Located just a short walk away from Puerto Banús the hotel is ideally located for a peaceful stay with the hotel pool and garden providing opportunities for a restful lay in the sun. Our rooms on the 3rd floor were well equipped with hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The well stocked mini bar was maintained daily and was all inclusive in our board. A pleasant bonus was the ability’s to run Netflix from my phone to the TV for a late night chill(volume kept to a sensitive level). Staff are the hotels greatest asset, friendly and attentive from your very first meeting at check in till it was time to say goodbye.

If you've stayed in Iberostar hotels before, you'll have a very good idea of what to expect from the lovely Iberostar Coral Beach Marbella. The people who look after you are absolutely lovely. Almost without exception, they appear to love their jobs and nothing is too much trouble for them. From start to finish, I could not fault they. The hotel is well laid out (see buffet restaurant later!) and the rooms are a good size, well appointed and housekeeping keeps them looking very clean and tidy. The pool area at first seems like it might be too small, but it isn't and again the team that look after you are super. We had a good time relaxing around the pool. The pool restaurant is very good and you can have breakfast there which is lovely. It's a bit more a la carte and we liked sitting there in the morning. The main buffet restaurant is fine. It has a good selection of food and of course the staff are great, but really it's in the wrong place! It's on the same level as the underground parking. So it feels too dark and has no view out over the grounds or the sea. This is really my biggest criticism alongside the actual location of the hotel. What's wrong with the location I hear you ask. Well, nothing much if you like walking along broadwalks next to the beach and the sea - which we do. But the hotel is much nearer to Puerto Banus than it is to Marbella. Something we obviously should have thought more about. So a walk to Marbella old town was about 7km. Too much to pop in on foot in the evenings etc. If you ignore my two slight disappointments (buffet and hotel location) we did have a great time. We were well looked after in a nice environment by people who cared about doing their jobs well and ensuring that we had a good time.

My experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible, mainly because of Adriana and the reception manager. I was traveling with my child, and the reception staff refused to let us check in because my daughter’s age in their system was slightly different from the age on her passport. She is a child, and this has never been an issue at any hotel I’ve stayed at before. Instead of handling the situation professionally, Adriana and the reception manager were rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. They embarrassed me in front of other guests and forced me to pay an extra €200 per night. When I said I would rather cancel my stay and asked for my money back so I could book another hotel, they refused. I was even told, “If you don’t like it, leave the hotel.” That is one of the most disrespectful things I’ve ever heard from hotel staff. As if that wasn’t enough, the room was full of mosquitoes, and the cleanliness was far below the standard expected from this hotel. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Adriana and the reception manager made what should have been a pleasant family trip incredibly stressful and humiliating. I would never stay here again and would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

We had an amazing girls trip at the hotel. The location is just perfect, close to both Puente Romano and Puerto Banus. The rooms were quite big and very comfortable, and the staff were so nice and helpful all the time. Have to say the breakfast was one of the best parts of our stay, with a lot of choice. The fresh avocados were my favourite! And you have also an option for a late breakfast which we loved! We had an amazing experience and would definitely come back! :)))

My favorite hotel in Marbella! My husband and I have stayed here 6+ times in the last 5 years and love it each time. Walking distance to puerto banus, spacious rooms, great food and drinks and amazing hotel entertainment (Flamenco, World Cup watch parties, water aerobics, etc). It was our first time bringing our new baby girl and it is such a family friendly hotel. Highly recommend!
