I stayed at this hotel for one week during Ironman Lanzarote, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it without hesitation. The hotel offers a spacious and welcoming lobby area... stylish, elegant, yet never trying too hard to be overly trendy. What stood out most, however, was the exceptionally well-trained, friendly, and genuinely charming staff, both at reception and in the restaurant. The buffet ranged from good to very good, while the table service was consistently excellent. The pool area is not particularly large, but despite the hotel being fully booked, it never felt crowded. A real highlight is the direct access to a small and beautiful beach, as well as to the larger Playa del Carmen beach just to the left of the hotel. For me personally, it was the perfect location, as the swim start for Ironman Lanzarote was only about 200 meters away. I would especially recommend this hotel to any athlete coming for the race. Excellent value for money! Easily five out of five stars.

An absolutely amazing experience. Beautiful grounds, outstandingly friendly staff and really delicious food, both at breakfast and dinner, plus great leisure activities. The only real shame is that guests are allowed to put their towels on the sunbeds as early as 7 a.m. to reserve them. Even though it's against the rules, nobody sticks to them, and the hotel doesn't seem to care either. Please fix this! We'll definitely be back!

The grounds are manicured and elegant, the staff make you feel welcome and at ease. An example of the detail is we attended the hotels 60th birthday and the event was so fun and well planned by Carolina we would like to visit again for the 70th. Some examples for our favourite parts of our stay, the wider team were so excellent it feels unfair not to name them all but these stood out for us: The chefs table experience was exciting and meticulously delivered by Barbra who kindly managed dietary restrictions with the chefs brilliantly. On checking in Javier was very creative and organised with the whole team to make our group’s celebration truly special. Mario kindly worked with us to make a great surprise. Throughout our stay the kitchen and the guest experience team coordinated to provide excellent gluten free Panackes each morning & even a special gift on my birthday from Ulrike & her team. I would like to start this review with a massive thank you. The people working at this hotel are absolutely incredible. Everyone, without exception, was truly friendly and very helpful. It was a pleasure to chat with them. Working with so many people can't be easy, but they manage to stay genuine and positive. The staff truly goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Thank you so so much! 🛏The hotel has a lot to offer. First of all, the rooms are stylish and comfortable. We also had a lovely view from our balcony and happily spent some of our time there. 🍝The food was delicious, and the variety was great. I also found it smart that some appetizers and desserts were served in bite-size portions. There was also no queue at the coffee machine during breakfast, because the waiters serve coffee and orange juice themselves. Cappuccino and latte are also available. 🏖The outside area is smartly organised. There are a few areas where you can sunbathe, as well as various sitting and lying options. The beach is separated by a glass fence, so the guests have privacy and a nice view. You are only a few steps away if you want to swim in the ocean. 🧘‍♀️There were many guests during our stay, from 14 to 24 May, but it never felt crowded, neither at the beach nor during meals. 🌴The garden is, without a shadow of a doubt, a masterpiece. It is impossible not to enjoy its beauty. The designers and gardeners must be given a medal. It is also remarkable how volcanic stone was used in the hotel’s design. It looks natural and blends beautifully with everything else. 🤔One thing that raised some questions was the placement of the electrical outlets and light switches. They were right in the middle of the headboard, so no cuddling if you want to charge your phone overnight :) I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to forget the cares of the world and enjoy a truly luxurious holiday. My husband and I will definitely come again!

A group of seven of us attended the evening BBQ on The Terrace . It was absolutely superb!! The location, ambience, staff, care & attention , the fun & the food were out of this world. We had a wonderful experience !!!
