We absolutely loved the entertainment team and the evening shows. These people were not proficient in the entertainment business, they were also performing other tasks around the resort during the day, however they were absolutely very talented. We salute their talent and effort. The salted water pool with gentle slope entrace was perfect for the kids. The food was tasty with lots of options to choose from. Each evening had a different theme - from sushi to seafood. The rooms were large enough and newly renovated. It was a very good value for money.

A solid 3.5/5. I was very much expecting to have a bad experience. I read a lot of reviews where people complained about a lot of things. And also, the stomach bug going around. But our overall experience was quite good. Our room was great and clean and the cleaning staff did a great job throughout our stay. The rest of the hotel was fine too. The staff were mostly friendly and polite. Though some of them didn't seem to like their jobs particularly. In these kind of 5 star resorts I'm used to staff being much more friendly. There was one person in particular who fascinated me. This person said all the right things and was polite and professional but at the same time this person was borderline rude. Quite the achievement. The food was mostly alright. In the main restaurant, breakfast was mediocre. Lunch and dinner depended on the days but it was mostly alright. The food in the Italian and the Greek restaurants was great. I think that the problem for this hotel is the brand. The name Iberostar comes with expectations. And I'm pretty sure that this is one of the worst, of not the worst of the Iberostar hotels. Overall, decent, to good but not up to par with 5 stars or Iberostar.

This place is amazing!!! You can relax, you can enjoy, you can have fun, you can dream!!! Beautiful scenery, convienient and sophisticated facilities can provide you the well promising holidays you want to live in your holidays. The "Creta Marine" is the perfect combination nature and human, with breath taking gardens surrounding the human activities!!! The personnel is polite, always there to serve with good manners and a smile in their face!! The food is a daily experience and gives unexpected level of joy with big variety and tasteful dishes and offers of taste! This place offers athletic sports and places to follow, gym to exercise your every need for fitness, spa for special treatment and relaxation!!! Finally the pools are everywhere, impressive and gorgeous to offer plus happiness to you and your family!!! Thank you "Creta Marine" that gave to me and my family this great experience of relaxing and joyful holidays!!! I will be back next summer!!!

Compared to other 5-star hotels, the facilities and food here were overwhelmingly better and of top-tier quality. One of the best parts is that you can also access and use the facilities at the neighboring Iberostar property, which doubles the fun with a great variety of shows and events. With multiple swimming pools and private beaches scattered around, we never felt crowded even during peak season—it was so easy to relax and enjoy. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. It’s also in a fantastic location if you rent a car to explore the surrounding area, and parking is free. It really seems like Iberostar never disappoints no matter where you go!

This was by far one of the best IBEROSTAR SELECTION resorts we have visited so far. Being members of IBEROSTAR THE CLUB, we have been to a number of them in Mexico and DR, but this one surpasses all of them in terms of the architecture, layout, expanse, decor & friendliness of the staff. It was an experience to remember, as it was our first visit to Greece & this resort.The peace, quiet, tranquility & ocean front that this resort offers is truly magnificent. The DIAS Buffet was meticulous and managed very efficiently with very friendly staff. Our favourite hostess was MILENA. She was a lovely, attractive, friendly and charming hostess who made our visits to the DIAS Restaurant for breakfast & dinners, an event we looked forward to. She is full of life & laughter and keeps you entertained in a manner that makes you want to meet her each time we go there. We will definitely visit this resort again. Our 7 nights did not do justice to what we could have accomplished and enjoyed, had we stayed longer. Keep it up.. Creta Marine ...
