I stayed at this wonderful hotel in October last year and have already rebooked for October this year. I loved it, beautiful rooms in individual blocks, I was in Block 9, surrounded by landscaped gardens with ample parking. My room was comfy, spacious and peacefull just what I needed. There are 3 amazing Pools, a Deli stocked with pastries and all the little things you might need. The bar/restaurant has a great little menu and a great atmosphere. The staff are friendly and warm especially the Bell Boys who zip up and down in their little buggies and who were all great fun. For me this was the perfect hotel and I cannot wait to go back. This property is a true paradise, we have been owners at this property for over 18 years. As our home resort, you could not ask for more, updated clean rooms with large areas and big new tv’s. The two large pools, one with a waterfall, the other one heated and huge, the location is incredible, Seaworld, is 5 minutes away, Disney about 24 minutes, down I4. There are restaurants outside the resort, and near Sea World, they have a gift shop, with gifts, food, and coffee. They have a great Restaurant by the pool, the Coral Cafe, a large menu selection with a full bar, shading and tables. If you go to the restaurant ask for Shaun, he is one of the best servers I have ever seen, he is a mind reader and his service is top notch. The food and drinks are reasonably priced, and it’s very relaxing. I would recommend this resort highly, above all other HGVC resorts. This one is a 9/10 experience, they also have a kids club, bingo by the pool etc. Have a great time, you won’t be disappointed. Kudos to the General Manager, the server Shaun, and I believe Bill the food and beverage manager.

I have stayed here twice and has been a great experience both times. Rooms are clean, staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a great main pool area with hot tubs. There is a place for food and drinks, Full service bar. They always have events in the main pool area. If you prefer quiet area for swimming there is another pool on the property which is usually quiet and minimal people. There is a hot tub an kids pool in this area as well. I would like to give a special thanks to Irene at check in who is always helpful and cheerful. I would also like to thank Gaston and Agata at the pool bar for your great service. I would recommend a stay here.

Absolutely my "home away from home". Landscaping well cared for as are the pools and security entrance is good. Great activities and movie center. Location by SeaWorld is unrivaled. I must admit this location has my favorite pools, period. Extremely clean rooms, delicious deli muffins and donuts better than VooDoo at Universal City Walk. One thing I noticed this trip was how many employees spoke other languages. Many Brazilian speakers now and my favorite were very friendly and capable of speaking English and portuñol. To All Staff: thank you for letting us rest and enjoy our trip.

7 night stay in a two bedroom suite, two adults and two young boys. Everything was great and the unit was as spacious as the main floor of our house. As members of HGV club on a welcome offer, the price was right too. At check in, we were given a main floor room per our request. We were planning to spend most of our time at SeaWorld or Aquatica so the resort did not need to have a water park or slides for our needs. The on-site pools and all other amenities were more than we needed and the housekeeping team (Ashley, Tatiana, Irene) did a great job looking after all our needs including a mid stay clean exactly when we had run low on coffee. Great job all! Will be coming back here!
