Overall, I had a great stay at this resort. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the property itself was beautiful. The staff was pleasant, and I genuinely enjoyed my time there. The biggest disappointment wasn’t the resort’s fault: it rained and there was frequent lightning during my stay, so the pool had to close several times. That definitely put a damper on the trip, but I understand safety comes first. I did have a few concerns, though. After swimming in the pool, my bathing suit noticeably changed color, which made me wonder if the chlorine or pool chemicals were unusually strong. My younger brother also experienced skin irritation after leaving the pool. His face became extremely dry, burned, and eventually even developed scabs. While I can’t say for certain what caused it, it happened after spending time in the pool, so I felt it was worth mentioning. I also ordered a drink from the bar that cost around $20. Unfortunately, it tasted like plain cranberry juice, and I honestly couldn’t detect any alcohol in it. For the price, I expected much better. Despite those issues, I still had an enjoyable stay. The accommodations were excellent, and I’d consider returning. I just hope the pool chemistry is monitored closely and that the bar provides better value and consistency with its drinks.

We are a family of 6 traveling with a time share. The rooms were nice. We absolutely love the full suite w laundry. One thing I would say is to bring closed your shoes if you want the most options. I missed out on bikes, gym, and paddle boat because I forgot 😢 Kids 8-14 loved the water park and pool options. We used the activity resources as well.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Family Vacation! Honestly reviewed! We just spent an incredible week at Hilton Vacation Club Aqua Sol Orlando West in July 2026, and I can honestly say it exceeded all of our expectations! I organized this trip for 20 family members, and we stayed in 4 spacious condominiums. Coordinating a group this size can be challenging, but the resort made everything easy and enjoyable. The condos were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with plenty of space for everyone to relax after our busy days visiting the Orlando attractions. The housekeeping and maintenance teams did an outstanding job. The resort amenities were one of the highlights of our stay. The pool area was absolutely amazing—beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The water was always crystal clear, there were plenty of clean towels available throughout the day, and the entire pool deck created a fun and relaxing atmosphere for both adults and children. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. Everyone in our group commented on how much they enjoyed the resort, and every single family member left happy and satisfied. If you’re looking for a clean, family-friendly resort with excellent accommodations, outstanding amenities, and a fantastic location near Orlando’s attractions, I highly recommend Hilton Vacation Club Aqua Sol Orlando West. This place is incredible. The standard in the rooms was far better than expected, housekeeping services were regular but not intrusive, we had fresh towels and the facilities/amenities on site were great. Pool had enough seating, wasn’t crowded and the mini market stocked essentials. Staff were friendly and welcoming, made our honeymoon special! The gym was a little basic (but expected) and there aren’t hospitality facilities for check out day.

PLEASE PLEASE TAKE TIME TOO READ !! Would like to make an announcement for the up and coming guest and people arriving at this hotel. Please be advised that they're very it's lame, boring money grabbing all for themselves. This place was built on highway robbery. They just want you to bring your wallet. Your money and spend it on your time and your time at their property which is so unfair. They switched our rooms because something was broken. Then, they switched us to another room and things were broken in that room. But after switching so many times we didn't want to move. Nothing to do with the guests at this hotel.. Broken arcade machines that you constantly have to complain to get your coins back. Et, By the pool, when I mean that there's no bottle water aloud no snacks, , no fun, no excitement, no laughing, no good entertainment, you just strictly have to be very still, or you're gonna get a whistle from the lifeguard plus they harass you. By checking your bags to make sure that you are not bringing or sneaking any food drinks, etc. Keep in mind. The hotels are very outdated, very smelly like mold things that you cannot see inside of a picture. The experience that we had with this place was terrible. I extremely red flag this place, and I can't believe that Hilton has taken ownership and has put their name under this. I'm very disgusted in the service from the director of this place. the hotel manager to the down keeping of this property. From the staff driving super fast with their Golf carts around the property, no speed bumps for the gas cars to slow down the cars for the people. The best is when you take the timeshare meeting at the mystic. Dooms, they have nothing good to say about this place as well. Everybody talks trash about it from the staff to everybody else. You won't get a smile, you just get frowns.
