First time staying here and unfortunately it wont be a place we stay again. The rooms were not the cleanest, there was no free coffee, in fact it was $5 a cup which I just cant get over. I have stayed in the Holiday Inn for years in Disney Springs right next door and they do free coffee so it is not a location issue its just a poor business decision on Hilton. The air conditioning in the hotel itself was not low enough to keep it from being damp and musty. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were too. Whole hotel is dog friendly so there was no chance of getting a room where a dogs ass had not been on the couch our your bed at some time. Our couch was covered in course dog hair. Our HVAC filter looked like it had not been changed since the place was built and was loaded with dog hair. They did change this promptly and their staff is very pleasant. The location is great and the cost is reasonable. It is mostly just an old hotel that is not properly maintained and poorly kept. Sorry Hilton but this was not a good first impression for someone with a growing family coming from IHG looking for more accommodations. This grass was not greener.

This hotel is fantastic in every way. Beautiful clean rooms. Our check in was superb. It was made especially pleasant by the superb service we receive from Nomarie. She explained everything thoroughly. She could not have been more thorough. Her pleasant personality was exceptional. We were treated to gifts upon arrival. We have been traveling for more than 50 years and never had a better welcome / check in anywhere else. We have stayed at some of the finest hotels in New York City and the check-in service that we received from Nomarie was simply the best. It must be said that everyone that works here does an excellent job. I highly recommend this hotel.

My family and I stayed for 3 days the hotel reservation agent failed to inform me of the incidentals that would be charged upon arriving so be prepared for that. I checked out and the next day I was still receiving charges I called and was told they had a new system in place and it had charges that were not processed lucky me. There is a restaurant right in the front lobby of the hotel literally in the check in area people were sitting at tables eating next to the elevator it’s not a comfortable environment. The hotel is listed as a resort there are no resort amenities at all just resort fees. Our room was loud and noisy from ongoing construction one day we had windows the next they were covered with plastic no one mentioned it. I was told when I booked the breakfast was complimentary when I arrived I found out it was $25 per person so be prepared for that. Parking is $35 a night with very few handicap spaces available so if you need accommodations as we did be prepared to suffer. Hotel staff was not friendly the first day we arrived this being our first time in Florida visiting with Hilton you just expect a better experience. The a/c is not positioned well so it blows directly on you at night it leaves you freezing, but turn it off you will melt. Bring your own pillows the ones provided offer zero neck support. The microwave in our room burned the cups I was told were microwaveable, it smelled like fire for the rest of the trip. I’m not chasing any response because Hilton is absolutely not going to do anything and I mean nothing about any complaints you have just leaving this to inform anyone who may be reading reviews prepare yourself for overcharges, outrageous prices, and mediocre customer service.

This property is an easy walk to Disney Springs and restaurants on the highway. The shuttle is convenient, and the staff is friendly, especially George. Elevators (two of them) take forever, and it seems like only one is working. I took the steps to go down, but that means you have to go outside, and you must take the elevator to go up. The rooms are nicely appointed, but they have the smallest TVs ever. The bath products include bar soap, and dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. Though it calls itself a “suites” property it pales in comparison to Hampton’s as they provide mouthwash, etc. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast and has dinner. There is no lunch during the week. The market has a good, albeit expensive variety of items, but corporate greed means you cannot use your Hilton Honors credit there. The resort fee is beneficial if you are going to use the park transportation, otherwise, it covers two 16.9 oz waters per day and DVD rentals that nobody wants to use. The gym is pathetic. The pool is sad. The outside area does not even look like it belongs at this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel as an Honors guest because you are forced to have breakfast or dinner if you want to use your credit. I would rather forego their credit and intentionally not spend one extra cent here, since their market restriction is clearly intended to drive extra spending.

Orlando locals and Hilton members, we stayed here while attending the Bananaball games at ESPN. One of the more established hotels on the Boulevard, I was blown away at how clean, modern and well kept this hotel was. The rooms were large and updated. They have a market with groceries and sundries and my favorite, enjoy coffee in the morning, either freshly brewed or from this awesome machine that made great cappuccino-for $5! The hotel has a bar open till midnight and a breakfast buffet; we had no time to eat, but I walked in and the food looked great. They also have a nice pool area and pool bar. I really have to give kudos to the staff who always had a smile, but to Roy the front valet, I have to give extra kudos. He was so generous when we were getting ready to leave; there were no carts and we had quite a few packages and he offered to come up and help us bring them down. He is a huge asset to this hotel, and everyone I saw him connect with he was always smiling. We will definitely consider this hotel again instead of on-site Disney properties for staycations in the future!
