We stayed for 3 nights as a party of two, the welcome drinks were unexpected and a very pleasant surprise. The full complex was very clean and tidy. The room was turned over daily and to a high standard. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious enough. The food was nice at all meal services and there was always plenty of choice. Plenty of tables available so there was no waiting for a space. The snack bar near the pool had a decent choice available if you didn't want to use the restaurant. The pool opened at 8.30, a small queue formed but there was more than enough beds to get a space where you wanted to be. There is some of the usual people reserving beds and dissapearing for most of the day but there was still beds available. The pool bar very rarely had a queue and drinks were flowing all day. Our only gripe was the machine used to wash the cups didnt rinse the detergent off propperly and that made our lips and mouth numb, I quietly informed the rep and it was dealt with straight away. Overall it was an outstanding few days in the sun and the hotel staff couldn't do enough for you, I would definitely return here!!

More positives than negatives. Only two negatives but an issue for us : the beds, two single beds pushed together to make a double is fine combined with double linen covers etc for a couple but putting together and making up two single beds as two separate beds is a first and strange for a couple on holiday together . Other negative was the food was so repetitive only changed once in ten days maybe change the selection every few days or a theme night like most 4 stars do and the a la carte doesn’t count as to which was a huge let down. What we did enjoy: Lovely clean hotel , friendly staff, great location, drinks ok for an all inclusive not the best but I’ve had worse elsewhere food is descent in the Buffet would score higher if changed selection more than once every 10 days . Spa and massage worth the money enjoyed that. Entertainment was ok , over all a descent enough hotel just the food selection and beds needs addressing so 4/5 as we still enjoyed our stay!!

Lovely quiet adults only hotel, in walking distance to the lovely Fanabe beach, shops and bars. Great entertainment team and waiting/bar staff. Front of desk staff friendly and helpful. Different choice of food every day, although sometimes dry leftovers in the snack bar. The rooms are nice and modern but the air conditioning isn’t great, unless you stand right in front of it, you wouldn’t know it was on. All in all a great hotel. (Room 636)

Been here for a couple of days and the time here so far is all good. Nice food, staff friendly and entertainment team are doing a fantastic job. Room is cleaned to a very good standard. I would highly recommend this hotel . I have a room on level 6 with a fabulous view of the sea

I am here now in room 305 . As usual (this is our 3rd visit this year and about 15th overall) the hotel is excellent. Despite some changes to staff , particularly the animation team this doesn’t appear to have affected our experience. The food and overall hotel service remains good but the continued segregation of guests (excellence packages and room upgrades etc) is becoming more noticeable and much commented on by other guests and not I feel, in the spirit of this lovely friendly place.
