Great start to the holiday was given glasses of champagne on arrival. Rooms are nice, there are water coolers available to refill water bottles, we were in room 332 and there was one just a couple doors down from us. The food selection in the buffet always has something for everyone. We love the entertainment during the day, a selection of sports and activities that rotate, with the chance to win a medal from some activities. The pool is lovely and plenty of sun loungers - you can normally get a couple even later in the day. The staff are helpful and friendly and the evening entertainment and the animation team are great!!

We had a brilliant time at Hovima Cool. Hotel is immaculately clean and very modern. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The entertainment team keep you entertained throughout the day and night. The pool area is lovely and clean. Food was lovely with lots of selection and it was served hot, the restaurant staff never stop and are polite and friendly. We will definitely return.

Our stay at HOVIMA Costa Adeje – For Cool Adults has been absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the friendly staff, who always went out of their way to make our holiday special. Room 806 became our little home in Tenerife. Waking up each morning to the sunshine and knowing we had another day to relax and enjoy everything the hotel has to offer was a real treat. The room was comfortable, spotless and the perfect place to unwind after a day by the pool. We loved the relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel, the delicious food and drinks, and the fact that every member of staff seemed genuinely happy to help. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into making guests feel valued. This holiday has given my boyfriend and me some wonderful memories together, and HOVIMA has been a huge part of that. Thank you for making our stay in Room 806 so memorable—we’re already hoping to return one day!

We are currently staying in room 602. Our stay so far has been great, our room is very clean and there is plenty of food and drink to choose from. The entertainment in the evening is a lot of fun and they have also accommodated viewings of the World Cup so you can still enjoy that too. We really enjoyed the casino night! Lots of little extras, we had a birthday here and were presented with a special treat at the dinner service which we hadn’t asked for but was a lovely touch! We had the manager of the dinner service even remember us the next day asking if we enjoyed our treat, it’s kind he recognised us! Would recommend a visit here!

From the moment we arrived at HOVIMA Cool Adults, the whole experience was amazing. We upgraded to Excellence, and it was well worth the extra money. The mini bar in the room was an added bonus and a really nice touch. The food was very good for an all-inclusive resort, and there was very little I could complain about. There are three Excellence restaurants to choose from; we only tried the Asian restaurant during our stay, but the food was absolutely beautiful. The staff really made the experience special. The entertainment team, bar staff, waitresses and front-desk staff were all fantastic, and I genuinely couldn’t fault a thing. We stayed in room 904 and couldn’t have been happier. The view was amazing and the room was comfortable. One small suggestion would be for the entertainment team to spend a little more time around the Excellence area inviting guests to join in with the games and activities. That said, we probably could have joined in more ourselves if we had followed the hotel app properly! One tip: bring your own iron! The one provided by the hotel is shocking 😂. And don’t buy the gold from the lady setting up in the lobby — I got caught out with that one! Overall, a fantastic stay and one I would happily recommend. We had an amazing time and would definitely return!
