An Unforgettable Stay at HOVIMA La Pinta This was our second stay at HOVIMA La Pinta and once again we absolutely loved our time here. The hotel continues to exceed our expectations and we genuinely have zero negatives to mention. The hotel was spotless, the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the beachfront location was perfect. Returning for a second visit only confirmed how special this place is, thanks to the incredible staff. A huge, heartfelt thank you to David, who was the highlight of our stay at the hotel. He went above and beyond, especially with the kids. From creating custom handshakes with my son Freddie, to dancing with my other son Tommy and constantly encouraging his dance moves, the confidence and joy he brought out in him was amazing to see. What made it even more special was how David greeted us when we saw him out in public, which really shows how genuine and caring he is. He didn’t just entertain — he truly connected. We’d also love to give a special mention to Álvaro, who took the time to chat with us after spotting my Cavan jersey and sharing stories about his own time there. Those personal moments meant so much and perfectly summed up the warmth and friendliness of everyone at La Pinta. HOVIMA La Pinta is a hotel we will continue to return to. Lovely hotel ideally placed for accessing the beach, bars and restaurants. We had a room with a balcony overlooking sea. Hotel la Pinta has a focus on families and very quiet after 10pm. The main restaurant can be very noisy at mealtimes as can be expected as a family hotel. M The animation team work very hard at entertaining the guests, the primary focus is on the children.

We stayed for 10 days at the beginning of December, and this was our second visit to HOVIMA La Pinta Beachfront Family Hotel. What can we say — another amazing time. The moment we arrived, Giorgia and staff recognised us from our previous stay, which was such a lovely touch. They truly can’t do enough for you and make you feel so welcome from the minute you check in. We travelled with our two boys, who absolutely loved the kids’ club. The animation team are incredible — full of energy, kindness, and genuine enthusiasm. A special shout‑out to Daniel and David, who hands down make the best Sangria and Mojitos and bring such fun. The rooms are clean and spacious. Excellent location. Both times we have stayed in Superior Sea view room We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you!!

We have just got back from our 8-day stay and my son is already asking when we can go back! I want to say a huge thank you to the Kids Club and Baby Club teams. My 4-year-old absolutely LOVED going — and he’s not usually a fan of nursery! It might have something to do with the giant soft play and the fantastic staff who truly get involved and play with the children. A special thank you to Dominka in Baby Club. She was incredible with my 20-month-old, especially as it was his first time being away from us. She was so patient and caring. We did a gentle “soft start,” gradually building him up over the week to two hours so we could enjoy some time at the spa, and she made the whole process feel so reassuring. Our room was fantastic! It was spacious, and such a spectacular feeling walking straight through to the balcony and seeing the view of the beach, splash park and pools. The kids couldn’t wait to get in every day! The cleaning staff were also wonderful. They take such care in making sure your room is spotless and really go the extra mile — even when your son decides to put the “Do Not Disturb” sign on for no reason while you’re out on an excursion! Reception made check-in quick and efficient, keeping my little ones smiling and laughing while we waited. They were always ready to help with anything we needed — especially Georgia, who resolved any issues quickly and was so helpful booking our tours and taxis. The only area that didn’t quite match the rest of the experience was the food. There were two days where we really enjoyed what was offered and everything was eaten, but overall the buffet and the restaurant often seemed to serve very similar dishes. A little more planning and variety would make a big difference, as much of the food was fish or seafood-based and felt quite random at times. On one evening at the restaurant, we didn’t eat our starter and ended up leaving during the main course, which was disappointing. That said, everything else about our stay was truly wonderful. Thank you all for making our family holiday so specia, we’ve made the most beautiful memories and our little boy is already counting down to coming back.

A great location with tunnel from pool to beach. The rooms are large, balconies are just right but noisy when entertainment is on, thankfully this does not affect the bedroom. Michael Jackson act was enjoyable.
