We’re staying in two Premium King rooms (4 adults + 2 little ones aged 3 and 1), and we are seriously impressed! The rooms are spacious, beautifully appointed, and the air conditioning is excellent—an absolute must in this heat. The kids’ pools are amazing, and the main pool with the swim-up bar is just stunning—such a great place to relax while the kids have fun. Food-wise, we’ve been blown away. Breakfast and dinner at Charm Thai have both been incredible, and Terrazzo was equally delicious—honestly, we haven’t had a single meal we didn’t love. Grab & Go has become a favourite too—great food, fantastic service, and so convenient. Everything here is spotless and so well maintained. The gardens are absolutely beautiful and really add to the whole experience. As first-time visitors, we’re also loving how much is within walking distance—so much right at our doorstep! A special shoutout to Liu, Pu, and Bam at Grab & Go—they went above and beyond for us. Truly exceptional service, and honestly, it’s hard to find this level of quality and care back home in Australia. We couldn’t be happier with our stay! Only thing we would do differently next time is book the extra day prior to our arrival because after over 13 hours travel to have to wait 4 hours in the heat with little ones to check in was not good and not a good start to our holiday check in staff were not very reasonable with requests to check in earlier and even pay for early check in (even though I’m IHG member and did email arrival time in advance) they win I will pay the extra if we ever come back.

We had a wonderful family stay at Holiday Inn Resort Phuket. We travelled as a family of four with our children aged 3 and 8, and the hotel was perfect for families. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Patong Beach, restaurants, shopping, and attractions, yet the resort itself feels peaceful and relaxing. The swimming pools were a huge highlight for our children, who spent hours enjoying them every day. The staff were consistently warm, friendly, and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel welcome. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the breakfast offered a great variety with something for everyone in the family. We especially appreciated how family-friendly the resort is. It made travelling with young children easy and enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Holiday Inn Resort Phuket to families visiting Phuket.

We come here during Songkran festival. The adult only premium villa suites in Busakorn wing are good. The location is not far from Bangla walking streets, Jungceylon, and local beer gardens. The vibe is upscale. Rooms are clean. The security team provided good service. It is a good place for us to meet local friends. We took several dinners and breakfasts. Swimming pools are clean. The trees and plants are maintained very well over years. In room amenity is fully provided. Mini-bar items are plenty. Check-in and check-out are smooth, efficient, and careful to check the receipts. As a revisit guest, the service is always reliable.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Resort Phuket exceeded our expectations. We visited with our two children, aged 3 and 8, and from the moment we arrived, the team made us feel genuinely welcome. The resort is in a fantastic location, close enough to enjoy Patong Beach, shopping, and local attractions, while still providing a relaxing atmosphere for families. The pools were outstanding and became the highlight of our children's holiday. There was always something for them to enjoy, which allowed us as parents to relax as well. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and housekeeping maintained a very high standard throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning, which offered a wide selection of food suitable for both adults and children. What stood out most was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Every interaction was positive, and they went out of their way to ensure our family had a pleasant stay. We leave Phuket with wonderful memories and would not hesitate to recommend Holiday Inn Resort Phuket to families looking for a comfortable, convenient, and child-friendly resort.

We had another wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn in Phuket. This is our third time here, and every single visit leaves us smiling and truly happy with the service. The staff are always welcoming, friendly, and genuinely caring. The level of service is exceptional and consistent across the entire hotel. The breakfast is one of the best and most indulgent we’ve experienced rich variety, high quality, and beautifully presented every morning. A special mention goes to Oilly from the dining room she is absolutely amazing. Her warmth, attention, and positive energy made our experience even more special. We will definitely keep coming back.
