From the welcome home, to the attentive service of all staff, we would like to thank the Hyatt for making our stay with them another wonderful experience. We would like to acknowledge Chef Pranidya who went the extra mile to source onde onde and to ensure they were personally delivered. His attention to detail in the Omang Omang restaurant was evident. He greeted guests, saw to staff and ensured that both the service and food was up to the standards expected. It was a joy to be greeted by such wonderful staff. The Hyatt location is an ideal oasis in the hub of Sanur. It's location makes it ideal for those wanting a beach front experience with direct access to the beach broadwalk. At entry level you have access to the hum and bustle of street vendors and eateries. The Hyatts gardens and facilities are just superb. From the gym facilities and day spa, to its restaurants you are spilt and pampered, but best of all and I believe the most important is the Staff. No problem is to big, solutions are arrived at and they are always so happy to assist. We look forward to be welcomed home to the Hyatt again.

Love this place. Great service, good food, lots of options. Clean beach and rooms. The staff are lovely and really care about you. The restaurants, beach bar, pool - all great attentive service. Staff are attentive, and service is quick. The location is also great along a cycling track along the beach, there are bikes at the hotel too. Left feeling refreshed and relaxed. On a side note the grounds are so lush and tropical, the hotel is big but it feels very private and has a tropical oasis feel.

Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Bali was the best vacation my partner and I have ever experienced. The staff were the kindest people we have ever met and made us feel truly special. We felt like royalty for two weeks, and we already miss this wonderful hotel and beautiful place. We will definitely be coming back. The rooms were both cozy and elegant at the same time. The breakfast was unbelievably good, with an outstanding variety and excellent service.

the Hyatt Regency is outstanding. the service was more than excellent (thankyou especially to Siwi). the food was terrific and the room was perfect. Loved easy, covered access from the room to restaurants. the pool is amazing with a couple of options. the grounds are beautiful. it's nicely out of the main bustle of Sanur, but easy walking along the beach or road

Kudos to the staffs from the guest service, spa, gym and to the restaurant. Hospitality at its best. They basically catered to our requests and always greeted us warmly everywhere. Minor feedback for the prawn pizza and fish we ordered in the Pizzeria restaurant: dough was uncooked and fish was overcooked.
