I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely lovely and the service was excellent from start to finish. They even arranged a lovely birthday attention for me, which was such a thoughtful touch and made my stay even more special. A special thank you to Linh and Alan, who were incredibly kind, attentive and always willing to help. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the Petronas Towers. The breakfast was also varied and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel! ❤️

I recently stayed at Hotel Maya Kuala Lumpur City Centre and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the Petronas Twin Towers, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shopping options nearby. The room was spacious, comfortable, and provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. A special shout-out to Emily and Linh, who were especially kind and attentive and really helped make my stay more enjoyable. Their warm hospitality and great service left a very positive impression. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient. While the hotel is a little dated in some areas and a few facilities could benefit from better maintenance, the convenient location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service more than made up for it. Overall, I had a great experience at Hotel Maya and would happily consider staying here again on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur. Thank you again to Emily, Linh, and the rest of the team for the wonderful hospitality!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Maya! Everything was great from the room, cleanliness and especially the thoughtful honeymoon arrangement. The swan towel decoration, chocolates and handwritten card were such a lovely surprise and really made our stay feel extra special. 🤍 We were also very satisfied with the breakfast! There was a good variety of food and everything we tried was delicious. Definitely a great way to start our day. 🥰 Special thanks to Mr. Kamarul, Senior GSM, for being so friendly, helpful and welcoming. He was really attentive and made sure we were happy with our room arrangement. Truly appreciate the warm hospitality! Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and definitely would love to come back again. Thank you Hotel Maya for making our honeymoon so memorable! 🤍✨

Nice Stay with Friendly Service Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel was nice and comfortable, and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also good, with a decent variety of choices. One downside was that our room was located beside a construction site, so there was some noise during the day. However, the hotel provided earplugs, which was a thoughtful gesture and helped to reduce the disturbance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the friendly service.
