It really is a shame about this hotel, It is located in a perfect place, at best a 3min walk to disney springs. The room was great for 2 of us and in fareness cleaned, bed made and towels every day worked out well for us as a base. Down side, they had work gping on in the lobby area that didnt really bother us but it meant the bar was close only the pool bar available. The extra costs (i wouldnt use hidden) but there are extra costs and they just aint worth it.(best part of£1000 for 2 week) and i cant see what they are for. Staff in the pool bar were nice enough, food wasnt that great to be honest, but it is a pool bar. We had the breakfast buffet a couple of times, nowt bad but nothing special either. We were Disney travlers so the hotel for us was only a base. Would I stay again? Probably not there are better options on that strip close to the springs. Not a bad stay but ive had better. £almost a 1000 in extra fees really dulls the shine on this hotel for us

This is the perfect spot. Can walk to Disney springs in 5 minutes it’s right next to it. And has free transportation to all the parks. Won’t break the budget also has a very nice pool for the kids and a bar for the adults. 1000% recommend for anyone wanting to have a nice room for there family and goto Disney world or have a safe way to goto Disney spring and enjoy yourself on a night out after having some drinks.

This hotel is an affordable alternative to other Disney hotels with a free shuttle bus (pre-booking required). Be aware there is a $30 per day charge for parking. Staff were both friendly and helpful throughout although we did have a knock at our door from someone who was confused why we were inside. They seemed to imply we’d called with a problem of sorts but did not elaborate before leaving. Our room was large and adequate for our stay but could use some updating to the decor and general feel. A light wasn’t working and the television signal was poor. Pool was great - again could use a little updating and proximity to Disney springs is great. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others but read the reviews to be fully aware of problems. For info we were in the garden rooms ground floor not the tower.

It was this hotel that caused me to cut my vacation short. When I came to this hotel, I was not impressed out of the gate by the construction going on, I looked past that hoping that my overall experience would outweigh that. I found out quickly that I was wrong. Not only was I charged essentially double for the room because of all of their fees, but the room was one of the worst rooms I had ever been in in my life. After 2 grueling Disney Park days, I had hoped to stay in a room that was great, much like the room I had at the Drury for the past few days. But instead, I had to walk about 5 mins in the cold and rain to my room, and my room was extremely humid and damp. The bed was moist and so was all of the countertops. Even putting the A/C on the lowest, which was 68F and it still wasnt cold enough, just made the room cold and damp. Calling the front desk to arrange for a better room did not work as the person at the front desk picked up the phone just to immediately hang it up. So then I called the Wyndham customer support and an Indian agent said there was nothing they could do. So being down to around $200 total left of money I had, I made the crappy choice of changing my flight to be same day to go back home so I could eventually sleep in my own bed. The front desk people were nice and noticed I was checking out super early and asked why. They did offer to change my room, though it was too late as my flight was locked in and I wasn't going to get stranded in Orlando, FL fooling with this hotel. 1/5 stars and it took everything in me not to let this crappy hotel ruin my vacation. I still had 3 good days and I am so sad I wasn't able to stay in the Drury for longer.

Location is great as Disney springs is a 5 minute walk from the resort. The pools are nice and has a nice bar and grille next to it. The room itself was mediocre at best on the sunrise side of the resort. Elevators are old and kinda rundown and have no ac inside of them. And parking lot beside the sunrise building has hardly any lights at night and has more dope in it then Woodstock
