Had a good time here. Food was a lot better than I expected - especially after reading other reviews. I guess if you are coffee lover, you'd have to pay separately for a Barista coffee ☕😜. Staff were friendly. Checkout is at noon, but you can get a day pass to use the rest of the resort facilities. Not a lot of choices for in-house restaurants. Good variety of drinks included in the full board offering. If you get bored of the resort, they have free access to a beach club nearby with more pools and facilities. Also had a day trip excursion to Marbella. Won't say it is one of the best I've been to. All in all, the resort merits the hotel-star rating it has 😁. Comes recommended.

Stunning hotel second time there kids loved it. Very clean and nice scented smells.large pool and loved he water park Only down fall for me was the food especially for the kids. The water park restaurant is nice lots of options but the main buffet back in the hotel is horrible I lived off pasta and chips for a week my kids were eating rice and chips ! I do think there should be a little counter for kids like pizza. Fish fingers and nuggets etc I have been to many hotels that provided this. It was mostly fish every night,

What a fantastic hotel experience. Very clean and tidy, very well kept, very friendly helpful staff, excellent food and drink, super pools and great poolside entertainment. We stayed here as part of a package deal from a major tour operator for 7 days on an all inclusive basis Whilst check-in can take some time, it's well worth it. All standard drinks and food are included, making the experience so easy, especially with the kids. Breakfast, lunch and evening meal are hosted in the main restaurant with inside and outside seating- all managed so professionally, they have it organised so well. The food ranges change each day with themes, for example; Asian, British, Indian.... Although there is always a standard offering of pasta, chips, meats, rolls for those more picky eaters. Food quality is great, constantly replenished and you simply have as much as you want. The staff are on hand to clear away old plates once you have finished with them. The desserts are amazing, and offer many different cakes, fruits, jellies etc etc as well as a chocolate ice-cream machine and tubs of ice-cream in a mini freezer. There's a great amusement area with pool tables and games machines, these so cost Euros but not too expensive. The spa is lovely and you get an hour included with your all inclusive deal. There's entertainment at the poolside each day with different sports, games and a dance-fitness session at 5pm each day which is a lot of fun. There's snack bars at the poolside as well and plenty of sun loungers, although you still get those people that feel the need to put their towel on the sunbeds.... I can't recommend this hotel enough, I would definitely go back, it was a fantastic holiday with our grand daughter.

A dirty and old hotel and very expensive. And then even more It charges for everything. Only gives 2 towels for the pool and charges for new ones. EVEN CHARGES FOR THE USE OF SAFETY BOX FROM ROOMS! The restaurant food is not nice at all. Simple and same food. And the restaurant and the food presentation is dirty even at opening time. It was dirty all the time. They have parrots INDOOR that never gets to get in contact with the ☀️ Sun! And they have a truly disgusting water with all sorts of metal and coins where they keep fishies that are sick ( a form of cancer from the polluted water! So sad ! The balcony lights outdoor are not possible to be switched off … Not nice for sensitive sleeping. And then you have the train passing buy right near the pool 🙈. The beach is very far as well . So i did not enjoy my time there sadly

This hotel is far below the standard I would expect from Melia. The property is old and clearly in need of significant renovation. The food was disappointing and consistently below average, despite the all-inclusive package. The pool area was poorly maintained, with cigarette butts scattered around and guests smoking constantly, even in areas heavily frequented by children. This made it difficult to enjoy the facilities. While our room was acceptable overall, the bathtub was dirty and had what appeared to be old chewing gum stuck to the surface. Hygiene standards throughout the hotel were questionable, as several public restrooms were repeatedly missing soap. The buffet’s outdoor seating area was also in poor condition. Parts of the roof had visible holes, and bird droppings were everywhere—on lamps, sunbeds, and other furniture. Many of the sunbeds were broken, sagging so badly that your back nearly touched the ground when lying down. Overall, this hotel does not meet the quality, cleanliness, or maintenance standards associated with the Melia brand. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here.
