Our first time staying here and can't say enough about their great service. From the buses taking you to the parks and picking you back up,every bus driver went out of there way to inform you where and what time. The bar area was well stocked at the hotel with 2 complimentary drinks and Scott was exceptional. We ordered some wings and salad and even though the bar was very busy with other customers he checked on us repeatedly. Also their maid service is daily just like the old times,which was something we didn't even count on. Keep up the great service Holiday Inn and we will see you again. By the way it is a very short walk to Disney Springs area about 12 mins.

Stayed here for a quick couple days at Disney and had a great experience. The front desk, specifically, Zuleina was courteous and friendly which allowed for a smooth check in after a day of travel with a 3 year old. The bartending staff, Maria, Uyen and Scott were all excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable about tips and tricks for Disney. The shuttle service is okay, but only runs for normal park hours. If you have tickets for an event after normal hours, like Mickeys Not So Scary Halloween party, you’ll need to find an alternate ride home. You can take the monorail from MK to Contemporary Resort and then grab Disney Springs bus and then walk 10 minutes to hotel. We chose ride share as we were all exhausted and didn’t want any extra steps at that point. Also, Disney springs buses from contemporary stop at 11. We had a poolside room and while clean they are older but we were only there 3 nights and didn’t spend much time in the room besides to sleep. Great budget friendly place to stay with good location to parks and easy walk to Disney Springs.

Great location near Disney Springs. Hourly busses to the parks and consistent return times make traveling to the parks simple, and it’s walking distance to Disney Springs. The pool is great, the hotel has pool toys available and there’s ping pong& cornhole and it was always clean. We got back late from fireworks and I was up at 2am on the balcony with a cold drink and spent an hour watching the guys methodically cleaning the pool deck and pool, can’t stress the level of detail watching people checking every square inch of the place and making sure it was clean and safe. I went to bed before they were done. Service was always great - front desk staff are always polite, no issues getting help, extra towels, anything. The biggest surprise was the restaurant & bar. Scott in the bar is amazing, always cheerful with the kids, adults, anyone. The kids eat free with an adult making it the best value food anywhere, and it’s good food, surprisingly really good food! You have to try an omelette in the morning, they’re phenomenal, and there’s real Mickey Waffles! Rooms - my parents came over to see the grandkids and they were staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge and said our bedrooms were nicer than what they had. I would say the shower could use a bit more pressure, but that’s the only thing I can say to try and balance out what is a glowing review. The showers always had shampoo, shower gel, etc and no problem getting extra towels. It’s not a Disney Hotel, when you get the bus to MK you’re at the TTC and have to monorail over, and you don’t get perks like early entry like you would with a Disney Hotel. However, for the location on Disney property, for the price point, the customer service and the value for money, this hotel has knocked others off our list of places we check for 1st. We will definitely be back!

Hotel location is a great location not far from Disney springs, about a 10 minute walk, and about a 10 minute taxi ride to Disney world. Also if you need downtime its great for that too. Staff very helpful and polite. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel within a 10 minute walk to Disney Springs for half the price of a Disney hotel. Very nice amenities with large rooms that include a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee/tea maker. Two bottles of water are supplied every day, and we received 2 vouchers for drinks at the bar. Property offers bus service to the parks with a reservation, which was very convenient. Pool area is very nice and clean. Warning - if you have a pool view, you will hear the kids screaming until the pool closes (around 11:00 p.m.). Didn't really bother us, but to some it might. We had a balcony room, but unfortunately if you are sitting in a chair, you will be looking at a concrete wall (some rooms had railing balconies that you could see the view... but most were concrete walls). There are vending machines for all your pharmacy needs and snacks. The only thing we did not like is the restaurant situation. It is only open for breakfast... and for a $24.99 buffet only. It would have been nice to have a small menu to get an egg sandwich or something smaller than a buffet, so we had to go out of the hotel and search for a smaller bite to eat. Disney Springs does not open until 9:00 am, so on days that we wanted to get to the parks early, we didn't eat until at the park.
