Brilliant hotel, we chose Tenerife and this hotel as it came highly recommended for it's gluten free catering and family friendly pools and entertainment. It's lived up to the hype! The food is amazing, staff are lovely and welcoming. Kids club and kids entertainment are great along with the pools and slides. Evening entertainment is also brilliant, loved the ABBA and Elton tribute acts so far. Location wise it's well placed for a walk down to the beach fronts (we went all the way to Los cristianos with the hired pushchair day one) and plenty of restaurants. Quick taxi ride to Siam Park. More than we've spent in the past and worth every penny, would definitely come back :)

Great family hotel. Travelling with my dad (age 83) and my daughter (age 5). Something for everyone and will definitely return. Fantastic hotel, great service, and great choice of food including vegetarian and gluten free. Slides area is brilliant for children of all ages. Mini disco is a big hit with enthusiastic staff. Great entertainment with a good variety of shows. A brilliant holiday.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. Rooms were of a good standard. Restaurant and food were very good with lots of choice and a kids area catering for younger guests. The water slides were fantastic and the kids spent hours on the slides and mimetous pools. There was plenty going on during the day and evening although we didn't take full advantage. Staff throughout the hotel were always pleasant and friendly. I would thoroughly recommend the hotel to families with children and would stay here again.

Awesome family friendly hotel, kids club, 4 swimming pools, 2 with slides! Evening entertainment for the kids is ideal. The bars and restaurant around the complex are brilliant, restaurant buffet is accomodating to all. Standard drinks on offer are perfect for Thursday little ones. Easy access onto the walkway which leads around the coastline both to the West and East. Will stay here again with my son as he loved it.

Brilliant hotel, in a fabulous location, walking distance to beaches, shops, restaurants and bars, not that it is needed, the all inclusive at this hotel is amazing. Food and drinks are lovely, with little added extras such as snacks at the bar, crisps, nuts, sweets etc as well as ice creams, ice lollies etc, brilliant when travelling with children which we were. Drinks are branded drinks, with plenty of self service areas for drinks too. Pool areas are amazing too, two big pools as well as a separate splash area for the kids, plenty of slides and pools to keep them entertained all day. Activities throughout the day and entertainment on a night was fabulous, staff are all fab. Staff at this hotel go above and beyond, julio, who we met when we first arrived at the hotel was an amazing help throughout the holiday. Helping with cases to the room, helping with the safety deposit box, giving as much support as he could, and always there with a smile and asking how we are each day, thank you for everything Julio C. Only thing I would say is that the rooms could do with a little update, still clean and plenty of room, but looking a little tired and in need of upgrade. However, this has not affected the 5 star rating I would give this hotel as everything else more than made up for it. Will absolutely be back, can not recommend enough. Brilliant hotel, amazing staff, and once again a massive thank you to Julio C, the hotel bell boy who goes above and beyond to help with anything he can.
