This was our first trip to Bali, and the Hyatt was a phenomenal choice. It provided an excellent home base to return to each day after our adventures (we did Nusa and the waterfalls), as well as a great resort to relax at during our downtime. The breakfast buffet is a MUST, and we thoroughly enjoyed the two dinners we had there (the BBQ and the Pizzeria). While the entire staff was incredible, we want to give a special shout-out to Yoga, who took care of us during many of our meals. He was incredibly friendly and provided fantastic company and service. The only surprise was the number of children at the resort. We were in Bali for our honeymoon and tried to pick a resort with a more adult atmosphere. While the website made it seem like it would be a bit quieter, there were quite a few families. Ultimately, it didn't impact our experience too much since the adult pool and the sheer size of the resort helped, but it's just something for future travelers to keep in mind.

We had an amazing stay at Hyatt Regency. The service was top-notch from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive; they even remembered our names, which made the experience feel very personal and special. The resort itself is surrounded by beautiful nature and a relaxing environment. The food was also excellent, with plenty of delicious options every day. We truly enjoyed our time here and felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We will definitely come back again next year. Highly recommended!

Exceeded all expectations! A perfect luxury escape in Sanur！ We chose this hotel for a quiet year-end getaway, and it was worth every penny. Breakfast: An amazing variety! They rotate daily dishes (Chinese, Indian, Korean, etc.), so you never get bored. Honestly, it tasted better than eating out. Club Lounge: Perfect for those who want to relax with drinks. They offer free-flow alcohol and great light bites for a few hours in the evening—ideal if you prefer a light dinner with drinks. Rooms & Cleanliness: The room was very spacious with a perfect bathroom. The property is spotless, thanks to the hardworking staff cleaning from early morning with big smiles. Facilities: The grounds are huge and beautiful to walk around. We rented bikes and rode along the beachfront—it was so refreshing! It’s a bit pricey, but absolutely worth the value. We highly recommend it for a relaxing resort stay!

We stayed here for 10 nights during our 20 night trip to Bali. We wanted to thank Ina and Sampson at Omang Omang breakfast. They were really kind, and we miss their kindness. We also stayed at The Westin (best pastries) and Sofitel (best customer service) in Nusa Dua. Location-wise, Sanur was our favorite. It was so easy to walk out and find restaurants, shops, and the large ICON Bali Mall. The beach was really calm and nice for kids to play. My son really enjoyed the beach, especially when the tide was low. The rooms are updated, but the layout wasn't our favorite. The main pool is great and has plenty of shade, but the pool needs to be cleaned more often since the water isn't very clear. Tub was not draining so we did not use it for 10 days since we didn't want maintenance to come and interrupt. We had the breakfast buffet for 10 days, and the bakery items (the pastries were too damp) and coffee could be improved. (The Westin had the best coffee and pastries). We would definitely stay here again because of the location and the kind employees(there were a lot more but we don't remember the names) like Ina and Sampson, who made a huge difference.

We stayed 6 nights with my husband. I loved everything about the hotel. At first it has a very serene environment, has lush gardens, very green , pools with fish even a duck family in one of the ponds. When you walk from one place to another it is like paradise. It is maintained very well . All staff in the hotel are very friendly, accommodating . Our room was very well designed, it had a balcony where you can sit and relax and enjoy the gardens and see the part of the ocean. Bed, pillows were very comfortable, bathroom was nice. Everything in the hotel was very clean. You can access the beach and beach was very looked after. Sunrises from the beach was beautiful. You can swim in the sea depending on the tide times. We mostly used the adult pool near the spa which was very nice. Spa was very good had a cold jacuzzi and hot jacuzzi , steam room and Sauna . Breakfast was very good. For lunch and dinner you have lots of options , you can eat at the hotel or around it there are lots of places to eat. I loved everything about the hotel and looking forward to come again.
