely we’ll be returning to this resort as it gave us wonderful happy vibes. The children were happy and always entertained when we had rest days from the parks.

We were excited to stay relatively close to Magic Kingdom without having to pay with an arm or a leg. But I guess you really do get what you paid for. Sad that a room still costs $200/night for the less than desirable conditions. The lady at the front desk, Sara (without the H! ☺️) was sooo nice and had amazing customer service! She was the only wonderful part of our stay here. We had a 2 bedroom suite, 1 king and 2 doubles. One of the beds had no pillows, towels had holes all over them, and the furniture was shredded and torn apart. The shower head had so much pressure, it was actually painful to shower. I had to wash my face in the sink because I couldn’t rinse it in the shower. This hotel desperately needs updates everywhere! I’m upset we spent $200 for 1 night.

This is our 2nd time staying here, and we love the size of the rooms and the great amenities here! The customer service is top notch, Mary Lou was so sweet and so helpful! She accommodated us right away even though we arrived a little earlier than the check-in time. The service is top notch as well, we had a few items that needed fixing and they came super quick and repaired them for us. The only complaint I would say would be is that the rooms are a little older with older furniture and decor, but with a little updating, this is the perfect place to spend a nice relaxing vacation in Florida! We love it here! Thanks for the great stay!

I was disappointed with my stay at Floridays. It started with a missed appointment with group sales. I had arranged to meet Aujie at 3:30 p.m. about a future family reunion. When I arrived, I was told she was in a meeting and asked to return at 5:00. I returned as requested, waited again, and was eventually told that she was not at the property. She also never sent the proposal she had promised. The poor communication left a bad impression. My suite was clean, but it smelled like mold and showed considerable wear. Some doors stuck or did not close properly, which could create privacy concerns. The room had an ironing board but no iron, so I had to go out in wrinkled clothing. The kitchen was also poorly stocked. I found only one pot, one drinking glass, four wine glasses and dinnerware. It did not have the other kitchen items I expected based on the listed amenities. The smoke detector began beeping during the night. Maintenance responded quickly after I called and fixed it, which I appreciated. The water pressure was low and the hot water was slow on the first day, although both improved later. The biggest inconvenience came when I washed clothes the night before leaving and discovered that the dryer did not work. I had to travel home with wet clothing. The pool area was nice and was the best part of the property. However, the drinks were approximately $18 and tasted watered down. It appears that updates may have started, and the property has potential, but the rooms, maintenance and service need improvement. Floridays may work for travelers seeking a budget-friendly suite with a kitchen and pool. Just understand that the experience may reflect the lower price.

⭐️⭐️✨ 2.5‑Star Review for Floridays Resort OrlandoFloridays Resort has a great location and, at first glance, looks like an exciting place to stay, close to the attractions, family‑friendly, and visually appealing. Check‑in was simple and easy, which gave us hope for a smooth stay. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill quickly.Parking was our first major issue. There were no available handicap spots for our 88‑year‑old grandmother, and several cars parked in handicap spaces had no tags or plates indicating they were unauthorized. For a resort that markets itself as accessible and family‑oriented, this was a frustrating and disappointing start.The rooms themselves were spacious, which we appreciated, but the environment walking to our building was not family‑friendly at all. As soon as we stepped out of the car, there were people smoking blunts(cannabis) right outside the elevator and in front of their rooms. Not exactly something the kids needed to witness, and it set a tone that didn’t feel safe or well‑managed.Inside the room, the size was great, but the functionality was not. Several things were broken or unusable, including:Living room TV — completely non‑functiona,lBathtub drains — broken, so the water drained immediately and baths were impossible. Master bathroom shower nozzle — broken and difficult to useToilet — didn’t flush properly. Not enough towels or blankets — we had to call to request more for our party Maintenance took over an hour to arrive, and by the time they showed up, our grandmother was already asleep. Moving rooms or having repairs done wasn’t an option at that point, leaving us stuck with multiple unusable features for the entire stay. The only real positive was the World Cup game playing at the pool area, which added a fun atmosphere for a bit — but that alone doesn’t make up for the issues we experienced.Overall, Floridays Resort has potential with its location and spacious rooms, but the lack of maintenance, poor enforcement of rules, and overall environment made this a disappointing stay. We’re calling to request a refund because several parts of the room were literally unusable, and the experience didn’t match what we paid for.
