Excellent hotel, have been going there for almost 30 years now, that’s how much we love everything about it. Excellent location with small walking distance to the beach and all amenities, great variety of cafes, restaurants and bars with great entertainment also within walking distance. Extremely warm welcome from the minute you arrive at the hotel, very pleasant , friendly and helpful staff who go over and above to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The hotel you can clearly see on arrival is bright, with lovely decor and immaculate. The rooms are also immaculate and very inviting with extremely large and comfortable beds. The pool area is beautiful with a large amount of sun loungers and you don’t have to worry about getting up early to put a towel down, always enough space for everyone in our experience on going every year, May and September.Great experiences during the day with excellent entertainment staff who go out of their way to make everyone feel included and welcomed. The staff in the restaurant are all very friendly and welcoming and the food in our experience was of good quality and good variety. Everything about our stay from the extremely pleasant,welcoming young man at check in (so sorry we didn’t get his name ) was amazing he was so helpful and remembered us from our last visit. Every night we were welcomed back into the hotel at the end of the evening with such a happy smile from the night receptionist Raffa, who is an absolute joy and in our opinion such an asset to the hotel with his joyful aura. Would always recommend this hotel to friends and family as everything about it we can’t fault, brilliant experience all round.

Absolutely perfect in all areas. As soon as we arrived we were treated by a lovely young lady on reception who made nice light conversation while we checked in. We knew then we had chosen well. We stayed for 7 nights and didn't want to leave. Good selection of beautiful foods with different choices each day. ALL staff very welcoming and friendly. Nothing to much trouble and all made us feel very included. Rooms cleaned to a high standard. Hotel was spotless. Rooftop pool area was fantastic and so peaceful. Lots of little touches that you don't get elsewhere. We arrived late and had missed dinner but they prepared a lovely selection of food for us and opened the restaurant so we could sit and eat. (No pre wrapped sandwich and bottle of water) We are in the process of booking for next year but will definitely be staying longer. Can't wait to return.

Wow what can I say, just got home after a week here celebrating my 60th with my girlfriends. This hotel is amazing. Spotlessly clean, food wow beautifully cooked so much to choose from. Great bedrooms would be nice to have a few more English Chanel’s on TV 😊. 10 mins walk to beautiful beach, shops and bars. All the staff are amazing keep up the good work 👏🏼👏🏼. Everyone was so friendly. I will definitely be back and my friends have said the same. I can see why people return.

Really liked this hotel rooms were cleaned and replenished every day. Food was lovely something for everyone even if your gluten free there were options. Didn't like the restaurant near the pool area but thats my opinion. The poolside always got a sun lounger some pool entertainment daily. Games by the pool bar at the pool also. They could do with a little snack bar for like chips or toasties by the pool. Shops are 5 mins walking distance. Entertainment at night between bingo, live singers, good atmosphere. Lifts in the hotel are tiny . Really cant fault this hotel a/c was lovely and cool . Anything we needed help with or anything the staff were very helpful.

We stayed in Zafiro don Rey Jaime 14 nights our first time in Santa Ponsa We were all inclusive we enjoyed everything the food there is something for everyone the Ala carte resteraunt and snack bar was our favourite to dine. The cocktails amazing choice and the entertainment Staff are brilliant Milan, Nico & Ishmael were brilliant with us kept us entertained loved the bingo, killer pool, killer darts French boules & the kareoke. The staff are all lovely here and the rooms and hotel is spotlessly clean. You also get pool towels which is amazing they are big and fluffy saves you having to pack them. The hotel is in an ideal location not far from the strip but quiet if you want away from it. The Coffee Frappes are amazing well the ones here are awesome & The cocktails too we had the most amazing time and met lovely people a fantastic holiday & stay will defo be back
