Thank you very much for your truly wonderful stay. My 5 year old son and I we had a great time! Here are some small small details which could be improved: For small children a booster seat for the breakfast and dinner would be great. I know you have baby chairs, but I'm talking about children aged 4 to 6, that would be a great help for them to eat properly (see pictures attached). Also for the toilet at the pool and other open toilets a step stool would have been a great help for kids. For Breakfast an additional orange juice dispensary at the terrace outside would Have been great! So to get orange juice (which nearly everyone wants), you don't have to go all the way inside to the buffet, but you can just get the orange juice next to the coffee machine at the terrace - that would be great. And then the towels: I understand that you would like to have a €20 deposit but it was a bit annoying to first find that out at the "towel dispenser", then I have to go back to reception to put a deposit etc. so it would be great if you could leave the €20 deposit right at the place where you can get the towel (paying with the "room/watch chip") And one more thing: potato chips at the star café would've been nice. But thanks to very kind Antonio. He organized some chips for us from the snack bar. Overall: a super good experience and I love to see you soon.

I spent one week with my teen kid. We enjoyed our stay a lot. What we like the most were hotel activities: morning aerobics, aqua-gym, life music and dancing, shooting, bingo you name it. Every day there was something nice to participate to. Also food was amazing, great selection of dishes followed by faboulous dessert table with fresh fruits, ice cream and pastry. Fantastic!

Really nice hotel. Fabulous food every meal and great snack and ice cream available all day. Staff all very good. Rooms very nice and cleaned very well and kept well. Nephew enjoyed the children’s club a lot. Gym is quite small but lots of good equipment in there. I would have liked it to be open a bit earlier than it was ideally but was still ok. Even if entertainment a good mix of things. Easy access to the beach/sea right across the back promenade. Location was fine some other restaurants etc nearby at the beachfront but definately an area of all inclusive hotels so not loads to do in the immediate vicinity. That said, it’s nice to walk for 5 mins to the bars etc along the beach and also taxis are plentiful if you need them. My only downside to the stay was that I was on the sofa bed and it was rather uncomfortable. A thicker mattress is needed as could really feel the bed frame through the one used.

This is our second time here…. we returned for various different reasons. All the staff are attentive, friendly and organised. The hotel is gorgeous, food great and loads of activities for all ages. Easy to travel to different places like Nerja and Frigiliana…. but if you just want to chill at the hotel, you’ll never get bored. Fantastic for all ages….. and on the beach. We love it. (Family of 5, with 3 children (29.15 and 9) Great place to see the sunset too on a morning walk. x

Our stay at Iberostar Waves Málaga Playa was absolutely wonderful. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is perfect, right on the beachfront, with stunning sea views and easy access to the promenade and nearby restaurants and shops. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, while the facilities were excellent, especially the swimming pools and beautifully maintained gardens. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality dishes to suit every taste. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our holiday. If you're looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway with outstanding service, excellent food, and a fantastic atmosphere, Iberostar Waves Málaga Playa is the perfect choice. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Costa del Sol.
