We had the pleasure of hosting our company Iftar gathering at Hyatt Regency Creek Heights – Dubai, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The ambiance was elegant and perfectly suited for a Ramadan evening, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our employees. The Iftar buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, from traditional Arabic favorites to international cuisine, all beautifully presented and freshly prepared. The staff was extremely professional, attentive, and supportive throughout the event. Their hospitality and coordination ensured everything ran smoothly, allowing us to enjoy the evening without any concerns. Overall, it was a memorable and well-organized event. We sincerely appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend Hyatt Regency Creek Heights for corporate gatherings and special occasions.

Went here on a 4 day conference with spouse. Many of the participants were known to us and all were staying here. The staff is outstanding in their services: very fast, very understanding, & very helpful. The room I got had the most thoughtfully made storage which is quite unprecedented. The drawers, mirrors & cabinets were very thoughtfully designed to accommodate all needs of the travellers which really pleased me. The washroom was quite grand and offered both a Jacuzzi & a standing shower along with a kid bidet wash. I haven’t seen it ever before. However I didn’t like the sharp lights in the lobby ceiling which try to show a lighted sky but the lights in it are too sharp and not the right tone and leaves everything a shade dark. I liked the restaurant where we ate the breakfast which was complementary. Everything tasted very good and tastes were authentic though I didn’t find the cuisine selection very wide. It offered limited choices but made up by offering good taste.

We had a really great stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, and the 24/7 service made everything very easy and comfortable. The staff truly made the difference: always kind, attentive, and genuinely caring about every detail. A special thank you to Chef Ayoub and Chef Fadi for the amazing food, and to Aya, Marwa Bahia, and Ettaki for their constant support and warm attitude. They really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. You can tell they truly care about their guests, and it shows in everything they do. We highly recommend this hotel

We stayed at Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights in February 2026, travelling from London as a family of four (two adults, a 6-year-old and a 7-month-old baby). We booked the trip as a package holiday through loveholidays.com. The hotel is exactly as beautiful as shown in the pictures—modern, elegant, and very well maintained. All of our requests were accommodated without any issues. In particular, we requested an extra bed and a baby crib, and the hotel went above and beyond by upgrading us to a huge apartment so everything would fit comfortably. This was done at no extra charge, which we really appreciated. I’m very sorry that I can’t remember the name of the gentleman at reception who arranged this upgrade, but a big thank you to him—it made a huge difference to our stay. We stayed in room 912. The room was clean, modern, and spacious. Special thanks to Binita and Narayan, who kept the room spotless throughout our stay. The view was fantastic—we could even see the Dubai Frame from our window. Our children were given welcome gifts on arrival (cute camel toys), which was a lovely touch and made them feel very special and we received welcome cake to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had access to the Club Lounge on the 32nd floor, which was a great bonus. There were soft drinks, coffee, tea, and cakes available, and it was a very pleasant place to relax. The swimming pool was heated and at the perfect temperature. Although we didn’t spend a lot of time there due to sightseeing, it was reassuring to see many attentive lifeguards on duty at all times. On occasions when I was alone at the pool with the kids, the staff were especially helpful and supportive—it really felt like I wasn’t on my own. The food was very tasty. For such a large hotel, I expected a slightly bigger food selection and dining area, but what was available was more than enough, with something for everyone. A further bonus was the free valet parking, which was very convenient and well organised. Although the hotel is very big, it never felt impersonal. The staff quickly remembered guests’ preferences and were proactive in offering help and anticipating needs, which made the stay feel personal and welcoming. Most importantly, the staff were outstanding. Always smiling, genuinely happy to help, and very accommodating with every request. They truly make this hotel special. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Stayed for one night at this hotel for the first time, and it was a wonderful experience. The room was very spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find a selection of fruits and dates on the table, along with a welcome card and a beautiful vase of flowers ,truly appreciated. Special mention to Sonu and Prabesh for the exceptionally clean room and the neatly presented amenities, bath towels, and bathrobes. Everything was well prepared and thoughtfully arranged. The only issue we encountered was that the room temperature felt warm. Despite several attempts to adjust it, it did not reach our preferred setting. Additionally, the chicken burger we ordered from room dining was a bit dry. I wish it could have been more juicy. However, overall, our experience was very good 😊 We will definitely be coming back ❤️
