My stay at the hotel was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check in smooth and effortless. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. The bed was especially comfortable, and the amenities provided made the stay feel luxurious. I would like to express my gratitude to Receptionist Mr. Afzaal, Chetna. I also want to thank the concierge team, including Yasir, Khaoula, Deborah, and Tirtha, for their exceptional hospitality.

I had a pleasant stay at the Hyatt hotel. The overall experience was very comfortable and enjoyable. The reception staff were especially supportive, friendly, and welcoming, which made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The dining area was good, with a nice selection of food, though it tended to be a bit crowded during peak hours. Despite that, the quality of service remained satisfactory. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely consider visiting again.

I stayed at Hyatt Regency Dubai for 3 days. Overall, my stay was pleasant, but I was very disappointed with the way my check-out situation was handled. I checked in at around 11:00 PM. On the third day, at approximately 9:00 AM, I went to the reception desk to confirm my check-out time. The receptionist clearly informed me that my check-out would be at 11:00 PM that day. Based on this information, I planned my day accordingly. However, at around 5:00 PM, I received a call from the hotel informing me that my reservation had already ended and that I needed to leave immediately or pay for an additional night. I have no issue with the hotel's check-out policy. My concern is that I relied on the information provided by the receptionist. When I spoke with the supervisor, he told me that he had already given me 6 extra hours and could charge me for them. Unfortunately, his tone and manner of speaking were not professional and made the situation even more unpleasant. I kindly ask the hotel management to review this matter, clarify why I was given incorrect information, and ensure that guests are treated with more respect and understanding in similar situations.

0/5 stars. Very disappointing experience at Hyatt Regency on 28-06-2026. During check-in, I was assigned Room 503. After reaching the room, I found that it was not cleaned at all. I immediately went back to the reception and informed the team member Aquib about the issue. Even though I understand the reception was busy, his response was extremely unprofessional and insensitive. I already waited more than one hour quietly for check-in without making any complaint. After the hotel’s mistake of assigning a dirty room, instead of resolving the issue quickly, I was again asked to stand in the queue and wait. This is not the level of service expected from a Hyatt Regency property. Guests should not be sent to unclean rooms, and staff should handle such situations with urgency and respect. Very poor customer service and a frustrating experience overall.

I wanted to bring to your attention the breakfast service experience between May 27th and May 30th. During these four days, breakfast was moved to the banquet hall to accommodate the large influx of guests over the Eid Al Adha holidays. Unfortunately, it appeared the team was significantly understaffed to handle a crowd of that scale. Additionally, there were no live stations operating during these four days, which impacted the overall dining experience. On a positive note, breakfast service returned to its usual high standard on May 31st when it moved back to the main Kitchen restaurant. Furthermore, I would like to highly commend your in-room services, which were excellent and fully in line with the premium reputation of your brand name. Given the property's calibre, I strongly recommend that management reviews its crowd-management strategies and staffing levels for the breakfast service during high-occupancy holiday periods.
