A paradise of relaxation, where kindness and being pampered are part of everyday life. The rooms are spacious and welcoming, and the common areas are spotless, vast, and beautifully arranged. The idea of having a free ice and water dispenser on every floor is simply fantastic. The breakfast buffet is straight out of “One Thousand and One Nights.” The staff is courteous and always ready to help. There truly is something for everyone! If you want to enjoy the paradise of Costa Adeje, this is definitely the right place to “set camp.” From breakfast to the late evening, including pool time and dinner, various artists perform and create the perfect atmosphere with music and shows. Have you ever had breakfast while someone plays the harp beautifully just a few steps away? I have — and it happened in this wonderful hotel.

Needed a week in the sun, doing nothing,going nowhere.....perfect. From the friendly greeting at reception ( which smells devine),to the waiting and bar staff,pool staff,entertainment team and even the cleaners.....so polite and cheerful. Our room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel. We opted for bed and breakfast and I cannot think of a single thing not offered every day. It was so good we chose to stay for the Moroccan and Itallian themed nights. €40 pp or €45 with drinks. Very good value for money. The standard and choice was exceptional. The hotel uses an app for information, sunbed bookings, monitor bar bills etc and the facility to pay the bill whenever you want. I joined in the aqua classed which was a fun time due to the entertainment guys. The only down Side for me had nothing to do with the hotel, it was more the surrounding area which is very commercialised however if you chose to not go out ( as many people did) you wouldn't miss much. Definitely the best hotel we've been to in a good while.

Great location with a selection of pools if you upgrade to Star Prestige. This package gives you exclusive areas with dri as and snacks. Rooms are clean and the evening entertainment has been very good. Modern, contemporary style. Breakfast buffet is pretty standard for this level.of hotel. We haven't eaten restaurants in the evenings as we are on a B&B basis with the Star Prestige upgrade. A good balance

We had a fantastic stay! The highlight of this hotel is definitely the food – it’s absolutely outstanding. Every day there’s a themed section (Mexican, Japanese, etc.), along with a permanent Italian corner (pizza, pasta) and a grill offering both meat and fish. There are even three different types of paella each day! At breakfast, you can enjoy champagne, and one day there were oysters – that says it all about the quality :) The bartenders and restaurant staff are extremely friendly, polite, and always do their best to make guests feel welcome. There were only a couple of small things that could be improved – the evening entertainment is quite short (usually a short live music show around 9:30 p.m.), and once our room was missing towels, but the issue was quickly resolved by reception. I also really liked the pool area – you can reserve sunbeds easily through a smartphone app, so there’s no morning rush. It’s peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing or reading a book. Overall, a wonderful experience – highly recommended!

We stayed at this 5 star hotel on an all-inclusive basis and the experience was wonderful. The buffet is good, with nice food and decent service, but what really stood out for us were the bars, which were even better than the restaurant thanks to the empathy and friendliness of the whole team. We especially want to mention Salma, a waitress who is without a doubt the soul of the hotel. She served us several times both at the Lobby Bar and at the pool bar, always with a unique energy. She remembered our favorite drinks, served us quickly and kindly, and never lost her smile even while working long hours under the sun. Salma brings joy, professionalism, and a personal touch that makes you feel at home. She is truly the fingerprint of the hotel: a charming, brilliant young woman who is always ready to give her best. If this hotel is already excellent for its facilities and services, people like her take it to the next level. We 100% recommend this place, and we hope to see Salma again on our next visits.
