This is an excellent resort with some truly great features, but there are a few issues that should have been handled much better, given the high price point (and high-end classification). The food is generally tasty, and there is a wide variety of choices at every meal. However, the selection remains largely the same, and some dishes are occasionally not fresh—something unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. Food and drinks are available throughout the day at various locations, including bars and restaurants. All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included (all-inclusive service). It is a large complex with grounds that require walking up and down hills, so it is not suitable for people with limited mobility. Rooms are for 3 person. If are family with 2 teenager, then better take two rooms. The beach, sea, and pools are lovely, and there are plenty of amenities for children. The entertainment team is excellent, and the mini-disco was one of the best for kids. The indoor pool was great on rainy days; the water is warm, and the complex includes three separate pools. Finding sun loungers around the pool can be a challenge, as many guests claim them early with towels and then stay away for long periods. Available loungers on the beach or by the pool can usually only be found after 4 PM. Prices for massages and the hammam are excessively high. Another major issue was the elevators in one section of the hotel, which were constantly breaking down. The hotel is in need of quality maintenance, after which it could successfully operate for another 20 years. All in all, the resort features nice pools, a good beach, tasty food, and fun amenities for children.

Overall, this is an okay resort with some genuinely good features, but there are several issues that should be handled much better at this price point. The food is generally tasty and there is plenty of variety at each meal. However, the selection is largely the same every day, so it becomes repetitive during a longer stay. Most dishes with sauces are also slightly spicy, which means the options are not always suitable for toddlers or children who prefer milder food. This is a large resort, so guests should expect a fair amount of uphill and downhill walking every day. That is not necessarily a problem, but it is worth considering for families with young children, pushchairs, elderly guests, or anyone with limited mobility. The beach, sea and pools are all nice, and there is plenty for children to do. The animation team is good, and the mini disco was one of the highlights for our child. However, the indoor pool was closed throughout our entire stay, which we didn't care about but it might be worth to note. Finding sunbeds around the pools can be challenging because many guests reserve them early with towels and then disappear for long periods. I eventually dealt with this by removing towels from clearly unused reserved beds and using them myself. Unfortunately, when the hotel does not enforce its own rules, guests are left to solve the problem themselves. I also paid for a massage and hammam experience, which was solid overall - around 8/10. However, the way the free Turkish bath facilities are managed was disappointing. The hammam is supposedly available to all guests, but my husband was told he could not use it because there was nowhere to leave his phone and room key. Strangely, storage space was available when I arrived for my paid treatment. It felt like guests who do not want to purchase additional services are deliberately discouraged from using the facilities included in their stay. That reflects a wider issue across the resort: there is a lot of upselling. Someone is frequently trying to sell you a treatment, excursion, photograph or other extra. Prices also seem flexible depending on where staff believe you are from, so I would recommend asking for the price in advance and being prepared to negotiate or decline. The drinks, particularly the alcoholic drinks and cocktails, were poor. The cocktails are often not remotely similar to what you would normally expect when ordering by name. To be fair, I have had a similar experience at several all-inclusive resorts in both Turkey and Egypt, but it is still something guests should be aware of. Another major issue was the elevators in one section of the hotel, which were constantly out of order. This was not an occasional inconvenience but a recurring problem throughout the stay. Guests placed on higher floors, especially families with pushchairs or small children, may find this extremely frustrating. One final and important note for families: there are lifeguards around the pools, but parents still need to watch their children constantly. During our stay, a child almost drowned in one of the pools. It happened incredibly quickly and was a frightening reminder that lifeguards are not a substitute for close supervision. Overall, the resort has nice pools, a good beach, tasty food and enjoyable children’s entertainment. However, the repetitive meals, broken elevators, sunbed situation, aggressive upselling and questionable handling of the supposedly free hammam facilities affected the experience. For the amount charged, these issues should be managed far better. We have stayed at smaller resorts in the Antalya region that were considerably better organised and offered a smoother overall experience.

We stayed at this hotel for a week and had a wonderful experience. The animation team was especially lovely — they were always friendly, helpful and welcoming. There was also a great variety of food, and our room was always clean and comfortable. What we enjoyed the most, though, was the atmosphere. There was something going on every day, with shows, dancing, music and lots of entertainment. The whole place had such a fun and positive energy, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with a lively and friendly atmosphere.

Overall, our holiday was enjoyable. The hotel complex was large, clean and seemed well maintained. The complex consists of the main hotel building and two adjacent buildings on either side, Block A and Block B. We stayed in Block A on the second floor. The staff were helpful, friendly and responded immediately. On the positive side, I would mention the large swimming pools, which were never overcrowded during our stay. The water was warm enough even for children. The hotel facilities were among the better ones we have experienced so far. They were not perfect, but they were fine. We were given a large family room consisting of two separate rooms. Each room had two beds, so the children slept in their own room and the parents had their own room too, which was great :) Each room had its own balcony. The toilet was separate from the shower, which I appreciated. There was plenty of modern wardrobe space, lots of mirrors, comfortable mattresses and nice bedding. The only negative thing I would mention was the unpleasant smell in the room when we checked in. We had to air it out properly because of the humidity. Also, due to the high humidity in the rooms, all the metal parts of the furniture were corroding. The minibar was refilled every day free of charge (Pepsi, Mirinda, water and sparkling water). You also get two access cards for the room. Food: Typical Turkish all-inclusive, meaning a huge selection of food always and everywhere. There is no need to go specifically for breakfast or lunch, as you can eat at almost any time and almost anywhere. The bars are open until midnight, and one bar is open 24 hours a day, with food also available. Every evening there is a children's disco and an entertainment programme according to the schedule. In the evening there is also a small disco for adults in the restaurant downstairs near the beach. Near the hotel there is a promenade where you can walk to Side Old Town in about 25 minutes, which is an excellent location for evening walks. The old town is beautiful, especially in the evening. Beach: Probably the biggest disappointment. The beach is sandy and the sea was pleasantly warm, around 30 degrees in mid-September. However, the beach was overcrowded and it was difficult to find a sunbed with an umbrella. There was no shower, and the water tap where you could wash your feet when leaving the beach had such a weak flow that there was almost no water coming out. On top of that, there was a terrible sewage smell nearby. Wi-Fi was excellent, which worked really well everywhere, even on the beach! One more thing worth mentioning is that some guests might find the main restaurant too crowded during lunch and dinner. It gets really busy, with a lot of people everywhere. Personally, I found it a bit too noisy and hectic. I would have appreciated a quieter and more relaxed atmosphere while eating. Otherwise, the surroundings were beautiful, with palm trees, lots of flowers, a clean and well-maintained promenade and plenty of hotels where something was happening every evening. There are beautiful bars and restaurants along the promenade towards Side Old Town, where you can also watch football on large screens. Considering that our holiday in September was 50% cheaper than in August, I have to say that the value for money was excellent. We would happily return here again. The children enjoyed it, my wife did too, and that means I'm happy as well :) The promenade is also great for running, but I recommend going early in the morning. Later it gets crowded with people, which makes running quite difficult, and it is also very hot and humid. So overall, the holiday was great! It is not exactly a top hotel, but anyone who is not too demanding will be satisfied.

Amazing stay for our honeymoon at the Horus Paradise! Our travel agent mentioned that we were on our honeymoon and we had our room upgraded and housekeeping put flowers on our bed for our arrival. Fantastic location with only a short bus (10 euro taxi) to Side or a 30 min walk. Side old town is beautiful with plenty of shops and bars to suit everyone and the amphitheatre is definitely one to see. At the hotel there are plenty of pools to suit your vibe! Ours was definitely the pool near the bar which had music and daily entertainment. I cannot thank the entertainment team and bar staff enough (especially Ozzy!) as they all worked so hard to make our stay perfect! The hotel is full of different nationalities so can make for some really interesting conversations and new friends. The food is very European friendly so if you are a fussy eater like me you may have to search for something you like but there is so much choice I always found something. Our room was cleaned daily and towels changed when left in the shower as most hotels now. The hotel is huge with 3 different buildings and so it took us a day to figure out our way around but staff will always help out. Overall for the price we paid we could not have asked for a better stay for our honeymoon. Thank you.
