The only thing I did not like about this place was where they con you into trying to become a member and then they screwed you over when you tried to book a four day three night reservation thing and they screwed me over at their marketplace down the road but otherwise Great food great drinks, great atmosphere. Everything was awesome. Couldn’t ask for a better place as a matter fact, I know three people already that have booked it there and they said they loved it too except when they try to call you to become a member o “ Timeshare” because we spent $250 on a four day three night location and they never give it to us so yeah, just be careful with that but the rest of it that was an awesome place. I’m not kidding. Even the music was good. I still have pictures. I still have videos it was that great

We love HGV and this property has great ammentities and location to theme parks, etc. We had a 3 bed/3 bath, with kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, and 2 balconies. It was great, it was bigger than our house!. Sadly, we hated the beds and the couch, as both were very hard and uncomfortable. We thought the desk, market, and pool staff were great. We also appreciated the valet staff as they assist you by golfcart around the property if needed. They had a convenient listing of all activities available on different days, and good discounts for lots of surrounding restaurants and shopping. If you didnt feel like going out, the resort's Coral Reef pool bar and grill was great too. The Reef Salad was so yummy! They had burgers, chicken, pizza, and stuff like that too, something for everyone. They made some pretty yummy cocktails too! The poolside trivia was fun too! They are only maybe 5 minutes from SeaWorld and Aquatica, 10 minutes from Universal, and abiut 15-20 minutes from Disney stuff. We recommend! 👍👍

I want to start by acknowledging that the front desk and operational staff at this resort have been absolutely wonderful. They have been kind, helpful, and professional every time we interacted with them. My concerns are strictly about the service at the pool bar, which has been consistently disappointing. On multiple occasions, both my husband and I as well as my mother and I were completely ignored while standing or sitting at the bar. At the pool bar, two of the bartenders, Robert and Evan, along with a server named Gaston, walked past us repeatedly, never greeted us, never acknowledged our presence, and made no effort to serve or even speak to us. One of the most concerning moments was when my husband and I sat at the bar for 30 full minutes without so much as a hello. During that time, even children who approached the bar were acknowledged before we ever were. After being completely overlooked, I finally asked Evan, who appeared to be the bar manager, if he did not see us and whether he was indeed the manager. He looked at me and simply said, “Oh, I’m so sorry,” but made no real effort to address or correct what had already happened. What makes this even more troubling is that this was not an isolated situation. It happened more than once. As African Americans, we could not ignore the fact that we were consistently overlooked while other guests received prompt and attentive service. No guest should ever feel invisible or dismissed, yet that is exactly how we were made to feel at the pool bar. While the rest of the resort staff has been exceptional, the service at the pool bar left a lasting negative impression. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues so no other guests have to experience this kind of disregard.

I have visited Orlando 5 times and I have stayed here every single time. Their customer service is outstanding. They have us text them whatever we need and they're always so polite. The rooms are fantastic, spacious and cozy. Every time I come to Orlando, I will never stay anywhere else. They always treat me well and their service is outstanding. They have on call housekeeping so whatever you need, just text them and they'll get it done swiftly. The property has 2 pools that are beautiful. The view at the pool sites are amazing and its just a wonderful vacation. Whatever you come here for, please book suite rooms with them. You won't regret it. Everyone at the front desk deserve a raise-- every time I arrive early, they always keep my luggage stored, and at times, they get us in our rooms early due to having some available. Its just amazing.

Overall I did like this place. There's plenty to like about it. The rooms are clean, friendly staff and the grounds are wonderful. If you're planning trips to Sea World then its tough to beat. The issues are that during our 1 week stay, the people in the adjacent room would smoke which would inevitably bleed into our room. Yes, I know these are supposed to be non smoking but to the best of my knowledge, I dont think anything was done about it and it was bad enough to where we had to switch rooms. The next day we walked by the old room and the first thing that came to mind was being in a Cheach and Chong movie. So now we have another room ,however, the new room does not have the view we just had to give up. In addition to that, the grounds crew were painting and power washing right at the new location. So that eliminated being able to sit out on the patio with our coffee in the am. Then for the 3rd issue, the pool is supposed to be heated. Well it was for a few days but during the final day we were there, it was not. At least one of the 3 wasn't. You would think they would figure it out since nobody was in that particular pool. Anyway, we did have some issues, as noted, but it really is a nice place aside from that and overall, if I was planning a Sea World based trip again, I would stay here again.
