⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding stay at this hotel from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The hotel itself was beautiful, with excellent amenities and a great atmosphere. Everything was clean, organized, and exceeded my expectations. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. Every employee I encountered went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. It’s clear that they take pride in providing guests with a first-class experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding hospitality. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

Location was perfect! Waking distance from Disney Springs. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was a little dated but very clean. Pool was great and poolside bar drinks were really good. Didn’t get a chance to experience the dining areas. The stay was overall good one. I would return again.

The double beds made bed sharing a nightmare, the tub/ shower wasnt properly installed so when you step on certain spots in would like cave in and make a loud popping noise. The sink water flow was out of control, soaked myself the first use. The room was clean though, I liked being able to adjust the thermostat. Lots of storage around the whole room. We like that it was walking distance to disney spring. Being a passholder though I recommend just staying at one of the cheap disney resorts like all-star sports. We booked through expedia and it made if seem like you got a deal. But make sure you got an extra $80 a night for resort fees and parking. I dont think the price tag matched the quality. They also use extreme sales tactics to buy their time share... I didnt appreciate that.

Extremely close to Disney springs, just a short walk. Buses provided for all Parks. Great customer service. Check in with Daniela was smooth, as she was friendly and very professional. Maids did a great job cleaning the room everyday. Security is noticeable on Property. Reasonable priced food at pool bar/ restaurant

The hotel’s location is excellent. It is only a 5-minute walk from Disney Springs. The rooms are also comfortable, but unfortunately the cleanliness was not what we expected, especially in the bathroom. When we checked into the room, the bathroom had hair, dead insects stuck to the walls and ceiling (small flies), and dust on all the surfaces. We had brought cleaning wipes with us, so we cleaned some necessary areas ourselves, but the rest remained just as dirty throughout the 8 nights we stayed there. Other than that, everything was good!
